Many kinds of robots and machines have been developed to replace human laborin industrial and medical fields, as well as domestic life. In these applications, the device sneed to obtain environmental data using diverse sensors. Among such sensors, the tactile sensor is important because of its ability to get information regarding surface texture and force through the use of mechanical contact. In this research, a simple tactile sensor was developed using the direct writing of pressure sensitive material and layered fabrication of photocurable material. The body of the sensor was fabricated using layered fabrication, and pressure sensitive materials were dispensed between the layers using direct writing. We examined the line fabrication characteristics of the pressure sensitive material according to nozzle dispensing conditions. A simple 4 x 4 array flexible tactile sensor was successfully fabricated using the proposed process.

The flexible sensors to mimic human tactile sensation have been focused widely. However, many of these sensors were fabricated through a series of complex processes. Furthermore, economically available sensors are cost ineffective. Recently, simple tactile sensor was proposed using flexible material and conductive material. That is, the conductive material is discharged on the flexible polymer substrate by direct injection technique. When the external pressure is applied to the sensor, the electrical signal of the conductive lines is changed. Consequently, to implement this kind of sensor it is essential to examine dispensing characteristics for the line fabrication. In this regards, we examined the line fabrication characteristics of MWCNT mixture according to the nozzle dispensing conditions. From the experimental results, it was found that the line width of MWCNT mixture decreases as the flow rate decreases and the nozzle moving speed increases.
비만중년 여성에서 유산소운동이 GNB3 유전자다형에 따른 비만 및 대사증후군 지표에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether or not the ONB3 C825T gene polymorphism would modulate obesity and its metabolic syndrome markers responses to 12-week of aerobic exercise. Subjects of BMI>25 ㎏/㎡ obesity middle aged women. Measured of body composition, blood pressures, blood lipids, blood glucose, insuin, HOMA-IR and ONB3 C825T gene polymorphism. Then all the participants underwent a l2-week (3 days/week) aerobic exercise. The GNB3 genotype was a significant modulator in determining some of the metabolic syndrome markers (i..e, TG (p=0.018), and HOMA-IR (p=0.033) responses to 12-week of aerobic exercise. The current findings of the study suggest that the GNB3 C825T gene polymorphism can partially be a genetic modulator of obesity and its related metabolic syndrome markers responses to exercise training in this study population.

The pressure sensitive material was mixed with PDMS and MWCNTs. The body of the sensor was fabricated using layered fabrication. And among the layers the pressure sensitive materials were dispensed using direct writing. We examined the line fabrication characteristics of the pressure sensitive material according to the nozzle dispensing conditions. A simple 4 x 4 array flexible tactile sensor was fabricated successfully using proposed process.
남자대학생들의 검도 참여가 비만 및 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 20대 남자대학생을 대상으로 검도 수련 프로그램을 통한 비만을 비롯한 건강관련체력 수준의 개선의 정도를 타 종목과 비교하여, 비만을 포함하는 건강관련체력의 개선에 있어서 검도 수련의 장, 단점을 파악하여, 국민건강 증진에 있어 검도라는 스포츠의 대중화에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 피험자는 총 42명으로 검도집단 15명, 축구집단 17명, 통제집단 10명으로 구성하였다. 검도와 축구 운동프로그램은 16주간 실시하였으며, 사전과 사후에 비만 및 건강관련체력을 측정하였다. 연구결과 검도와 축구집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 비만지표를 비롯한 건강관련체력에서 유의한 상호작용효과를 나타내었다. 또한 검도와 축구집단 간의 비교에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으나, 팔굽혀펴기를 제외한 나머지 변인에서 축구집단이 더 큰 향상도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 건강증진의 차원에서 검도스포츠 참여를 증대시키고 활성화시키기 위해서는 보다 효과적인 비만을 비롯한 건강관련체력 향상에 중점을 두어야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the current study was to investigate effects of Kumdo on obesity and health-related fitness in college male students in order to popularize Kumdo sport. A total of 42 male students(Kumdo group: 15, Soccer group: 17, Control group: 10) were recruited in this study. Kumdo and soccer exercise program were performed during 16weeks. Obesity indices and health-related fitness indices were measured pre- and post-16week exercise program. We found that Kumdo and soccer group had significant interaction effects on all measured variables comparing control group. Also, on comparing between Kumdo and soccer group, although it was not significant, effects of Kumdo exercise were lower than soccer exercise on obesity and health-related fitness excepting push-up. In conclusion, the current findings suggest that we should focus on improving obesity and health-related fitness in order to increase participation of Kumdo sport on health promotion.
