Since many structures in the sea environment are damaged by chloride, appropriate repair strategy is required. Therefore in the paper, optimum period for the RC structure``s repair is calculated with consideration of economic efficiency. Moreover, when the concrete members are repaired with the other material such as polymer mortar forr section restoration, their expected service life also calculated to predict more accurate repair period during the life span.
전이금속이 도핑된 ZnO의 전자구조와 자성에 대한 제일원리계산

In this study we investigate the electronic structure and magnetism of transition metal (TM=Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Pd, Ag) doped ZnO(TM_(0.25)Zn_(0.75)O), which are expected to have high Curie temperature. Full-potential Linearized Augmented Plane Wave (FLAPW) method is adopted with exchange-correlation potential expressed as general gradient approximation (GGA). The calculated magnetic moments of (TM_(0.25)Zn_(0.75)O) are 0.83, 3.03, 4.03, 3.48, 2.47, 1.56, 0.43, 0.75, 0.01 μ_B for TM=Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Pd, Ag, respectively. The nearest neighbor O atom to the transition metal is calculated to have a significant magnetic moment of about 0.1 μ_B, due to strong hybridization between O-p and TM-d bands. As the results, the systems may have larger magnetic moments in total, compared to the corresponding isolated atoms. The 3d TM doped systems exhibit the half-metallic character except Co, whereas the 4d TM doped systems behave like normal metals and low spin polarization at the Fermi levels.
鹽害에 의해 劣化한 RC構造物의 確率論的 補修耐久性 設計技法

In this study, durability design of RC structure was done when the structure repaired with repairing material. Especially random variation was considered by Montecarlo Simulation to determine beginning time of corrosion and crack. As the Result of analysis, probability of corrosion is small in order of surface finishing material, section restoration material, remital in a same condition. Also probability of corrosion changes sensitively regarding to thickness of repairing material, meanwhile probability of crack changes regarding to both thickness of repairing material and diffusion coefficient.
단면복구재로 보수시공한 RC구조물의 염소이온 침투특성에 관한 연구

Section restoration method is one of the way to extend service year of RC structure. However, even there is a difference of characteristic between concrete and section restoration material, still there is a lack of research. Therefore in this study, chloride diffusion coefficient and concentration are predicted by RCPT and FEM. As a result, diffusion coefficient of section restoration material is 0.44×10-8㎝2/sec which is about one-seventh of concrete(3.18×10-8㎝2/sec). Also, the result of FEM, un-repaired structure(R=0㎜), its service year will be 16years, meanwhile repaired structure can maintain 48years(R=10㎜) to over 100years(R=50㎜).

예술문화교육에 대한 관심 증가와 삶의 질을 중시하는 성향, 감성 교육에 대한 필요성이 늘어나면서 어린이를 대상으로 하는 미술관이 증가하고 있다. 미술관은 이제 단순한 전시와 미술품 보존의 기능 이외에 사회교육기관으로 의미를 가지게 되었고. 어린이 대상 미술관은 수동적인 전시가 아닌 능동적인 참여가 중요하기 때문에 사인시스템의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구는 현대어린이책미술관, 국립현대 어린이미술관, 헬로우뮤지움의 사인시스템의 기본적 요소를 조사하여 어린이미술관들이 가지는 특성을 토대로 커뮤니케이션 요소, 시각적 디자인 요소, 제작 및 설치방식의 관점에서 비교하여 이를 토대로 어린이미술관 사인시스템의 가이드라인의 기초자료에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 조사 결과로는 첫째, 공통적으로 종합적인 안내사인이나 유도사인보다는 위치사인 위주로 사인을 설치하고 배치하였다. 또한 꼭 필요한 사인과 정보로만 구성하여 불필요한 장식적 요소는 찾아볼 수 없었다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 요소에 있어서 공통적으로 한글을 중심으로 제작되었으며, 부분적으로 영문 및 픽토그램을 활용하였다. 셋째, 서체와 색상 부분에 있어서는 공통적으로 고딕 계열이 사용되었으며, 색상에 있어서는 공통적으로 회색과 노란색이 주조색으로 많이 활용되었다. 넷째, 제작 및 설치방식에 있어서는 공통적으로 벽면에 시트지나 스카시 부착을 많이 사용하였다. 부분적으로 바닥이나 유리면에 시트를 부착하기도 하였다. As there were increase in the interest of the education of art and culture, the system of 5 days of work per week, the inclination of the emphasis of the quality of life, and the increase of the need of sensibility system, many art galleries targeted for children were established more. Besides being able to preserve simple exhibits and art works, an art gallery has now became a social education institution, and it is important for children’s art gallery to allow active participation instead of having passive exhibition displays as having a role of sign system. Within the experiential space, a better information provided by an art gallery and an appropriate identity are applied in this study, so this investigation is about associating spatial character and theme and seeking design methods for effective information delivery for the communication. As today’s art gallery is tended to transition into more independent organization from the standardization, the importance of efficient alternative of education is emphasized for the growth of creativity. Therefore, for each art gallery, the offering of sign system that recognizes the information of respective art gallery and induces active view formation is highly crucial for the audience perspective. This research investigates the fundamental elements of sigh system of Hyundai Museum of Kids’ Books and Art, Children’s Museum of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA), and Hello Museum, and based on comparing the characteristics of children’s art gallery, and becomes helpful for basic information for guidelines of sign system. The purpose of the study is to have a design element development with aesthetic point of view that puts the right in the right place so it can reinforce both children's and guardians’ satisfactory experience of art gallery.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to integrate the results of qualitative studies to understand critical care survivors' experience of the post-intensive care syndrome (PICS). Methods: This was a meta-synthesis of primary studies that used qualitative methods. We reviewed 26 qualitative studies on PICS selected from 8 international and Korean databases and from a manual search. Thomas and Harden's 3 stages (free coding, development of descriptive themes, generation of analytical themes) for thematic synthesis were utilized to analyze the collected qualitative data. Results: Four descriptive themes emerged from the thematic synthesis: weak physical conditions, psycho-emotional changes, the painful-memory of intensive care units, and social vulnerability. The analytical theme for the current study was "unfamiliarity with the vulnerable self." Critical care survivors had to confront entirely different "selves" after discharge from intensive care units. They had become physically weak, psychologically unstable, and the critical memories continued to create distress. These changes increased their social vulnerability by making them dependent on others, causing family conflicts, and changing interpersonal relationships. Conclusions: Finding from this qualitative synthesis and other related literature highlight the severity of PICS and the importance of rehabilitative intervention for critical care survivors.
