본 논문에서는 보조 스위치의 하드 스위칭 문제를 개선한 AC/DC PFC(Power-Factor-Correction) ZVT(Zero-Voltage-Transition) Boost 컨버터에 관하여 논하였다. 기존의 AC/DC PFC ZVT Boost 컨버터는 주 스위치 턴온 시 보조 스위치를 함께 동작시켜 경부하시에도 강제적으로 영전압 스위칭이 가능하게 함으로써 전 부하범위에서 주 스위치 손실을 저감하였다. 그러나 보조 스위치에서의 손실이 크며 주 스위치의 턴온시 역방향 전류가 증가하는 문제점을 지닌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 ZVT 컨버터에 단지 하나의 다이오드를 추가함으로써 보조 스위치의 전류 스트레스 및 주 스위치의 턴온시 역방향 전류를 감소시키게 되어 효율 향상을 기할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 MOSFET를 사용하여 640[W]급 시작품을 제작, 100[kHz]에서 실험하였다. This paper presents the improved AC/DC PFC(Power-Factor-Correction) ZVT(Zero-Voltage-Transition) Boost Converter. The conventional AC/DC PFC ZVT Boost Converter minimizes the switching loss of the main switch within all of the load range. That is because AC/DC PFC ZVT Boost converter makes the main switch and the auxiliary switch turn on simultaneously so that it makes ZVS (Zero-Voltage-Switching) possible at the light load. However, it has two problems that ale large loss of the auxiliary switch and the increasing of the reverse current of the main switch. Therefore this research presents high efficiency to reduce the current stress of the auxiliary switch and the reverse current of main switch by adding a diode to the conventional ZVT converter. The prototype of 640[W], 100[kHz] system using MOSFET is implemented for this experimental verification.

Space is an area with the value of infinite development. While the space threats caused by the space race around the world have increased, the militarization of space is also accelerating. The military value of the space is that countries can utilize their space assets flying anywhere above the Earth for a long time without any international law restrictions to provide a global perspective and ensure the freedom of action. The Republic of Korean Army proposed short, medium and long term goals to develop space power. In addition, it has established and promoted detailed plans focusing on four areas : space policy, space power, operational systems for organizations, and space cooperation. The followings are the suggestions for the ROK Army. : First, the Army recognizes the Air Force as the control tower for constructing defense space power and focuses on the fields, where the Army can take a leading role. Second, all armed forces including the Army should adjust the criteria for classification of space power to four types suggested by the Ministry of National Defense (Joint Chiefs of Staff). Third, the role of the Army should be reestablished in accordance with the standards presented by the MND (ROK JCS).

Modern warfare is carried out based on cyberspace and electromagnetic spectrum environments, but the Korean military"s perception of "cyberspace-electronic warfare" remains in the "knowledge level" and military doctrines for the transition to the "action level" are quite insufficient. In response, Korean military confirmed the development trend of "cyberspace-electronic warfare" by powerful countries such as the U.S. and British forces and established a strategy for promoting "cyberspace-electronic warfare" by the Korean military. The basic framework for the Korean military"s promotion of the "cyberspace electronic warfare" military doctrines is presented in three phase. Phase I suggests a plan that can be done with the current capability without a separate dedicated organization and weapons system to carry out the operation as a preparatory stage. Phase 2 is the development stage, in which a separate organization and weapon system are established, and the operation centered on Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) is presented. Phase 3 is a leap forward stage, suggesting that independent areas of cyberspace operations and electronic warfare disappear and are completely integrated around Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA).

The Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Toyota corporation is a management principle and production model to improve values added through eliminate of waste. Since the oil shock in 1970s, the TPS has drawn the worldwide attentions as a main factor of competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing system and has been studied and implemented in many countries regardless of size and types of industry. For the correspond to various customer's requirement, it is required to establish on time delivery procedure and to shorten lead time. Therefor it intended to establish TPS which is adopted to 7 losses reduction and JIT(Just In Time). In this paper, the automatic production line for color TV manufacturing by TPS was developed and proved tp push up two times of productivity, to reduce the 25 workers at a time, and to widen the flexibility of manufacturing from 14" to 25" TV

Time and quality are the most important metrics in improving any company's production and profit performance. lean 6 sigma is a management innovation for improving production efficiency, process quality, cost reduction, investment efficiency and customer's satisfaction. in this paper, Advanced cell line is builded the home appliance goods of the LCD TV final assembly line of domestic company line, training the multi-skilled man and controlling the production information system based on Lean 6 sigma.
