        고(高)성과 생산관리시스템을 통한 제조기업의 생산성 제고

        오늘날 한국경제는 수출의 증가에도 불구하고 큰 위기에 직면하고 있다. 소비와 투자의 회복 조짐은 아직 보이지 않고 있으며, 실업률은 아직도 높은 상태이다. 급여를 포함한 작업환경은 주5일제의 실시와 더불어 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 비록 이러한 상황이 기업 측면에서 불리하게 작용한다 하더라도 기업은 이윤증대, 생산성향상, 원가절감 등의 혁신활동을 통해서 시장에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 시장에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 새로운 생산방식인 고성과 생산관리시스템을 제시하고, 고성과 생산관리시스템이 기존의 생산관리시스템과는 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보며, 사례분석을 통하여 타 부문에도 적용할 수 있는지에 대하여 기술 하고자 한다. Current Korean economy is facing the big challenges although it is achieving a rise in exports. Consumption and investment are not showing signs of recovery, and unemployment rate is still high. Working conditions, including payment, are drastically changing according to the new five-working day system. Though situations are not favorable, companies are trying to increase a competition power by focusing more on higher profitability, better productivity, less waste and bigger cost saving with innovative activities. New production management system will be defined during explanation after reviewing the each elements of competition power. Then comparison of features of each production management system will be followed. Case study will give analytical explanation on the differences of new system from other work systems.

        공정 중 불량 감소를 위한 영상 자동검사 시스템의 구축 사례 연구

        Recently, enterprises have focused on quality improvement for delighting their customers. Especially, all business sector have checked, analyzed their consumer complaints in detail on their products and made a plan to reduce them. But there is a limitation not to solve them. This paper presents one of tools to reduce non qualified product on their operation line directly by modernized IT technology after analyzing and making the plan.

        한국 공장의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 경영혁신기법의 효과성에 관한 연구

        This study identifies the management innovation methods which have been used and being currently used, and empirically analyzes the effectiveness of those methods. Also identifies the obstacles against managing factories. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as followings. First, most management innovation methods remained as a fad rather than a fit. Second, managers of Korean factories consider the obstacles for managing factories as the inability of product design, the inability of business strategy or division strategy, fierce labor relations, and excessive logistics costs. Third, the most popular methods being used is 5S, and followed by environmental improvement program, Total Productive Maintenance, and Total Quality Management. Forth, the most effective management innovation method is 5S, followed by Total Productive Maintenance, Total Quality Management, Just in Time, Computerization, and Six Sigma. Fifth, the effectiveness of management innovation methods are differing depending on the process type. Finally, managing directors of factories mention the important core factors of manufacturing competitiveness as quality, cost, product development, delivery, and flexibility. The limitations of this study is as follows. First, more reliable research methods are needed. Second, more samples are needed to make this conclusion of this study more reliable. Third, the dynamic environmental factors of business requires more time series analysis. Finally, more analysis is needed to uncover the correlations among management innovation methods themselves.
