일 대학 여대생의 성역할정체감, 성공공포 및 우울

목 적 : 일 대학 여학생의 성역할정체감 유형 분포와 성공공포 및 우울위험에 취약한 특정 유형을 확인하고, 어떤 요인들이 이 유형이 되는 데에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 자기기입방식 설문조사 응답지 74부로부터 얻어진 자료에 대해서 ANOVA 및 Scheffe의 사후 테스트, 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 : 미분화형과 여성성 유형이 동일하게 가장 많았고(28.4%, 21명) 양성성 유형이 가장 적었다(18.9%, 14명). 미분화형과 여성성 유형은 남성성 유형과 양성성 유형보다 성공공포 수준이 유의하게 높았다(F=5.41, p=0.002). 우울위험 정도는 양성성 유형, 남성성 유형, 여성성 유형, 미분화형 순으로 증가하였지만 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(F=1.57, p=0.204). 남자 형제가 있는 경우(OR=9.56, p=0.021), 외모 만족도가 낮을수록(OR=2.54, p=0.032) 및 학업성취도가 낮을수록(OR=2.54, p=0.048) 미분화형이 될 위험도가 유의하게 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 미분화형은 일 대학 여대생 성역할정체감의 주요 유형이자 성공회피와 우울위험에 취약한 유형이었다. 향후 해당기관 및 교육당 국은 이 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 고려한 성인 초기 여성을 위한 성역할정체감 확립 중재프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있겠다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate local characteristics of the distribution of sex-role identity types and the factors affecting a vulnerable type to fear of success and risk of depression among female students attending at a university in Jeju. Methods : Data from 74 participants were collected by self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by ANOVA and Scheffe’s posthoc test, and a multivariate logistic regression. Results : The most prevalent sex-role identity type was undifferentiated (28.4%), accompanied by femininity (28.4%) equally. Androgyny was the least prevalent (18.9%). The undifferentiated as well as femininity type showed a higher level of fear of success than the masculinity and the androgyny types did (F=5.41, p=0.002). Although the degree of risk of depression was increasing, starting from androgyny to masculinity, femininity and undifferentiated type in the order named, no significant difference was found among them (F=1.57, p=0.204). The factors affecting the undifferentiated type were having male sibling (Odds ratio 9.56 ; Confidence Interval 1.40-65.39 ; p=0.021), level of body image satisfaction (2.54 ; 1.09-5.93 ; p=0.032) and level of academic achievement (2.54 ; 1.01-6.40 ; p=0.048). Conclusion : The Jeju’s most prevalent and vulnerable type of sex-role identity is undifferentiated type among female students. This calls for an intervention concerning the affecting factors.

Residents came to be able to do the outside and the communication through the mural painting, and began to think about the future that was the attachment mind to the village and own. If residents` private lives are never violated by the mural painting, the responsibility of the mural painting preservation pushes to residents one-sidedly and it is never made to bear, division is a project of a very affirmative culture that meets. But this project is expanded on a nationwide scale and there is a mural painting anywhere and if it was made to fade and to take off that it becomes a serious visual pollution. It is necessary to think whether it is each organization and artists are problems that what is most necessary for residents who have lived there before the plan and production. Actually, there are no drainage facilities in a lot of mural painting villages. It be necessary be likely to repair a lot of deserted houses and to increase comfortable public lavatories to residents most. And the similar mural painting made uniform is not needed. It is necessary to make the space where the histories of residents who have lived regional distinctiveness and there talk about the recollection and the dream of alive. However, the human nature that has been alienated up to now doesn`t recover soon even if the painted on the wall and the picture is drawn. It is point that calmly judges whether to thrust alienated residents into a deep predicament oppositely. Even if the mural painting depicts it as a means to conceal a dirty place in the city, even if it is a means to postpone the urban redevelopment temporarily, the responsibility of the defense and repairing is carried with it to everyone because it made it. Do not forget it is a place to which residents live in above all there because of the murall painting.

도시재생을 통한 노후불량 주거지의 개발에 관한 연구

It does not consider to the quality of if house environment not to be and if only economic profit only the high development which it stands comes to be continued, it will be confront in saturated state and massive high-rise building deterioration problem of residential supply. So that, it bust be consider to the reconstruction and the redevelopement which match in the time when qualitative life pursues.

저열량 가스 적용에 따른 천연가스엔진의 대응 방안 연구

국내에서 사용되는 천연가스가 저열량화 되면서 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 대응하기 위해서는 국내 산업용 가스기기에 미칠 수 있는 문제점을 사전에 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 에너지의 효율적인 사용을 위한 대응 방안이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 EURO-6 규제를 대응하는 희박연소방식의 천연가스 엔진을 이용할 경우, 저열량 가스의 도입으로 인한 엔진 출력성능과 효율의 저하 문제를 해결하기 위해, 실험을 토대로 한 구체적인 제어방안과 결과를 제시하고자 하였다. 전부하 운전조건인 1,400 rpm의 엔진 회전수에서 스로틀이 전부 개방된 전부하 조건과 정격운전조건의 엔진회전수인 2,100 rpm, 450 Nm의 토크 조건에서 점화시기로 대표되는 제어변수에 의한 개선효과 확인을 위해, 각 가스연료에 대해서 점화시기를 변경하여 열효율 및 배출가스특성을 파악하고 최적화하였다. 전부하조건에서 토크를 기준으로 가장 낮은 값을 보이는 순수메탄의 경우 기준 조건에서 약 2 CAD 정도 점화시기를 진각하면 NOx 배출의 큰 증가 없이 토크를 보상할 수 있다. In order to cope with the problems that may occur when the natural gas used in Korea becomes low in calories, the problems that may have to the domestic industrial gas equipment must be identified in advance, and based on this, countermeasures for efficient use of energy must be preceded. In this study, in order to solve the problem of deterioration of engine output performance and efficiency due to the introduction of low calorific gas when using a lean-burning natural gas engine that complies with the EURO-6 regulation, specific control plans and results based on the experiment are intended to be presented. In order to identify the improvement effect by the control variable represented by the ignition timing under the full load condition at the engine speed of 1,400 rpm and 550 Nm, 2,100 rpm, which is the engine speed at the rated operation condition, the thermal efficiency and exhaust gas characteristics were identified and optimized by changing the ignition timing for each gas fuel. In the case of pure methane, which shows the lowest value based on the torque under the full load condition, if the ignition timing is advanced by about 2 CAD from the reference ignition timing, the torque can be compensated without a large increase in NOx emission.

Cusil/SiC 접합의 계면 현상

To detect the interfacial phenomena on Ceramic/metal. SiC and Cusil were joined in N₂ or Ar gas atmosphere at various reaction temperature and the cross section were observed. Ag, which was separated from Cusil infiltrated into SiC side and separated it to Si and C. As a matrix, Ag transfered free Si to Cusil side and helped to form (Cu, Si) eutectic phase in Cusil side. the (Cu, Si) eutectic phase was transfered and precipitated into CuxSiy silicide in SiC side. The remaining SiC, not separated, was growing by the process of Ostwald ripenning in Ag matrix. (Cu, Si) eutectic phase had a dendrite type crystal phase in Ag molten matrix at N₂ gas atmosphere. This phenomena were appeared explicitly with the increased reaction temperature from 850, 900 to 950℃. But at the Ar gas atmosphere, the shapes of (Cu, Si) eutectic phase were aggromerated, and the transfer phenomenon to ceramic side was less compare to N₂ gas atmosphere.

Daucus Carota 중에 존재하는 Polyphenol Oxidase의 정제 및 특성에 관한 연구

Polyphenol Oxidase was purified from Daucus Carota by ammonium sulfate precipitation, Sephacryl S-200 HR gel filtration and DEAE-Sephacel column chromatography. Carrots polyphenol oxidase was purified about 31.6 folds and specific activity was 877 units/mg. The enzyme has high substrate specificity on ferulic acid. The Km value for catechol was 12.5mM. Optimum pH was 5.5 and optimum temperature was 30℃. Potassium cyanide, 2-mercaptoethanol and EDTA inhibited the activity of enzyme. The activity was increased by addition of ??, ??, ??, ??, ?? and ?? ions. The molecular weight of polyphenol oxidase was approximately 45,000 daltons.
