        손저림 증상을 호소하는 86명의 환자들에 대한 아시혈 진단법과 약침치료 효능에 관한 연구

        Objectives Hand paresthesia is common syndrome and the cause is more unknown than known reason. The Purpose of this study were investigated the effects of Myofacial Pain Syndrome theory to make diagnosis and treatment by Pharmacopuncture for the patients of hand paresthesia. Method This study was carried out to established the clinical criteria of hand parethesia. The patients who had past history of diabeics, neuropathy induced by alcohol or drug were excluded, and 86 patients who had hand paresthesia related with unknown-reason was selected by the interview process. And the effects of Pharmacopuncture theory were analyzed using VAS score before and after treatment. Results and conclusions 56.9% of unknown-reason patients are positive at diagnosis by MPS theory. While positive group decrease from $62.81{\pm}14.27$ to $25.28{\pm}15.97$, negative group decrease from $55.88{\pm}10.92$ to $48.28{\pm}14.01$ by VAS scores. Positive group was accordingly more effective than negative group. So diagnosis and treatment for hand numbness patients by MPS theory was useful in clinical.

        조위승청탕(調胃升淸湯) 추출액이 비만유도 쥐의 지질대사, 항산화계 및 염증반응계에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Jowiseungcheung-tang (JWSCT) extract on the lipid metabolism, anti-oxidation and inflammatory reflex. Methods : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed a high fat diet for 8 weeks and were randomly divided into 4 groups (10 mice in each group): control group, 100 mg/kg JWSCT group, 200 mg/kg JWSCT group, 300 mg/kg JWSCT group. The control group was administered 100 mg/kg of water, but the other three groups were administered 100, 200, 300 mg/kg JWSCT extract for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, we measured lipid level, thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and cytokines in plasma and liver. The gene expression level and the ratio of apo-B and apo-E were then investigated by way of reverse transcription -polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results : In the JWSCT group, compared with the control, free fatty acid, triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, TBARS, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ decreased significantly in plasma and liver. However HDL-cholesterol, IL-10, GSH-Px, SOD and CAT increased. In the JWSCT group, compared with the control, the gene expression level and the ratio of apo-A and apo-E decreased significantly in the RT-PCR analysis. Conclusions : The extract of JWSCT has anti-obesity, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects.

        토복령(土茯笭)의 Raw 264.7 세포에 대한 항염효과

        Objective : Inflammatory cytokines have a close relationship to insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM). The inhibitory effect of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma (SGR) were examined on production of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin $E_2$ $(PGE_2)$, synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$) and NF-${\kappa}$B activation in Raw 264.7 cells. Methods: Raw 264.7 cells were pretreated with SGR(20, 50, 100 ${\mu}g$/ml), and then cultured with lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Cell viability was measured by MTT assay; inhibition of NO, $PGE_2$, and TNF-${\alpha}$ production were measured by Griess reagent and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Induction of COX-2 and iNOS were determined by western blotting analysis. Inhibition of NF-${\kappa}$B was measured by immunofluorescence assay (IFA). Results: SGR inactivated NF-${\kappa}$B, and inhibited the production of NO, iNOS, and $PGE_2$. Inhibition of COX-2 and TNF-${\alpha}$ could not be confirmed. Conclusions: From the above result. SGR was found to have an anti-inflammatory effect of inhibition of NO, iNOS, and $PGE_2$ production via inhibition of NF-${\kappa}$B.

        흉곽출구증후군으로 손 저림을 호소하는 환자들에 대한 Sweet BV의 아시혈적 치료 효능 관찰

        Objectives: The objective of this study was to compare the effects of Sweet Bee Venom(Sweet BV) Therapy between the hand paresthesia patients with Osteoporosis and without Osteoporosis. Methods: This study was carried out to established the clinical criteria of hand parethesia. The patients who had past history of diabeics, neuropathy induced by alcohol or drug and was positive on Myofacial Pain Syndrome Theory were excluded. 32 patients who had hand paresthesia related with unknown-reason was selected by the interview process. And the effects of treatment were analyzed using VAS score before treatment, after treatment, after 1 month and after 3 months. Results and conclusion: After treatment, While Osteoporosis group decrease from $64.81{\pm}7.81$ to $27.21{\pm}7.32$, Non-Osteoporosis group decrease from $58.76{\pm}1.43$ to $24.74{\pm}3.81$ by VAS scores. and After 3 months, While Osteoporosis group increase from $27.21{\pm}7.32$ to $54.96{\pm}9.40$, Non Osteoporosis group increase from $24.74{\pm}3.81$ to $32.43{\pm}5.57$. Non-Osteoporosis group was accordingly more effective than Osteoporosis group after 3 months. So Sweet BV therapy for hand numbness patients without Osteoporosis was e effective than patients with Osteoporosis.

        신지하천의 step pool 연속체에 관한 연구

        산지가 대부분인 우리나라 지형특성상 산지하천에 나타나는 step-pool 연속체는 매우 일반적이고 보편적인 지형형태이나 지금까지 국내 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 경기도 하남시 소재 산지하천인 고란골계곡의 step-pool 연속체에 대한 지형적 특성을 살펴보고, 지형형성에 작용하는 지형매개변수들의 기하하적 특징 및 관계성을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그 결과는 첫째. 고란골계곡의 step height는 외국의 타 연구지역에 비해 비교적 높은 편인데. 이는 연구지역내에 기반암곽 거력이 잘 발달되어 있는 것과 관련되어 있으며. 특히 지류(支流)가 유입되는 구간(reach)도 비교적 높은 step height가 나타나고 있다. 둘째. 지형매개변수들간의 기하학적 특징을 살펴보면, step height와 step wavelength, 하폭과 step wavelength의 길이 비율은 각각 1 : 5 와 1 : 0.5 로 나타났다. 셋째, 고란골계곡이 타 연구지역에 비해 step wavelength가 짧은 것은 다른 지역보다 step height가 높고, step material size가 크기 때문이며, 작은 유역면적과 짧은 하도길이의 차이 또한 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 생각된다. 넷째, step wavelength는 하폭이 좁을수록, step material size가 클수록, step height가 높을수록 그 간격이 짧아진다. 다섯째, step wavelength는 step height보다 하폭과 하도경사에 의해 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 생각된다. Considering our geomorphologic character composed of most mountains, step-pool sequence discovered in our mountain stream is very general, common geomorphologic form. But our research on step-pool sequence have never studied until now. The purpose of this research is to study geomorphologic character on step-pool sequence of `Koran valley` of mountain stream in Hanam city, Kyunggi-Do and to analyze geometric characters and relations of geomorphologic parameter formed geography. The result runs as follows ; First, step height of Koran valley is generally high comparing with that of other country. That is why bed rocks and large blocks within the research region have considerably developed and especially reach in the flow of tributary have shown that step height comparatively is high. Second, geometric characters between geomorphologic parameters run as follows ; rates of step height and wavelength are one versus five, rates of width and length of wavelength are one versus a half. Third, comparing with other research region, step wavelength Koran valley is short because Koran valley is higher step height and larger step material size than other research region. Also. Koran valley has been affected differences between small drainage basins and between short channel lengths. Fourth, spacing of step wavelength is more and more shorten when width is more narrow, step material size is larger and step height is higher. Fifth, step wavelength is more influenced by width & slope than step height.

      • 함정의 통합 통제체계

        함정은 다양한 무기체계, 통신체계, 기관체계와 같은 이종의 시스템들로 구성된 복합 시스템(System of Systems)이다. 과거에는 이러한 체계들을 승조원들이 독립적으로 개별 통제하였으나, 현재는 ICT 기술의 발전과 승조원 감축 등을 이유로 하여 개별 체계들을 통합하여 통제하는 개념으로 함정의 통제 개념이 변하고 있다. 이와 더불어 민간에서 스스로 발전하고 있던 인공지능 또한 함정의 두뇌라고 할 수 있는 전투관리체계에 적용하여 승조원의 판단을 지원하려는 계획도 진행 중이다. 본고에서는 함정의 통제체계의 특성에 대해 우선 살펴보고, 현재 개발 또는 연구 중인 함정의 통합 통제체계의 현황과 향후 발전방향에 대해서 기술하였다.

        소수의 풍력발전기에 의한 해상관제 레이더 간섭 영향

        본 논문에서는 해상에 설치되는 풍력발전기에 의한 해상 관제 레이더의 간섭 여부를 분석하는 방법론을 제시하고, 군산항 인근 해역에 설치되는 소수의 풍력발전기에 의한 해상 관제 레이더의 간섭 여부를 분석하였다. 레이더 간섭 분석은 ray 기반의 전자기 해석 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 고도 정보를 포함하는 수치지형도, 풍력발전기 도면 및 파도를 포함하는 해수면을 전자기 해석 프로그램에 맞게 변환하여 주변 지형과 풍력발전기에 의한 영향을 반영하였다. 분석 결과 대규모 풍력발전단지가 아닌 소수의 풍력 발전기의 설치는 해상 관제 레이더의 운용에 심각한 영향이 없는 것으로 분석된다. This paper presents a methodology to analyze the interference of maritime traffic control radar by wind turbines installed in the sea, and the interference result of the maritime traffic control radars by a small number of wind turbines installed in sea near Gunsan port (Gunsan vessel traffic services). A ray based electromagnetic analysis software is used to analyze the interference. The geographic information system map containing altitude data, drawing of wind turbines, and sea with waves are imported to the software to analyze the effect of the terrain and the wind turbines. According to the analysis, a small number of wind turbines, not large scale wind farms, has no severe impact on the operation of the radar.
