Deterioration performance of caisson type breakwaters may be affected by various factors such as types and projects, construction methods, procedure, climate, and site conditions etc. Presently, in design VE(Value Engineering) and LCC(life cycle cost), designers have still often uncertain of their responsibilities, lack information and training of deterioration. Therefore, designers are still failing to exploit the potential that they are able to eliminate and reduce risks on site. in this study, the concepts of integrated VE analysis assessment is introduced in order to achieve ""Design-for-Deterioration performance""in design VE phase. For this purpose, a framework for fuzzy reliability -based LCC and value analysis model using fuzzy logic-based approach for breakwaters projects is suggested. It is anticipated that the methodology proposed in this paper can also be utilized in the design and maintenance phase of other facilities where decision making is made for the fuzzy reliability-based life cycle cost and value analysis.
소비자의 가치 인식과 합리적 행위에 기반한 가정에서의 물 절약 행동에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study aims to identify effective ways to induce water resources conservation for general water consumers. Methods: In order to find the core factors to motivate water saving behavior for general consumers, this study utilized the theory of reasoned action which is well known as one of the most frequently used theory in consumer’s green behavior analysis. Results: Among six hypothesized relationships in the research model four were proved to be statistically significant. The relationship between attitude toward water savings and the water saving behavior was found to be significant but only through the behavioral intention. Conclusion: Consumers with positive attitude on water conservation will practice water saving behavior with behavioral intention. However, consumers only with high knowledge on water conservation naturally and habitually practice water saving behavior without recognizing the intention to save the water. Thus, both positive attitude on the water conservation and subjective norm must be satisfied since the two factors tend to lead to actual green behavior using different psychological routes.
정량적 분석을 위한 남조류 개체수와 클로로필a 및 피코시아닌의 상관관계 분석

최근 하천과 호소에서 부영양화가 진행됨에 따라 남조류(Cyanobacteria)의 대량 증식으로 인한 녹조현상(algal bloom)이 문제 되고 있다. 남조류의 대량증식은 Geosmin과 2-MIB의 생성으로 이취미를 유발해 정수 처리 비용을 증가시키며, 친수활동의 제한, 빛과 산소의 차단으로 인한 물고기의 폐사, 수생태계 균형을 해치는 등 많은 문제를 일으키고 있다. 이에 따라 환경부에서는 남조류의 모니터링을 위해 조류경보제를 도입하고 조류측정망을 운영하고 있으며, 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 조류 측정 방법으로는 수질오염공정시험기준에 따라 현미경 검경을 통한 계수와 동정이 이루어지고 있으며 이는 전문성의 필요와 인력 소모가 크기 때문에 남조류의 정량적 분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단되며 조류의 생물량을 평가하는 유력한 지표인 클로로필a(Chlorophyll-a)와 남조류에 함유된 색소인 피코시아닌(Phycocyanin)을 남조류의 정량적 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 최근 남조류의 관련 연구는 남조류 개체수와 수질 인자간의 연구, 클로로필a간의 상관성 연구가 다소 이루어진 바 있으나 남조류의 정량적 지표에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 남조류 개체수와 클로로필a 및 피코시아닌의 상관성을 파악해보았다. 연구지점으로 하절기에 부엽식물 및 녹조가 번성하는 평강천으로 선정하였으며, 현장조사를 통해 평강천에서 총 5지점을 선정하여 채수를 진행하였다. 수질오염공정시험법에 근거하여 클로로필a를 측정하고, 현미경계수법을 통한 동정 및 계수를 수행하였다. 피코시아닌은 Ha et al.(2016)의 연구에서 제시한 피코시아닌 추출법을 바탕으로 측정하였다. 본 연구에서는 남조류의 정량적 분석을 위해 남조류 개체수와 클로로필, 피코시아닌의 농도를 비교하고 상관성을 분석해보았으며, 이는 남조류를 정량할 수 있는 지표로 활용하는데 필요한 기초자료로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 시대의 변화 속에서 항구적으로 교육의 핵심적 과제로 제기되어온 인성교육의 접근법으로서 태권도의 가능성을 관련 문헌 검토를 통해 탐색하고자 한다. 현재 일선 태권도 도장에서 이루어지는 태권도 수련은 태권도 정신 실현을 위한 엄격한 원리 숙지의 과정에 초점을 맞추기보다는 현실적 경영을 염두에 둔 놀이의 방식을 취하는 경향이 있다. 태권도 수련은 신체적 움직임을 통해 태권도 정신을 익히는 데 근본적인 목적이 있으며, 그 목적 실현을 위한 심층적인 이해와 실천은 인성교육의 장으로서 태권도 도장의 의미를 제고하는 데 매우 중요한 조건이 된다. 인성교육의 장으로서 태권도 도장의 가능성을 확인하기 위해서는 태권도 수련이 내포하고 있는 특성을 검토하고 확인할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서 관련 문헌을 검토하여 추출한 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스스로를 이해하고 단련하는 수련을 통해 예의·인내·자신감·극기·용기·겸손·집중력을 실천할 수 있다. 둘째, 상대를 통해서 태권도 수련의 경험체계를 조금씩 넓혀 나가고 존중·배려·사랑·효를 실천할 수 있다. 셋째, 공동체를 만들어 나가며 협동·리더십·봉사·헌신·우정을 실천할 수 있다. 넷째, 세계로 뻗어나가 책임·조화·정의·신뢰·공동체의식을 홍익정신으로 실천할 수 있다. This study aims to explore the potential of Taekwondo as an approach to character education, a core task consistently identified in education a midst changing times, through a review of relevant literature. Currently, Taekwondo training in Taekwondo Dojang tends to take a play method with realistic management in mind rather than focusing on the process of strict understanding of principles for the realization of Taekwondo spirit. Taekwondo t raining h as a fundamental purpose to learn Taekwondo spirit through physical movement, and in-depth understanding and practice for realizing the purpose is a very important condition to enhance the meaning of Taekwondo Dojang as a place of character education. In order to confirm the possibility of Taekwondo Dojang as a place of character education, it is necessary to examine and confirm the characteristics of Taekwond training. The characteristics extracted by reviewing related literature in this study are as follows. First, you can practice courtesy, patience, confidence, self-control, courage, humility, and concentration through training to understand and train yourself. Second, the experience system of Taekwondo training can be gradually expanded through the other party to practice respect, consideration, love, and filial piety. Third, we can practice cooperation, leadership, service, dedication, and friendship in a community. Fourth, we can spread to the world with the spirit of Hongik and practice responsibility, harmony, justice, trust, and community consciousness.

This paper reviewed recent music intervention studies that investigated the effect of music training on language abilities from the perspective of neuroscience. Based on the results of the studies, a music program was proposed to develop Korean language ability. This paper analyzed why the music programs used in the previous studies contributed to the improvement of language ability and discussed what should be differentiated given the prosody of Korean. In addition, it was discussed how early and how long music training should be conducted to promote language development.
Chlorella vulgaris를 이용한 양돈폐수 내 영양염류 및 중금속 제거

Bioremediation has been recognized as a suitable alternative to conventional methods of removing contaminants, and it uses fungi, bacteria and microalgae. In contrast to other organisms, microalgae are unique in that they have the ability to perform photosynthesis like plants and to utilize organic/inorganic carbon substrates, in a process called phytoremediation. Microalgae can populate a reaction site rapidly and enhance the bioremediation efficiency. In this study, Chlorella vulgaris was used to evaluate the removal potentials of the nutrients (N and P) and heavy metals (Cu and Zn) from swine wastewater. The optimum growth conditions for Chlorella vulgaris and the removal potentials of N, P, Cu, and Zn from synthetic wastewater using Chlorella vulgaris were investigated. Based on the results, the applicability of this microalga to on-site wastewater treatment was examined. Optimal growth conditions for Chlorella vulgaris were established to be 28℃, a pH of 7, and light and dark cycles of 14:10 h. As the concentrations of the nutrients were increased, the efficiencies of N and P removal efficiencies by Chlorella vulgaris were decreased in the single and binary mixed treatments of the nutrients, respectively. Further, the efficiencies of Cu and Zn removal also decreased as the heavy metals concentrations added were increased, both in the single and binary mixed treatments. In addition, the efficiency of Cu removal was higher than that of Zn removal. Our results indicate that Chlorella vulgaris could be used in treatment plants for the removal of nutrients and heavy metals from swine wastewater.

The flowers of Magnolia obovata were extracted with aqueous MeOH and fractionated into EtOAc, n-BuOH, and H2O fractination. Three alkyl glycosides were isolated from the EtOAc fraction through repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatography. The structures were identified to be 2-methylbutan-1-ol-β-Dgalacto- pyranoside (1), 2-methylbutan-1-ol-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and 2-methylpropan-1-ol-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) on the basis of spectroscopic analyses such as fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, 1D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) (1H and 13C-NMR), and 2D NMR (gCOSY, gHSQC, and gHMBC). These compounds were isolated for the first time from the flower of M. obovata in this study.
