        하악 소수 잔존치에서 텔레스코픽 의치를 이용한 수복 증례

        하악의 잔존 치조제가 얇고 낮은 증례에서 국소의치를 이용한 수복은 잔존 치조제에서 적절한 전후방의 안정성 및 지지를 얻을 수 없어 환자에게 불편함을 주고 치조제에 과도한 교합력을 주게 된다. 또한 서로 멀리 떨어진 소수의 잔존치가 남았을 경우 스플린트하기 어렵고, 스플린트를 하지 않을 경우 고립 지대치가 되어 현명한 치료가 될 수 없다. 이와 같은 경우 텔레스코픽 시스템은 클래스프 의치에서 발생될 수 있는 치아에 작용하는 무리한 측방하중을 줄여주며, 안정적이고 확실한 유지력과 견고성을 갖는다는 장점이 있다. 본 증례는 전반적인 중등도의 치주염으로 인해 상악은 무치악, 하악은 소수 잔존치가 남은 상태에서, 상악은 총의치, 하악은 텔레스코픽 의치로 수복한 증례이다. 치료 계획 시 서로 멀리 떨어진 하악 소수 잔존치가 남고, 적절한 지지를 얻을 수 없는 치조제를 가져 클레스프 의치를 수복하더라도 많은 불편함과 어려움이 있을 것으로 판단되어, 텔레스코픽 의치로 수복하였다. Restoration of a patient with thin and low residual ridges using a removable partial denture cannot provide proper anterioposterior stability and support, so it results in patient discomfort and severe occlusal force. Also, when a small number of residual teeth are far apart from one another, it is difficult to splint. When these teeth are not splinted, they become solitary abutments, which is not a wise treatment decision. In this case, telescopic system reduces severe lateral load on abutments resulting from a clasp denture and it provides stable and definite retention and solidity. In this case report, a patient exhibited full edentulism in maxilla, and a small number of residual teeth in mandible, which were restored with a complete denture and a telescopic denture respectively. In treatment planning, it was concluded that a patient was restored with a telescopic denture since it was highly probable that a clasp denture would create discomfort and difficulty due to a small number of residual teeth located far apart and residual ridges without proper support.

        부동산등기법상 신탁등기의 대항력에 대한 검토

        집합건물을 수탁받은 신탁회사의 관리비 납부의무가 문제된 사건에서, 대법원은 부동산등기법 제81조 제1항이 등기관에게 신탁계약의 각 조항 등을 기록한 신탁원부를 작성하도록 규정하고 있고, 같은 조 제3항이 이와 같이 작성된 신탁원부를 등기기록의 일부로 본다고 규정하고 있기 때문에 신탁원부에 기재되어 등기가 된 신탁계약의 내용에 대해서는 제3자에 대한 대항력을 가진다고 판단하여, 이 사건 신탁계약에 위탁자가 집합건물의 관리비 납부의무를 부담한다고 규정하고 있고 이러한 신탁계약의 내용이 신탁원부에 기재되어 부동산등기부에 공시되어 있는 이상 수탁자인 신탁회사는 이로써 제3자에게 대항할 수 있으므로 신탁회사는 관리비 납부의무를 부담하지 않는다고 판시하였다. 그러나 이러한 대법원의 판단은 신탁계약의 내용을 고려하지 않고 계약의 당사자도 아닌 제3자에게 대항력을 인정하는 것이어서, 제3자에게 불측의 손해를 주고 거래안전에 심각한 위험을 초래할 뿐만 아니라 신탁법상 임의규정이 필연적으로 내포하고 있는 본질적인 한계를 뛰어넘어 신탁의 본질을 훼손하는 결과를 초래하게 되었다. 이러한 이유로 부동산등기법 제81조 제1항 제16호 규정에 대한 축소해석을 통해 신탁등기의 대항력이 인정되는 범위를 제한하거나, 이러한 축소해석이 해석의 한계를 뛰어넘는 것이라면 제3자에 대한 대항력을 인정하고 있는 부동산등기법의 다른 규정과 같이 ‘신탁법상 신탁행위로써 달리 정할 수 있는 사항’ 내지 ‘임의규정’에 한정하여 신탁등기의 대항력을 인정하는 방향으로 입법개선이 이루어져야만 한다. In the ruling for this case, the issue is the obligation of payment of maintenance fee of a trust company entrusted with a multi-owned building. The Supreme Court of Korea decided that the trust company is not obliged to pay the maintenance fee. However, this ruling of the Supreme Court recognizes the trust company’s power to oppose against a third party, who is not the contracting party in the contract, whatever the clauses of such contract set forth, which would give an unforeseeable damage to that third party and cause a serious risk to the protection of fair trade. Moreover, this ruling also has brought out a result damaging the essence of trust system beyond the intrinsic limit of the non-mandatory provisions of trust act. For these reasons, the scope of recognizable power to oppose given to trust registration should be restricted by restrictive interpretation of the subparagraph 16 of Article 81(1) of the Registration of Real Estate Act(the “Act”). Likewise other provisions of the Act recognizing the power to oppose against a third party, the power to oppose through the trust registration must be recognized only for the ‘matters otherwise deemed as a trusted act under trust act’ or ‘non-mandatory provisions’. Or in this same way improvement of legislation must be made.

        관광환경 변화에 따른 테마형 문화공간(TCS) 연구

        The purpose of present study is that according to the changing tourism environment, detailed cultural environment will be utilized in the active way as systematized theme-based cultural space, and the increase of small theme-based cultural space will contribute to active participation of customers and local development with various programs. TCS was classified to theme-based cultural space contents E5(Education, Entertainment, Experience, Emotion and Economy) in focus of contents in which software is regarded more importantly than hardware, and was analyzed as contents of ten key tourism trend of the future. The present study indicate that experience centered tourism environment stood out in theme-based cultural space, and new era of cultural tourism to which storytelling in focus of emotion is applied will be coming.

        XR-트윈기반 환경의 공간인지음향 조성

        (Background and Purpose) The spatial perception of video content is based not only on visual and auditory expression along with three-dimensional description of backgrounds and objects, but also on the sense of immersion and presence. The technological development of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), and extended reality (XR) provides various three-dimensional descriptions and immersive experiences. Even in a limited space, users can experience vast places like nature and unique and rarely seen places taking no notice of time and space. The development of XR technology has led to an ultra-experienced, ultra-realistic XR twin-based environment where artists can perform. This study aims to determine spatially perceptible elements from the Dolby-Atmos method, which is one of the acoustic techniques, and the auditory elements based on human psychoacoustics in the three-dimensional collaboration works of images and sound of Cube Room shown in the “TIME SIMULATION” exhibition. (Method) The purpose of this study is to check sound methods that can perceive a space expressed by 3D sound, 3D-Audio, and spatial sound, focusing on the 3D sound of Dolby-Atmos. In order to minimize distortion of the screen projected on three sides, five basic channels were installed close to the ceiling, and subsequently, the three-dimensional sound field effect expressing the space was deformed, reducing the spatial element. It attempts to determine what methods were used to increase the spatial sense of 3D sound by applying the spatially perceptible elements, and the type of elements. (Results) A speaker position was determined based on Dolby-Atmos data, and room acoustics were adjusted by applying auditory factors based on spatial perception. For room acoustics, the parametric EQ of the audio interface installed together was adjusted, and the resonance of the space was adjusted and optimized by adjusting the distance perception and size perception of the space. (Conclusions) The spatially perceptible elements of hearing can utilize a physical speaker system. However, it was found that the perceived difference should be adjusted according to the individualized level, the frequency characteristics of the sound, and the position of a listener. It was found that binaural hearing owing to the structure of ears, and an audible band in the low frequency range and high frequency range coming from the structure itself should be understood and applied in psychoacoustics, which should be considered together. It was also found that it is important to predict the reverberation and echo generated by the finishing materials and structure of the space in advance for room acoustic adjustment.

        A faithful visual and audio system is needed in a vehicle driving simulation in order for a driver to be immersed in the virtual environment. In this study, the size and coordinate of buildings are made from aerial photograph based on real environments, and time delay of frames is removed a real-time rendering program using Performer library, GUI functions are used to offer various driving conditions. The engine rpm of car is divided into three-levels, and the three types of sound based on Direct X library are provided. Direct X prevented the time delay causing interruption. As a consequence of the visual and audio system developed, more realistic environments can be offered to drivers.

        중형급 원심식 압축기의 성능 시험 리그 구축

        본 연구에서는 중형급 원심식 압축기의 성능 시험을 위해 성능 시험 리그를 구축하였다. 시험 리그 설계 시 압축기의 목표 사양을 만족하는 센서의 도입이 불가능하였다. 이에 차원 해석을 통해 압축비와 비속도를 고정하여 시험 리그의 요구 유량과 전력량을 재산정하고 크기 변경을 통해, 목표 사양대비 비교적 낮은 회전수에서 성능 시험이 가능하도록 시험 리그를 설계하였다. 시험 리그의 설계는 신뢰성 확보를 위해 ASME 규격을 기반으로 배관 설계, 센서 위치 등 선정하였다. 또한 성능 시험을 실시하여 설계 사양을 만족하는 결과를 확인하였으며, 시험 리그 구축에 대한 적정성을 검증하였다. In this study, a performance test rig was installed for performance testing of mid-range centrifugal compressors. In the design of the test rig, there were no sensors that satisfied the target specifications of the compressor. Therefore, the test rig was designed to enable performance testing at a relatively lower rpm than the target specification through dimensional analysis. The test rig designed base on the ASME code for high reliability. In addition, the performance test of the compressor was conducted to confirm the results of satisfying the design specifications and to verify of the construction of the test rig.

        침윤성 유방암에서 Topoisomerase IIα와 Ki-67단백 발현의 임상병리학적 의의

        Purpose: Various prognostic indicators have been identified for mammary carcinomas, but the issue of their significance remains unsettled. The prognostic impact of c-erb B2, Ki-67 and topoisomerase Ⅱ α expression was investigated in relation to prognostic factors for carcinomas of the breast and to the tumor cell growth fraction. Methods: One hundred eighteen cases of invasive mammary carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemical staining for c-erb B2, topoisomerase Ⅱ α, and Ki-67. Clinicopathologic parameters were compared with the expression pattern and incidence of c-erb B2, topoisomerase Ⅱ α and Ki-67 in invasive mammary carcinoma. Results: C-erb B2 showed significant correlation with topoisomerase Ⅱ α (P<0.05), but others were not significant. Topoisomerase Ⅱ α and Ki-67 index closely paralleled each other, indicating that both reflect the proliferate activity of tumor cells and were associated with high nuclear and histological grade, ER and PR expression (P<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that ki-67 and topoisomerase Ⅱ α proteins might play a role in tumor progression of breast carcinoma. The Ki-67 and topoisomerase Ⅱ α index may be proliferate factors of breast cancer. In addition, the increase expression of Ki-67 and topoisomerase Ⅱ α and hormone receptor were closely correlated each other, and could be used as factors suggesting poor prognosis in breast carcinoma.

        열풍건조기의 건조성능과 공기령의 상관관계 연구

        In order to improve the drying performance of a hot air dryer, it is advantageous to make the hot, dry air reach the drying material rapidly. The time the air takes to reach the material depends upon the location and velocity of the inlet air and location of the material. The arrival time of the air and drying performance of 15 internal locations of a 1 HP geothermal source heat pump-type hot air dryer is calculated through computational simulation and is verified with measurement. For the arrival time calculation, the age of air concept using a step-up method, which analyzes the concentration variation with respect to time, is applied for numerical simulation. For the experiment, evaporation of 40 g water contained in a chalet was measured for 15 locations during the one hour operation of a dryer. The results show that the age of the air and drying performance are strongly correlated and as the age of the air is shortened the drying performance gets better.
