조립작업장에서 조립단계여유의 절대값을 이용한 지체작업비율의 최소화

In recent, since the competition between the manufacturing firms has been so increased that the customer-oriented performance has been important, the manager's concern focus on the performance measures related due date. An average tardiness does not fully describe a manager's orientation toward jobs completed after their due date. Percentage tardy indicates how many jobs are completed after their due-date and may be viewed as a type of customer service level. Also, in a research of competitive priorities of manufacturing firms, competitive priorities are the orders of on-time delivery, consistent quality, high performance design, price, fast delivery time, customization, volume flexibility, and so on. In conclusion, we suggest that the single most critical measure of performance is the percentage tardy. This research proposes dispatching rule for assembly job shop that minimizes the percentage of tardy jobs, which have not been attempted in the proceeding studies. The proposed rule uses the absolute slack of assembly stage.

발제자는 학교평가의 추진과정 장학과 학교평가의 차이점 2006년 시행된 학교평가의 절차 시행과정을 설명하고 특히 문제점에 대해서 평가내용 평가방식 등에 대해 조목조목 지적하고 언급하였다 특히 신제도주의 이론을 토대로 탁월한 연구 분석 틀을 구안하여 학교평가에 대한 신제도주의적 분석을 시도하였다 분석 결과에 따르면 학교평가의 취지는 교육의 책무성을 진단 하여 질 높은 교육을 추진하는데 있으나 우리나라 학교평가제는 학교교육의 성과를 관리하고 개선하는 근본적인 목적을 달성하고 있지 못하다

A new method was proposed for the determination of boiling point elevation and freezing point depression. On the diagram of chemical potential of solution versus temperature, two paths were chosen each of which intersecting at the initial state and final state. The integration along two paths were set to equal giving quantitative relation between molality of solute and change in collegative property.

Scheduling techniques and dispatching rules are widely studied because of their simulation-based analysis of dispatching rules for scheduling in dynamic job shops taking into account of utilization on the shop floor and due-date tightness. This research proposed new dispatching rules for a job shop that are expected to minimizes the proportion of tardy jobs. With respect to the proportion of tardy jobs objectives, the relative performance of the proposed dispatching rules were evaluated against that of the well-known ones.
