        Comparative functional venomics of social hornets Vespa crabro and Vespa analis

        The hornets Vespa crabro and V. analis are widely distributed in Asia and are known to be aggressive when disturbed, resulting in frequent stinging accidents. To investigate the differences in venom properties and toxicities between these two hornets, the transcriptomic profiles of venom glands, in conjunction with the venom components, were analyzed and compared. A total of 35 venom-specific genes were identified in both venom gland transcriptomes, but their transcriptional profileswere different between V. crabro and V. analis. In addition, the major venom components were identified and confirmed by mass spectroscopy. Prepromastoparan, vespid chemotactic peptide precursor and vespakinin were the top three genes most prevalently transcribed in the venom gland of V. crabro, and their transcription rates were 112-, 16- and 161-fold higher, respectively, compared with those in V. analis, as judged by FPKMvalues. In the venomgland of V. analis, however, vespid chemotactic peptide precursor was the most abundantly transcribed gene, followed by premastoparan and vespakinin. In general, most major venom genes were more abundantly expressed in V. crabro, whereas some minor venom genes exhibited higher transcription rates in V. analis, including muscle LIM protein, troponin, paramyosin, calponin, etc. Our findings reveal that the overall venom components of V. crabro and V. analis are similar, but that their expression profiles and levels are considerably different. The comparison of venom gland transcriptomes suggests that V. crabro likely produces venom with more highly enriched major venom components, which has potentially higher toxicity compared with V. analis venom

        외부 폭발에 의한 축소형 방폭문 변형 및 터널 내부 폭풍파 전파 거동의 수치해석

        In this paper, we present the results of the numerical analysis employing CONWEP, LS-DYNA FSI(Fluid Structure Interaction), AUTODYN FSI, LS-DYNA ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange Eulerian) and combination of CONWEP and LS-DYNA ALE for blast door fracture and wave propagation through the tunnel by the external explosion. We compared the numerical analysis results with the subscale test data and selected combination of CONWEP and LS-DYNA ALE method as adequate data generation method for the FRM(Fast Running Model) software development. It is expected to save much time and costs by using the numerical simulation data for the various test conditions.

        코로나 19팬데믹 상황에서 의료관광 산업의 발전 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 코로나19 팬대믹 이후 외국인 환자의 급감으로 심각하게 타격을 입은 국내 의료관광 산업 회복을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 연구하게 되었다. 전문가 패널 에게 순위별 키워드 자문을 구하여 Kendall의 W검증을 사용 하였다. 연구의 결론은 외국인 환자를 유치하는 기관은 중증 외국인 환자 치료 확대로 위기상황을 기회로 바꾸는 계 기가 필요하겠다. 또한 가상, 증강현실을 통해 해외 방문이 어려운 상황에서 병원에 대한 친숙함과 신뢰를 얻을 수 있고 언택트 시대에 감염의 위험을 막고 환자를 보호 할 수 있는 원격지료 서비스를 시행함으로써 국내 입국을 하지 않고도 현지에서 의료의 혜택을 누릴 수 있다고 하겠다. 그리고 블록체인은 환자의 정보 보완을 유지하며 안전하게 공유가 가능하고 가상화폐 등을 활용한 지불 수단을 이용해 고객의 불편함을 최소화 할 수 있고 마지막으로 스마트 헬스 케어는 장소와 관계없이 환자를 관리하고 정보를 제공 할 수 있다. This study was conducted to find ways to restore the domestic medical tourism industry, which was seriously hit by a sharp drop in foreign patients after the COVID-19 Pandemic. Kendall's W verification was used by asking expert panel for keyword advice by ranking. The conclusion of the study is that institutions attracting foreign patients need an opportunity to turn the crisis situation into an opportunity by expanding treatment for severe foreign patients. In addition, it is possible to gain familiarity and trust in hospitals in situations where it is difficult to visit overseas through virtual and augmented reality, and to prevent the risk of infection and protect patients in the untact era. In addition, the blockchain can maintain patient information supplementation, share it safely, minimize customer inconvenience by using payment means using virtual currency, and finally, smart healthcare can manage and provide information to patients regardless of location.

        중국인 의료관광객 유치 전략에 관한 연구

        중국의 고속경제 성장으로 많은 중국인들이 부자대열에 올랐고 여유로운 삶속에서 건강에 대한 관심과 삶의 질을 추구하며 의료에 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러나 중국의 의료기술과 서비스는 경제 성장에 비해 아직 낙후되어 있는 상태여서 많은 중국인 부호들은 자국의 의료보다는 의료기술과 첨단 설비가 발달한 국가로 눈을 돌리고 있다. 또한 중국의 젊은이들은 한국의 방송매체를 자주 접하며 미용 성형 등에 관심을 갖고 시술을 받기위해 방한을 진행 중이다. 한국의 의료관광은 다른 국가에 비해 뒤늦게 시작되었지만 국가적 지원과 IT, BT기술의 역량을 통해 차별화된 시스템을 추구하고 있으며 특히 한류와 K-POP을 앞세워 한국의 의료서비스를 홍보함으로써 많은 중국인 환자 유치방안에 대하여 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국과 지리적으로 인접하고 문화적 공감대를 형성하는 중국 의료관광객을 유치함에 있어 최근 발표된 국내자료를 바탕으로 동향과 선호도 문제점 및 보완 계획을 통해 방한 중국인의 유치 전략의 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. As a result of the rapid economic growth of China, many Chinese people have come to the ranks of rich people who are interested in health care and quality of life in a leisurely life. However, China 's medical technology and services are still underdeveloped compared with economic growth, and many Chinese wealthy people are turning to a country where medical technology and advanced facilities have developed rather than their own medical care. In addition, Chinese young people are frequently visiting Korea affected by watching our broadcasting media and are interested in cosmetic surgery resulting in the process of visiting Korea to undergo a cosmetic procedure. Although medical tourism in Korea began late in comparison to other countries, Korea has provided a differentiated system through its national support such as IT and BT skills. In particular, by promoting Korea's medical services with HanRyu and K-POP. This study’s aim is to consider the ways to attract Chinese visitors through recent trends, preference problems and complementary plans based on recently published domestic data in attracting Chinese medical tourists who are geographically close to each other and forming cultural consensus with Korea.

        탄두의 콘크리트 표적관통 시 주장약에 전파되는 압력의 수치해석

        This paper is concerned with the numerical simulation result of pressure propagation to the main charge by warhead penetration into concrete targets. In this study, we developed on-line pressure measurement method in the main charge during warhead penetration. Using the on-line pressure measurement method, we successfully recorded the pressure-time history in the main charge during the field penetration test. Then we compared result of numerical simulations with test data and found that the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results. Finally, through the numerical calculations it is concluded that the installation of liner is effective in reducing pressure level produced in the main charge.

      • 공진 주파수 영역에서 탄성지지단의 마찰감쇠효과를 고려한 회전 블레이드의 과도응답해석

        This paper presents the transient response analysis of a rotating blade in resonant frequency range. It is shown that the modeling is considered in elastic foundation and friction damping effect. The equations of motion are derived and transformed into a dimensionless form to investigate general phenomena. Numerical results show that the magnitude of friction damping to reduce maximum transient response in near the critical angular speed. The method can be applied to a number of examples of the practical rotating blade system to minimize transient response in resonant frequency range.

        다중 집중질량효과에 의한 탄성 회전 블레이드의 진동해석

        In this paper, we have proposed a novel method which can analysis a rotating elastically restrained blade with concentrated masses located in an arbitrary position. 1:he equations of motion are derived and transformed into a dimensionless form to investigate general phenomena. For the modeling of the multi-concentrated masses, the Dirac delta function is used for the mass density function. Simulation results show that the vibration characteristics of elastic restrained blade of according to dimensionless variables for example, multiple masses magnitude and mass location ratio. This method can be applied to an practical rotating blade system required to more accurate results.

      • 지지부 탄성효과를 고려한 회전 외팔 보의 진동해석

        This paper presents a modeling method for the vibration analysis of rotating cantilever beams considering the elastic foundation effect. Mass and stiffness matrices are derided explicitly by considering coupling effect between stretching and bonding motion. Numerical results show that the bending direction elastic foundation stiffness influences the vibration characteristics significantly in practical range of beam configuration. The ranges of elastic foundation stiffness to avoid the dynamic buckling are also presented. The method presented in this paper can be used to predict the variations of natural frequencies of rotating cantilever beams with elastically restrained root.
