인공지능에서 정수 프로그래밍을 위한 제약조건 해결기의 구현

실세계에서 발생하는 많은 문제들은 주어진 제약조건들을 만족하는 범위내에서 해를 찾는 제약만족문제(CSP)의 개념으로 설명될 수 있으며, 이러한 문제들의 해결을 위해 인공지능 및 OR분야에서 활발한 연구가 계속 되어왔다. 본 연구는 대표적 논리언어인 Prolog에소 유한이산도메인 및 수치 제약조건의 해결을 위한 제약 해결기에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 구현된 제약해결기에서는 포워드체킹(FC)을 사용하여 조합적 문제를 효과적인 도메인 여과를 통해 탐색공간 및 탐색시간을 축소시키며, 또한 최적화 문제의 해결에 있어서도 그 문제에 주어진 목적함수와 FC의 장점을 조화 시킴으로써 최적해를 더욱 효과적으로 발견한다.
Drosophila virilis 의 TFIIB , TBP 유전자의 구조 분석 및 Drosophila melanogaster 유전자와의 비교

The Drosophila virilis TFIIB and TBP genes were isolated and sequenced. The D. virilis TFIIB gene encodes a protein of 293 amino acids and contains three small introns, located in the exactly corresponding sites as the three introns in D, melanogaster TFIIB gene. The D. virilis TFIIB protein showed 97% sequence identity to D. melanogaster protein, although a stretch of 22 amino acids present is missing in the D. virilis protein. The D. virilis TBP gene encodes a protein of 349 amino acids and its exon-intron structure is identical to that of D. melanograster TBP gene. The deduced amino acid sequence of D. virilis TBP indicates a high degree of homology with D. melanogaster TBP (77% identity). The carboxy-terminal domain of the D. virilis TBP is 95% identical to that of D. melanogaster protein whereas the amino-terminal domains of the two proteins is much less conserved. Our data suggest that the gene structures and protein sequences of TFIIB and TBP are well conserved in D. virilis and D. melanogaster and that the functions of these two proteins are well conserved in these distantly related Drosophila species.
회전 자계에 의해 초전도체에 발생되는 Eddy current 분포에 관한 연구

The distribution of magentic field and eddy current is analized to investigate the normal spot wihich plays a part in excitation. Magnetic Reynods Number has been introduced to explain the distribution of magnetic field and eddy current. Through the eddy current equation, we can predict where the quenching points are formed in superconductiong sheet. The part of zero-compression by motion. When the magnetic of the normal spot is large, the eddy current is increased in the side of normal spot and decreased in the left side. So the current reaches to the critical current, the superconductor begins to quench locally.
자궁내막종 적출술후 GnRH analogue 의 통증 치료 효과에 관한 고찰

Objective : To estimate the efficacy of GnRH analogue on pain treatment after laparoscopic cystectomy of endometrioma. Methods : During a 12-month period from March 2000 to February 2001 in Chonnam National University Hospital, Sixty five patients with ovarian cysts were diagnosed as endometrioma by clinical examination, ultrasonogram and serum Ca 125 level. The laparoscopic cystectomy was performed and 65 consecutive women were biopsy-proved endometrioma. They were treated with GnRH analogue intramuscular injection every 4 weeks over a period of 6 months after operation. 10-point linear visual analogue scales for pelvic pain were completed pre-and post-treatment at 6 months and 12 months. Results : A total of 96 endometriotic cysts (21 cysts were bilateral) were fouond in the 65 patients. 65 patients had a pain associated with endometriosis. 40 patients of them complained of a dysmenorrhea, 14 patients for dyspareunia, and 24 patients for non-menstrual pain. At preoperative, the mean pain score was 5.85±2.28 (mean±SD) for dysmenorrhea; for dyspareunia, 5.29±1.49; for non-menstrual pain, 5.33±2.10. At 6 months and 12 months, the mean pain score was 3.20±1.68 and 2.42±1.9 for dysmenorrheal for dyspareunia, 3.71±1.73 and 3.57±1.79; for non-menstrual pain, 3.63±2.26 and 3.29±1.97. The mean pain score for pelvic pain decreased after combined treatment. Conclusion : The laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarian endometrioma is an effective treatment for pelvic pain and combination therapy with GnRH analogue is more useful to relieving pelvic pain after operation.

The paper discussed the characteristics of the imaging magnetic for the magnetic resonance imaging system. Most magnets are of the superconducting type. A superconducting magnet is an electromagnet made of superconducting wire. Superconducting wire has a resistance approximately equal to zero when it is cooled to a temperature close to absolute zero by emersing it in liquid helium. In this study, we have proposed theoretical design conditions of superconducting magnet for the mafnetic resonance imaging system.
