        간호사의 최상의 임종간호 및 웰다잉 관계 연구

        본 연구는 환자와 환자 가족에게 최상의 임종간호를 제공하기 위해 간호사가 인식하는 최상의 임종간호와 웰다잉 간의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구대상은 서울 소재 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 121명을 대상으로 2021년 4월 28일부터 5월 12일까지 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS/WIN 27.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대상자의 최상의 임종간호에 대한 인식의 총 평균은 5점 척도상 4.04±0.82점으로 최상의 임종간호에 전반적으로 ‘동의한다’ 수준을 나타냈다. 웰다잉에 대한 인식의 총 평균은 5점 척도상 3.63±1.14점으로 평화롭게 죽는 것을 가장 중요하게 인식하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 연령에 따른 최상의 임종간호에 유의한 차이를 나타내(t=-.97, p =.013) 30대 간호사군이 20대 간호사군에 비해 최상의 임종간호에 더 높은 동의수준을 나타냈다. 최상의 임종간호와 웰다잉의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 유의한 상관관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 경력이 낮은 젊은 간호사들의 임종간호 인식을 높이기 위한 교육이 제공되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the optimal end-of-life care and well-dying perceived by nurses to provide the optimal end-of-life care for patients and their families. This subjects of the study were 121 nurses working in the ward or intensive care unit of a general hospital in Seoul, and the data collected from April 28 to May 12, 2021 were analyzed. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients with the SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. The total average of the subjects’ perceptions of the optimal end-of-life care was 4.04±0.82 on a five-point scale, indicating the overall level of ‘agree’ with the optimal end-of-life care. The total average of well dying perceived by the subjects was 3.63±1.14 on a five-point scale, and the most important recognized questions was to die peacefully. Of general characteristics, there was a significant differences on optimal end-of-life care according to age (t=-.97, p =.013). The nurse group in their 30s showed higher consent for end-of-life care than those in their 20s. An analysis of the correlation between the optimal end-of-life care and well-dying showed that there was no significant correlation. This study suggest that education should be provided to raise awareness of end-of-life care for young nurses with low experience.

        명품 브랜드 이미지와 자아 이미지 일치성이 브랜드의 품질, 신뢰도 및 충성도 지각에 미치는 영향

        In the context of a change in the luxury market expansion and consumption culture that selects and pursues symbolic values rather than tangible values of brands, this study suggests that luxury brands and consumer self-images are consistent, and this results in perceived brand quality, brand reliability, and brand loyalty. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on To this end, research models and hypotheses were derived, and empirical analysis was conducted through surveys. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the self-image correspondence between luxury brands and self-image showed multidimensional characteristics divided into actual self-image correspondence, ideal self-image correspondence, and social self-image correspondence. Second, the correspondence between the actual self image and the social self image with the luxury brand image had a significant positive (+) effect on the perceived luxury brand quality. Third, the correspondence between the luxury brand image and the ideal self-image had a significant positive (+) effect on the luxury brand reliability. Fourth, in the luxury brand image, the actual self-image and the social self-image coincidence had a significant positive (+) effect on the luxury brand loyalty. Fifth, luxury brand reliability had a significant positive (+) effect on luxury brand loyalty. These results suggest that the more the image they pursue and the image of a luxury brand match, the more favorable they respond to a specific brand. 명품 시장 확대와 소비문화가 브랜드의 기능적 가치보다 상징적 가치를 선택하고 추구하는 상황에서, 본 연구는 명품 브랜드와 소비자 자아 이미지 일치성이 지각된 브랜드 품질, 브랜드 신뢰도, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 명품 브랜드와 자아 이미지 일치성은 실제적 자아 이미지, 이상적 자아 이미지, 사회적 자아 이미지 일치성으로 구분되는 다차원적 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 명품 브랜드 이미지와 실제적 자아 이미지, 사회적 자아 이미지 일치성이 지각된 명품 브랜드 품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 명품 브랜드 이미지와 이상적 자아 이미지 일치성이 명품 브랜드 신뢰도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 명품 브랜드 이미지와 실제적 자아 이미지, 사회적 자아 이미지 일치성이 명품 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 명품 브랜드 신뢰도는 명품 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다.

        The Influence of Knowledge Heterogeneity on Subsidiary Innovation Performance: The Moderating Role of Knowledge Absorptive Capability and Knowledge Combination Capability

        The innovation performance of subsidiaries of a multinational enterprise (MNE) is the key of the MNE's survival and development in the increasingly competitive international environment. The issue of how to promote subsidiary innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge management is becoming an important issue. However, studies do not systematically reveal the mechanisms of the effects of knowledge heterogeneity on subsidiary innovation performance. Thus, based on knowledge-based view, absorptive capability theory and dynamic capability theory, we investigated the impact of internal knowledge heterogeneity (IKH) and external knowledge heterogeneity (EKH) on subsidiary innovation performance by focusing on moderating roles of the knowledge absorptive capability and knowledge combination capability. The results of a field survey of 343 subsidiaries in China indicate that IKH is positively related to subsidiary innovation performance and EKH is positively related to subsidiary innovation performance. Besides, the findings provide that knowledge absorptive capability strengthens the effects of IKH and EKH on subsidiary innovation performance, such that the higher the knowledge absorptive capability, the stronger the relationships between IKH and EKH as well as subsidiary innovation performance. Knowledge combination capability also positively moderates the relationships between IKH and EKH and subsidiary innovation performance, such that the higher the knowledge combination capability, the stronger the relationships between IKH and EKH as well as subsidiary innovation performance. Theoretical and managerial implications of this study are discussed.

        억간산과 (抑肝散) 억간산가미방의 (抑肝散加味方) 진경 (鎭痙) 및 진통 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        In order to prove the effectiveness for anticonvulsion and analgesic of Ukgansan, Ukgansan added Jinphi·Banha and Ukgansan added Chunma by experiment, experimental animals(mouse) are injected with strychnine, picrotoxin and caffeine to cause convulsion and ovserved the consumed time from convulsion to death. Comparing data with control group and observation data for frequency of writhing syndrome caused by acetic acid and phenylquinone show the results as follows : 1. Anticonvulsion effect on the convulsion induced by strychnine it was significantly effective in all sample groups. 2. Anticonvulsion effect on the convulsion induced by picrotoxin it was significantly effective in sample A and B. 3. Anticonvulsion effect on the convulsion induced by caffeine it was not recognized in all sample groups. 4. Analgesic effect on the pain induced by acetic acid it was significantly effect in sample A and C. 5. Analgesic effect on the pain induced by phenylquinone it was significantly effective in sample A and C. The results show that Ukgansan can be an effectual cure on anticonvulsion and analgrsic, Ukgansan added Jinphi·Banha on anticonvulsion, and Ukgansan added Chunma on analgesic.
