알레한드로 아라베나의‘사회참여 건축’에 나타난 특성 연구

(Background and Purpose) In this era of rapid change, thought on architecture is transforming from appraisal of magnificent architecture based mainly on the exterior to strong focus on architecture``s social implications. In other words, architects`` interests have expanded from aesthetic appearance to society and the people-oriented design lying within architecture. As witnessed through recent Pritzker Architecture Prize winners and their works, architects have begun responding actively to serious social issues including natural disasters, poverty, and refugees. By encouraging user participation in the design process through communication and collaboration, they propose and execute sustainable and human-centric solutions. This study recognizes the importance of social participation in architecture and analyzes the works of 2016 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Alejandro Aravena, who emphasizes a user participation approach. The aim of this analysis is to establish Aravena``s theoretical framework by considering characteristics of participatory design and potential development areas. (Method) This paper outlines key vocabulary related to participatory design and examines Alejandro Aravena``s architectural background and philosophy through a study of literature and previous research. Based on this, characteristics of participatory design are categorized into social, cultural, and spatial aspects to elicit keywords. Cases are selected from among public housing projects by Elemantal, a firm led by Alejandro Aravena, and their characteristics and effects are analyzed with respect to the keywords identified. (Results) Keywords elicited as representative characteristics of participatory design were consistently applicable to every case studied. From a social aspect, Aravena``s public housing was situated in the center of the city, providing easy access to economic activities and opportunities for underprivileged individuals to overcome chronic poverty. From a cultural aspect, the project created social interaction by encouraging residents`` voluntary participation. From a spatial aspect, by providing only the essential elements using a limited subsidy, the project was designed to allow residents to extend and expand the building on their own initiative, allowing for a flexible spatial composition. (Conclusions) In conclusion, Alejandro Aravena``s public housing project provided not only a temporary dwelling for underprivileged individuals but also a practical alternative to escape poverty. Based on this study, further studies on similar topics are deemed necessary to provide vitality to participatory design and to present new possibilities.
기술사업화 역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 메타분석

본 연구는 기술사업화 역량을 제품화 능력, 생산화 능력, 마케팅 능력으로 구분하여 기업의 재무 성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 전체 24247건의 논문 중 연구주제와 관련이 있고 상관관계 계수(r)가 있는 13건의 논문을 연구대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평균 효과 크기를 확인한 결과 제품화 능력의 경우 평균 효과 크기 0.4319, 생산화 능력의 경우 0.2689, 마케팅 능력의 경우 0.3936으로 나타났다. 이는 기술사업화 역량이 재무성과에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 본 연구 결과가 모든 연구를 대표하는지 확인한 결과, 제품화 능력과 마케팅 능력이 재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 생산화 능력은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 기술사업화 역량과 기업의 재무성과의 관계를 종합적으로 분석했다는 학문적 의의가 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 기업은 성공적인 이익 창출과 지속적인 성과를 위하여 쳬계적인 기술사업화 역량을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 또한 정부는 국가 경쟁력을 높일 수 있도록 기술사업화 역량을 강화시키는 다양한 정책을 수립하는데 노력해야 할 것이다. This study conducted a meta-analysis on the impact on a company's financial performance by dividing technology commercialization capabilities into commercialization capabilities, production capabilities, and marketing capabilities. Of the total 2,4247 papers, 13 papers related to the resear ch topic and with a correlation coefficient (r) were studied. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of checking the average effect size, it was 0.4319 for commercializatio n ability, 0.2689 for production ability, and 0.3936 for marketing ability. It was analyzed that the effect of technology commercialization capabilities on financial performance was statistically signif icant. Second, as a result of confirming that the results of this study represent all studies, it was confirmed that commercialization and marketing ability had a positive (+) effect on financial perfor mance and production ability was not statistically significant. The implications of this study are of academic significance that comprehensively analyzed the relationship between technology com mercialization capabilities and corporate financial performance. Based on the results of the study, companies should have the ability to commercialize technologies for successful profit generation and continuous performance. In addition, the government should make efforts to establish various policies to strengthen its technology commercialization capabilities to increase national competitiv eness.
파워기반 소음감소 기법을 이용한 준중형 해치백 후석 고주파성 로드노이즈 전달특성 연구

세단 타입에 비해 해치백 타입의 차량은 실링구조 확보에 어려움이 있기 때문에 후석에서 느껴지는 차폐성능이 열세한 것으로 알려져 있다. 차량의 차폐감 확보를 위해 강건한 실링 시스템과 충분한 흡음/차음 성능이 요구되지만 준중형 이하 세그먼트에서는 원가, 중량의 제약으로 인해 충분한 흡차음 사양 적용에 제한을 받고있어 효율적인 흡차음 사양의 적용이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 측정과 비교, 분석이 가능한 파워기반 소음감소(Power Based Noise Reduction, PBNR) 기반의 차음 윈도우 평가를 통해 준중형 해치백 차량의 후석 소음원의 전달 경로를 분석하고 후석 차폐성능 확보를 위한 흡차음 대안을 제시하였다. It is known that the road noise on the rear seat of a hatchback type car is worse than that of a sedan type car because of the weakness on sealing structure. Therefore, a sound sealing system and sufficient absorption/insulation performance are required. In the case of a compact segment car, however, the application of the sufficient absorption and insulation materials is limited, because of the restriction on the production cost and weight of the car. In this study, we estimate the noise transmission path on the vehicle's body structure from tires and ground using the PBNR (Power Based Noise Reduction) method which is useful in quantitative measurement. Based on these results, we suggest an alternative absorption/insulation method for the better performance of rear seat road noise reduction in a compact hatchback car.
