범정부 PRM은 정보화사업의 성과 평가를 위한 평가분류체계 로 써 측정 범주는 제 공하고 있지만, 측정 범주별 적용기준에 대한 상대적 중요도가 없다는 단점이 있다 효율적인 정보화사업을 관리하기 위해서는 성과에 대한 평가를 객관적으 로 할 수 있는 정량적인 수치화가 필요하다 연구를 위한 다기준 의사결정의 방법론에 대해 살펴보고, 전문가의 의견을 수렴함에 있어 가장 적절한 연구방법론을 제시한 다 본 논문에서 는 퍼 지 QFD 를 이용하여 범정부 PRM 의 개발목적 을 잘 반영할 수 있는 측정범주의 상대적 중요도를 도출한다.

In this study, the transition of natural convective flow to periodic flow when a horizontal annulus with a radius ratio of 2 is filled with a fluid with a Prandtl number of 0.05 was studied by a numerical analysis. From Ra = 900, the flow begins to oscillate (P1) and the period decreases slightly and then increases, giving a dimensionless period of 2.91 at Ra = 3220. After that, period doubling occurs, but the P2 flow is maintained in a very narrow Rayleigh number range (Ra=3.23⨉10³~3.29⨉10³). As the Rayleigh number increases further, the period tripling and the transition to P3 occurs. And a rapid decrease of the period occurs in the Rayleigh number from 4460 to 4470 section, and this phenomenon is caused by the rearrangement through a rapid change in a very short moment.

우리나라의 소득대체율은 OECD평균에 비해 낮은 수준으로 나타나고 있기 때문에, 연금제도의 적정한 소득대체율을 확보하기 위해서 사적연금인 퇴직연금과 개인연금의 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 학계 및 민간연구소의 사적연금에 대한 통계치만 있을 뿐 향후 전망치에 대한 자료는 비공개하는 내부자료이거나 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사적연금 시장규모에 대한 향후전망을 통해 우리나라 연금시장의 미래상황을 예측하고, 이를 통해 정책입안자의 정책결정과 연금사업자의 의사결정에 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 퇴직연금 적립금은 정기납입분, 제도전환분, 추가부담분, 급여지급분, 적립금운용손익의 역학관계로 추산되고 추이를 전망한다. 개인연금 적립금은 선행연구를 분석한 결과 월평균소득, 결혼상태, 은퇴기간, 자영업자, 가계저축률, 세제혜택에 영향을 받으며, 이와 같이 계량화가 가능한 영향 변수들을 다중회귀분석하여 개인연금 적립금 추이를 예측한다. 노후은퇴자산 확보차원에서 사적연금이 중요해진 만큼 사적연금의 중장기 전망을 추정하는 것은 정책개발 및 전략수립에서 자원을 효율적으로 배분하는데 중요한 선결과제라 할 수 있다. The income replacement rate in Korea is relatively low, particularly for public pensions. Ensuring an adequate level of income replacement rates is very urgent, and thus private pensions, including corporate and personal retirements, have received more attention in order to reduce the gaps between the required and actual. Since retirement insurance was abolished in 2010, private pensions have continued to grow dramatically. However, the exact patterns have not been clearly predicted due to confidentiality or insufficient background information. In this novel academic attempt, we aim to forecast the scale of private pensions markets until the year 2020. For the corporate pensions that are managed either by workers or by their employers, the reserves are estimated and therefore predicted by several factors, including: the dynamics of the periodic payments, the system conversions from the retirement payment to the requirement pension, the additional contribution by workers, the amount of annual salary, the corporate profits, and the managing performance of retirement allowance. Furthermore, we examine possible variables that may influence the management of personal pensions, such as the incentive to hold private pensions, the patterns of holdings, and the monthly average deposits. We then select quantifiable variables using multiple regression analysis to ultimately form the forecasting model.
관군 열교환기에서 균일 자기장에 의한 전기 전도성 유체의 열유동 특성에 관한 수치해석 연구

본 연구에서는 엇갈림 배열 관군 사이를 전기 전도성 유체가 흐를 때 외부에서 인가한 자기장의 영향으로 변화하는 열유동 특성을 수치해석적으로 연구하였다. Reynolds 수 50과 100의 비정상 층류 관군 유동에서 외부 인가 자기장의 세기를 의미하는 Hartmann 수를 0에서 100까지 점진적으로 변화시킴에 따라 관군 내부의 열유동 특성을 관찰하였다. Hartmann 수가 증가함에 따라 인가 자기장의 영향으로 관표면의 속도 경계층이 얇아지고, 유동 박리를 후류로 지연시키며, 관 후면에 형성되는 재순환 영역의 크기가 줄어드는 것을 관찰하였다. 최종적으로 열유동 변형에 의한 결과적 국소 및 평균 Nusselt 수 변화특성을 제시하였다. When an electrically conducting fluid flows through a staggered tube bank, the heat transfer and fluid flow features are changed by the externally introduced magnetic field. This study provides a numerical investigation of this phenomenon. Heat and fluid flows are investigated for unsteady laminar flows at Reynolds numbers of 50 and 100 with the Hartmann number gradually increasing from zero to 100. As the Hartmann number increases, and owing to the effects of the introduced magnetic field, the velocity boundary layer near the tube wall is thinned, the flow separation is delayed downstream, and the shrinkage of a recirculation zone formed near the rear side is observed. Based on these thermo-fluid deformations, the resulting changes in the local and average Nusselt number are investigated.
경상남도 일부 농촌지역의 간흡충 감염에 대한 역학적 연구

Objectives : To investigate the prevalence of Clonorchis Sinensis infestation and to determine the associated risk factors among a population in a part of the rural area of Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea, which is an area known to have a high mortality from liver cancer and a high infection of C. sinensis. Methods : The study populat ion consisted of those people who have lived in rural areas and who were over 40 years old. This study was performed in 5 areas during the period from 1999 to 200 3. Informed consents were obtained from the 2,381 study participants, and these people were interviewed about their life style habits with using the structured questionnaire that was administered by trained staff members. The subjects underwent blood sampling and their stool specimens were examined by using the Formalin-ether sedimentation technique. Results : Among the study subjects (N=2,381), the positivity for C. sinensis in the stool was 34.4% (95% CI=36.3-42.5); it was 39.4% (95% CI=36.3-42.5) in the males and 30.9% (95% CI=28.5-33.3) in the females . The positivity for C. sinensis was associated with current alcohol drinking (odds ratio=1.8, 95% CI: 1.5-2.1) and raw fish consumption (odds ratio 1.2, 95% CI: 0.9-1.6). Conclusion : The present study confirmed the high prevalence of C. sinensis in the study subjects. It is necessary to establish consistent medical management and education programs for the treatment and prevention of C. sinensis infestation in the rural inhabitants of Korea.
일개 도시 일부 청년층(16-24세)의 B형, C형 간염에 관한 혈청역학적 연구

Objectives : To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis B and C virus infections and determine the associated risk factors among young adults in Busan, Korea, which is known to have a high incidence of liver cancer. Methods : The study population consisted of volunteer participants in a health survey during 2002, which included 1,350 students (515 males and 835 females) aged between 16 and 24 years, from three different schools in Busan. The participating students were asked to fill in a self-administered questionnaire which included lifestyle habits and risk factors of hepatitis. Sera obtained from the participants were studied for HBsAg, anti-HBs, and Anti-HCV by enzyme immunoassay (EIA) method and for liver function tests. Results : Among the study subjects (N=1,350), the seropositivities of HBsAg 7.9%(95% CI=7.8-8.0), 7.6%(95% CI=7.6-7.7) in male and 8.1%(95% CI=8.0-8.2) in female. And the seropositivity of Anti-HBs was 69.7%(95% CI=69.0-70.4), 70.5%(95% CI=69.8-71.2) in male and 69.2%(95% CI=68.5-69.9) in female. The seropositivity of Anti-HCV was 0.4%, 0.2% in male and 0.5% in female. The seropositivity for HBsAg in the subjects not having a hepatitis B vaccination history was twice(95% CI=1.0-4.4) that of those that did. Also, the seropositivity for HBsAg in subjects having experienced sexual intercourse was 1.7 times (95% CI=0.9-3.0) that of the subjects who had not. Conclusions : The present study confirmed the high prevalence of HBsAg seropositivity and sexual transmission of HBV among adolescents and young adults may occur. Further studies to evaluate the relationship between HBV vaccination and sexual transmission are required for the young population in Korea.
