        스포츠지도자의 국제화 방안 연구: 스키지도자 직무 분석을 중심으로

        The principal aim of this investigation is to provide the importance, frequency, and weight of importance of the main tasks that address globalization. To effectively do so, Kim and Yoo (2015)'s job analysis results were integrated within a questionnaire and had forty-nine ski instructors respond to two aspects: importance and the frequency of tasks. It was evident from the responses that ski instructors placed prioritization on the idea of self-development, skill improvement, and specialized knowledge. However, areas of globalization such as getting international license related to ski,’ ‘refresher education in foreign countries,’ ‘sharing information with foreign skiers,’ and ‘understanding international ski matches' have shown a low ranking in all of the factors regarding importance, frequency, and the weight of importance. Therefore, from these results, it was evident that the adoption of globalization is not effective. As a method of preventing such lack of efficiency and progression, the jobs pertaining to ski instructors could address the need of responding to the societal changes and requirements. 본 연구에서는 영어교육을 염두에 두고 직무분석을 수행한 김지은과 유호(2015)에서 도출된 임무와 과업에 대하여, 이들의 연구와는 달리 영어교육 측면 뿐 아니라 전반적인 관점에서, 특히 국제화 부분에서 스키지도자들을 대상으로 검증하고, 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 49명의 스키 지도자들을 대상으로 직무의 중요도와 빈도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 중요지수를 계산하였다. 주요 결과를 분석해 보면, 최근의 스키지도자들은 기술의 지도 뿐 만 아니라 기술향상이나 스키전문지식 학습 등의 자기계발 임무에 대하여 중요하게 생각한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 아직도 국제화 부분이라고 할 수 있는 ‘국제 스키관련 자격증 취득,’ ‘외국에서의 교육,’ ‘외국인 스키어지도자와 정보교류,’ ‘국제 스키경기 이해’의 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수는 비교적 낮았고 이는 아직도 직무의 국제화는 잘 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 분석될 수 있다. 따라서 스키의 국제화를 위해서는 스키지도자들의 직무도 시대의 요구와 변화에 따른 수정보완이 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

        스포츠 동아리 참여, 대학생활 만족도와 참여 재미

        본 연구는 대학의 학과 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들과 참여하지 않는 학생들의 대학생활 만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 학과 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들의 스포츠 동아리 재미 요인을 분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 강원도 C 대학의 스포츠 관련 학과 학생들 111명을 대상으로 학과 스포츠 동아리 참여 여부와 학과 만족도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들의 경우는 스포츠 동아리 재미 요인에 대한 설문에도 참여하도록 하였다. 설문 결과, 스포츠 동아리에 참여하는 학생들은 참여하지 않는 학생들 보다 대학 생활 만족도가 컸는데, 대학 생활 만족도 평균은 3.58인 반면, 비참여 학생들의 만족도 평균은 3.17이었다. 또한 t-test결과 대부분의 항목에서 그 차이가 유의미하였다. 스포츠 동아리 활동을 하는 학생들의 경우, 스포츠 동아리 활동이 운동능력이나 체력 향상에 도움이 되고 친구들과 어울릴 수 있고 친해질 수 있는데 도움이 된다는 의견이 가장 많았다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 스포츠 전공 학생들의 경우, 학과 동아리의 참여를 유도하여 학과의 학생들과 좋은 교우 관계를 유지하고 학과 만족도도 높일 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of college life satisfaction between students participating in college sports clubs and between students who are not participating in sports clubs. For this purpose, 111 students from sports-related clubs of Gangwondo "C" University were surveyed about their satisfaction with sports clubs and what specific factors were fun about their sports clubs. The results of the questionnaire showed that students who participated in sports clubs had a higher satisfaction about college life than those who did not participate in sports clubs. The average university life satisfaction of those who joined sports clubs was 3.58, while the average of non-participation students was 3.17. Most of the students who have engaged in sports clubs have the opinion that the sports club activities were able to help improve their athletic ability and physical fitness, allowing them to get along with friends and make friends. Based on the results of this study, students should be encouraged to participate in sport-department clubs to further enhance good fellowship with the same department students and increase satisfaction of their own department in college too.

        Design of Precision Positioner with Hall-Effect Sensors and Multivariable Control Methodology

        This paper presents the design and multivariable feedback control of a compact precision positioner. Themoving stage that has a total mass of 1.52 kg can generate all 6-axis motions with a single frame. Aerostatic bearingslevitate the positioner and three 3-phase synchronous permanent-magnet planar motors (SPMPMs) generateelectromagnetic forces over the concentrated-field permanent-magnet matrix. Three Hall-effect sensors measurethe magnetic flux to calculate the planar position and three laser-distance sensors detect the vertical displacement. Real Time Application Interface (RTAI) with Comedi on a Linux personal computer is used for real-time control. Single-input single-output (SISO) digital lead-lag controllers for each axis are designed, and a multi-input multioutput(MIMO) model is developed for the positioner. Reduced-order linear-quadratic-Gaussian (LQG) controllersare applied in horizontal positioning. Several experimental results demonstrate the dynamic performance of thepositioner.

        Analysis of Research Status of Early Childhood Physical Education Using Big Data

        COVID-19 has also affected children's physical activity. Children have difficulty doing indoor physical activities. In this study, the research trend on early childhood physical education before and during the pandemic was investigated using big data analysis. Specific research questions are as follows.(1) What can be learned from big data analysis of research trends in early childhood physical education over the past five years? (2) What has changed since COVID-19? (3) Based on this, what is the appropriate direction for children's physical education in the future?The registration sites and candidates for the last five years (2017-2021) of the Academic Research Information Service (RISS) were used and the keywords and abstracts of the 71 Korean papers were analyzed through Textom. For network visualization of keywords, 50 major keywords were analyzed in the frequency analysis. As a result, it was found that research on various topics has been done over the past five years, and research interest in sports spaces has increased after the first wave of COVID-19. However, contrary to the expectation that there would be more research on non-face-to-face early childhood physical education as face-to-face activities decreased, interest in it was not high. To prepare for the future pandemic, it is suggested that research on non-face-to-face early childhood physical education should be actively conducted.

        대학생들의 영어 학습 전략: 스포츠전공자들을 중심으로

        The aim of this investigation is to analyze English learning strategies of university students who major in sports-related fields. For successfully conduct this investigation, one hundred university students who study sports related fields were surveyed. The research tool that was used for this survey was the Oxford(1990)'s Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL)[1]. Oxford categorized strategies under six headings: mnemonic, cognitive, compensatory, meta-cognitive, affective and social. The results of this study demonstrate that sports major students had the highest average score for compensatory strategy and the lowest average score for cognitive strategy. This low cognitive strategy value was especially shown when students read or wrote English text. They do not want to use English in their daily life. To further enhance the sports major students' English learning strategy, further recommendations for educating cognitive strategies to students were then made. 본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 전공자들의 영어 학습 전략을 알아보는 것이다. 최근, 학습자의 전공, 환경 등의 특성이나 학습자의 불안감이나, 동기, 자신감 등 정의적인 부분을 비롯하여 학습전략에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있기 때문이다. 이를 위하여 스포츠 관련 학과에 재학 중인 20-25세 사이의 학생들을 대상으로 영어 학습 전략에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. Oxford가 1990년에 제시한 SILL(Strategy Inventory for Language Learning)[1]가 본 연구의 영어 학습전략 척도로 사용되었고 분석은 SILL의 6개의 하위요인인 기억전략, 인지전략, 보완전략, 초인지 전략, 정의적 전략, 사회적 전략별로 스포츠 전공자들의 전략 사용 평균값이 비교되었다. 설문 결과, 스포츠 전공 학생들을 6개의 전략 중 보완 전략에서는 비교적 높은 전략 사용 평균값을 보였고, 인지 전략에서는 낮은 값을 보였다. 따라서 스포츠 전공자들의 영어 학습 전략 사용 교육에서는, 인지 전략을 향상시키는 것에 초점을 맞추어야 좀 더 효과적인 영어 교육이 가능할 것이다.

        A Study on the Perceptions and Needs of e-Sports and e-Sports Stadiums

        The purpose of this study is to investigate on the experience and awareness of e-sports among university students majoring in sports and to identify the facility-related needs of e-sports stadiums. For this purpose, 74 students majoring in sports at a four-year university were surveyed. According to the survey, most students had experience in e-sports and thought that the prospects for e-sports were bright. On the other hand, the average of items related to general sports, willingness to take courses and the desire to engage in relevant professions was not high. In the case of correlation between perceptions of e-sports, there was a significant positive correlation, such as interest in e-sports, prospects, willingness to engage in relevant work, willingness to take relevant courses, and awareness of the connection between e-sports and general sports. In the case of the demand for the stadium for e-sports, the demand for the degree of visibility of the stadium from the seats and the size of the electronic signboard was the greatest, and the demand for sound facilities was generally high. Meanwhile, the demand for the time required to reach the stadium and the degree of traffic congestion was relatively low for other items.

        한국 대학생들의 영어 학습 탈동기화에 대한 연구: 스포츠 관련 학과 학생들을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean university students’ de-motivation factors in learning English. For this purpose, 125 university students who are in sports-related majors participated for the questionnaire about de-motivation factors. De-motivation factors are categorized into learner-related factors, teacher-related factors, class atmosphere factors, and their attitude toward the English language. The results show that learner-related factor is the most effective factor in de-motivation than other factors. In terms of the results, the lack of ‘learning strategies’, ‘confidence on English,’ and ‘interesting activities’ show the highest mean scores. Based on this result, it is suggested that a teacher should teach English learning strategies to increase students’ confidence in English. In addition, teachers should provide interesting activities to reduce de-motivation.
