본 연구는 지적장애학생의 교육활동에 관한 연구들을 탐색하여 지적장애학생의 특성 영역과 하위요인들을 중심으로 연구동향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지적장애학생을 대상으로 하는 연구 31편을 선정하여 종속변인으로 사용된 지적장애학생의 특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 종속변인으로 설정된 지적장애학생 특성에 관한 연구는 2013년 전후로 많이 보고되었으며, 연구대상자는 초등학생이 가장 많았고, 연구방법은 단일대상 연구로 많이 이루어졌음을 확인하였다. 각 영역별 구성요소를 살펴보면 인지영역에서는 주의와 초인지, 사회·정서영역에서는 또래관계와 문제행동, 말·언어영역에서는 읽기, 신체영역은 신체활동, 학습영역은 과제수행에서 지적장애학생의 특성이 많은 연구자들로부터 종속변인으로 설정되어 효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지적장애학생들의 다양한 특성 중 실제 연구를 통해 확인된 해당 영역들을 고려하여 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정 실행과 수정이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the educational activities of the intellectual disability students and to identify the research trends based on the areas of characteristics and sub-factories of the intellectual disability students. 31 studies of students with intellectual disabilities were selected to analyze the characteristics of these students, which were used as dependant variables. The results of the study showed that a majority of studies on the characteristics of students with special needs were conducted around the year 2013. There were many studies conducted with elementary school students and many based on a single subject study. The review of literature found five areas that the studies looked into; cognitive, social-emotional, language acquisition, physical, learning. Within these areas, the studies focused on consciousness and meta cognition, peer relations and problem behavior, reading, physical activities, task performance respectively. These studies that explored these particular areas were effective in capturing the characteristics of the students with intellectual disabilities. Based on the findings of the current review, educational courses for students with intellectual disabilities should be implemented and modified with consideration for the areas that were found to be effective in educating students with intellectual disabilities.
지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근과 학생, 교사, 학교 특성들 간의 구조분석

본 연구는 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근과 학생 특성, 교사 특성, 학교 특성 간의 관계를 구명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 일반교육 교사 300명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근에 영향을 미치는 학생 특성, 교사 특성, 학교 특성의 변인을 선정하여 이 변인들 간의 구조 모형을 설정하고, 이들 변인과 지적장애학생 일반교육 교육과정 접근의 구조관계를 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근은 학생의 ‘인지·학습’, ‘사회·정서’, ‘의사소통’, ‘신체·운동’ 특성, 교사의 ‘교육과정 전문성’, ‘통합교육 이해’, ‘학급운영’ 특성과 학교의 ‘행정적 여건’, ‘긍정적 문화’, ‘통합지향 노력’ 특성과 통계적으로 유의한 인과관계가 확인되었다. 그리고 학생 특성과 교사 특성은 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치나, 학교 특성은 지적장애학생의 학생 특성에만 직접적 영향을 미치고 그들의 일반교육 교육과정 접근에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 학교 특성과 교사 특성은 서로 영향을 주고받으며 학생 특성에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치고, 학생 특성을 매개로 일반교육 교육과정 접근에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근은 학생 특성, 교사 특성을 중요 변인으로 하나 학생 특성이 더 중요한 변인이 되며, 이런 학생 특성과 교사 특성은 학교 특성보다 지적장애학생의 일반교육 교육과정 접근에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 요인이라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the general education curriculum approach of students with Intellectual Disability and student characteristics, teacher characteristics and school characteristics. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, a structural model was established among these variables by selecting variables of student characteristics, teacher characteristics, and school characteristics that affect students with Intellectual Disability access to general curriculum, and the structural relationship between these variables and students with Intellectual Disabilities was verified using the structural equation model. The survey was conducted on 300 teachers in general education. Studies have shown that student s approaches to general education curriculum are statistically significant to student characteristics, teacher characteristics, and school characteristics. Specifically, the characteristics of students and teachers directly affect the general education curriculum of students with Intellectual Disability. And school characteristics directly affect the characteristics of students with Intellectual Disability, and indirectly influence access to general education curriculum. And it has been shown that school characteristics and teacher characteristics influence each other directly and have a static effect on student characteristics, and indirectly influence access to general education curriculum through student characteristics as medium. Therefore, access to general education curriculum for students with Intellectual Disability is important for student characteristics and teacher characteristics, and student characteristics have the most important impact. The characteristics of students and teachers are more influential factors in the access of general education curriculum for students with Intellectual Disability than those of schools.
나노 부유 게이트 메모리 소자 응용을 위한 실리콘 나노-바늘 구조에 관한 연구

In this work, nano-needle structures ate formed to solve problem, related to low density of quantum dots for nano floating gate memory. Such structures ate fabricated and electrical properties' of MIS devices fabricated on the nano-structures are studied. Nano floating gate memory based on quantum dot technologies Is a promising candidate for future non-volatile memory devices. Nano-structure is fabricated by reactive ion etching using $SF_6$ and $O_2$ gases in parallel RF plasma reactor. Surface morphology was investigated after etching using scanning electron microscopy Uniform and packed deep nano-needle structure is established under optimized condition. Photoluminescence and capacitance-voltage characteristics were measured in $Al/SiO_2/Si$ with nano-needle structure of silicon. we have demonstrated that the nano-needle structure can be applicable to non-volatile memory device with increased charge storage capacity over planar structures.
습식텍스쳐를 이용한 삼결정 실리콘 광학적.전기적 특성 연구

Two different wet etching solutions, NaOH 40% and Acid, were used for etching in tri-crystalline Silicon(Tri-Si) solar cell fabrication. The wafers etched in NaOH40% solution showed higher reflectance compared to the wafers etched in Acid solution after SiN_x deposition. In light current-voltage results, the cells etched in Acid solution exhibited higher short circuit current and open circuit voltage than those of the cells etched in NaOH 40% solution. We have obtained 16.70% conversion efficiency in large area(156cm²) Tri-Si solar cells etched in Acid solution.

Doping process of crystalline silicon solar cell process is very important which is as influential on efficiency on solar cell. Using PC1D simulator we optimized the solar cell to get the high efficiency, by adjusting doping condition(sheet resistance, concentration of dopant, junction depth). The PC1D simulation's fix condition are area(240㎠), thickness(200㎛), reflectance rate(7%), pyramid size(3㎛), resistance, recombination rate and measurement condition. Efficiency is measured with various sheet resistances. Under the optimized condition, the solar cell showed a high efficiency 18.17%.

This paper, laser edge isolation for crystalline silicon solar cell was tested. Existing methods to plasma etching and wet etching to proceed with the separation process, but the material damage aspect ratio greater problems in the aspects of the laser separation process can reduce a lot of time there can be an inline assembly line, this has the advantage. Nd: YV04 laser were used wavelength 532㎚ reduced by Green laser used. In addition, the shorter the wavelength of the laser thermal effect due to the lower load receives a clean surface was obtained.

The presence of ultrasonic wave in caustic cleaning process enhances the remove pollutants, and more homogeneous, textured structure. The silicon wafers, cleaning in Deconex OF 145 solution (0.5~2wt %) with DIW under ultrasonic environment for 5 min. The presence of uniform thin layer of SiO2 on c-Si surface enhances etching rate in the caustic etching mixture solution of NaOH (1.5 wt %), DI water and IPA (6 wt %) at 90℃ for 20 min and results in a fine, more homogeneous and small textured structure.
