This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

오늘날 한국경제는 수출의 증가에도 불구하고 큰 위기에 직면하고 있다. 소비와 투자의 회복 조짐은 아직 보이지 않고 있으며, 실업률은 아직도 높은 상태이다. 급여를 포함한 작업환경은 주5일제의 실시와 더불어 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 비록 이러한 상황이 기업 측면에서 불리하게 작용한다 하더라도 기업은 이윤증대, 생산성향상, 원가절감 등의 혁신활동을 통해서 시장에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 시장에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 새로운 생산방식인 고성과 생산관리시스템을 제시하고, 고성과 생산관리시스템이 기존의 생산관리시스템과는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보며, 사례분석을 통하여 타 부문에도 적용할 수 있는지에 대하여 기술 하고자 한다. Current Korean economy is facing the big challenges although it is achieving a rise in exports. Consumption and investment are not showing signs of recovery, and unemployment rate is still high. Working conditions, including payment, are drastically changing according to the new five-working day system. Though situations are not favorable, companies are trying to increase a competition power by focusing more on higher profitability, better productivity, less waste and bigger cost saving with innovative activities. New production management system will be defined during explanation after reviewing the each elements of competition power. Then comparison of features of each production management system will be followed. Case study will give analytical explanation on the differences of new system from other work systems.

Bankruptcy prediction has been widely studied, but it is also true that they are generally focused on some listed companies and their financial statement, which actually makes it hard difficult for small and mid-sized venture business of different environment and low credibility of financial statement to apply the results of the establishment studied to them. From this, in this study, actual cases of insolvency are analyzed, and industrial factor and business one, among items consisting of non-financial statement, are especially suggested. The systemic application of those factors to business evaluation might not be easy under the current conditions, but it is thought that such action could detect in advance the possible bankruptcy of business. The main purpose of this study is to minimize social and economic losses by early sensing the possible bankruptcy of domestic small and mid-sized venture business, the growth engine of the future in the economic aspect. For this, away from the conventional study mainly based on financial statement, bankruptcy prediction using non-financial statement needs to be more studied.
화력발전소 근무자의 직무요구가 직무열의와 직무소진에 미치는 영향 -자기효능감과 집단효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로-

This study examines the relationship between job engagement job burnout and job demands of thermal powerplant workers. In order to investigate the difference on the level of job engagement & burnout of shift workers & regular workers as per job position. Also, it studies the mediating effect of self-efficacy and collective-efficacy. We carried out a survey of 460 thermal powerplant workers measuring job engagement, burnout, demands, self-efficacy and collective-efficacy. The result was as the following; First, there was the meaningful correlation between working type, the job position, job engagement, burnout and demands and also efficacy. Second, it showed the difference on job engagement and burnout as per working type and job position. Third, there was the mediating effects of self and collective-efficacy on job demands, engagement and burnout. Based on these results, this article discussed the significance and the implication for thermal powerplant workers.
