본 연구는 기존의 구조물 보수·보강 및 내진공법의 단점을 보완하기 위해 개발된 폴리우레아를 사용하여 조적식 벽체의 내진성능 평가를 실시하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 고연성, 고인성 내진 보수·보강 재료인 폴리우레아와 유리섬유강화 플라스틱(GFRP)를 조적식 벽체에 표면 보강하여 진동대시험을 진행하였으며, 이를 통해 내진성능 보강 시스템을 개발함에 있어 폴리우레아의 적합성을 확인하였다. This study conducted seismic performance evaluation of masonry walls using polyurethane, which was developed to compensate for the shortcomings of existing structural repair, reinforcement, and seismic construction methods. Therefore, through this study, polyurea and glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP), which are highly flexible and highly toughened seismic repair and reinforcement materials, were surface-reinforced on masonry walls to confirm the suitability of polyurea in developing seismic reinforcement systems

Thick PZT films are required for the cases of micro actuators and sensors with high driving force,<br/> high breakdown voltage and high sensitivity, and so on. In this work, thick PZT films were fabricated<br/> by Sol-Gel multi-coating method. Total 8 types of samples using thick PZT films with thicknesses, about<br/> 1㎛ and 2㎛, and Pt top electrodes shapes for measuring transverse piezoelectric coefficient (e 31,f) were<br/> fabricated using MEMS processes. They were characterized by fabricated e31,f measurement system<br/> before and after poling. e31,f values of samples after poling were higher than before poling. Those of 2㎛<br/> thick PZT films were also higher than 1㎛ thick PZT films. And those with long electrodes as top<br/> electrodes were also higher than shorter.

In this paper, the compressive strength, pore characteristics, and chloride diffusion coefficient were measured at 28 days of age in order to examine the influence of curing conditions for the chloride diffusion and pores in concrete cured under extreme condition. According to the test results, the compressive strength was improved as the relative humidity increased. Additionally, higher compressive strength was observed when the specimens were cured at 35℃. However, the compressive strength of specimens cured at 45℃ was decreased. Meanwhile, the chloride diffusion coefficient decreased with an increase in curing temperature and relative humidity, indicating a difference compared to the trend observed for compressive strength. On the other hand, the excellent correlation showed between compressive strength and chloride diffusion coefficient, porosity and chloride diffusion coefficient when the concrete cured under water. However, when the concrete cured under extreme condition, this correlation was significantly reduced compared to the water curing case. In contrast, it has been determined that there is no significant correlation between the average pore size and chloride diffusion coefficient, regardless of the curing conditions.
Ganglioside 합성 유도제인 L-PDMP는 배양 중인 도파민생성 신경세포에서 α-synuclein의 축적과 세포사를 억제한다

Ganglioside은 신경세포의 세포막의 주요 구성 물질이며, 용해소체의 활성도를 증가시켜 세포의 소화기능을 유도한다. 또한 세포자멸사 인자에 의해 발현이 증가하여 세포자멸사를 초래하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 신경세포에서 이 물질의 생성 이상은 파킨슨병과 같은 만성신경퇴화질환을 일으키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 단백질분해소체는 비정상적으로 형성된 단백질을 세포내에서 제거하는 역할을 하며, 기능의 이상은 만성신경퇴화질환의 원인 중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 이번 연구에서 단백질분해소체 기능의 억제에 의한 도파민생성 신경세포의 변화에 ganglioside 발현 유도 물질 투여가 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 도파민 생성 신경세포인 PC12 cell을 배양하여 단백질분해소체 억제물질인 PSI (proteasomal synthetase inhibitor)를 투여하였다. 또한 ganglioside3 synthetase 유도물질인 L-PDMP를 동시에 투여하여 세포의 변화를 관찰하였다. PSI와 L-PDMP를 동시에 투여한 경우 활성화된 PARP의 발현은 PSI를 단독으로 투여한 세포에 비해 뚜렷하게 감소하였으며, 신경세포의 생존율은 증가하였다. 또한 α-synuclein의 세포내 축적 역시 감소하였다. PSI는 ganglioside3의 발현을 증가시켰으며, L-PDMP와 동시에 투여한 경우 ganglioside3는 급격하게 증가하였다. 이번 실험의 결과는 ganglioside3의 생성을 증가시키면 단백질분해소체 억제로 인하여 증가하는 세포사를 막을 수 있으며, α-synuclein과 같은 파킨슨병의 원인으로 추정되는 단백질의 세포내 축적을 막는다는 것을 보여준다. 나아가 단백질분해소체의 기능과 ganglioside3의 생성 조절은 파킨슨병과 같은 만성신경퇴화질환의 치료전략이 될 수 있을 것이다. Gangliosides are components of the membranous constituents and abundant in the nervous system. And they are implicated in a wide range of biological activities including the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and lysosomal activity. But they have a diverse action to induce neuronal cell death by the interaction with some ligands. The interference of their biosynthesis is accompanied by the intracellular accumulation of unwanted and neurotoxic proteins and might underlie the neurodegeneration diseases including Parkinson’s disease. However the mechanism has not been elucidated. In this study, we report that the enhancement of biosynthesis of ganglioside GD3 protects the intracellular accumulation of α-synuclein and neuronal death. PC12 cells, dopaminergic neurons are cultured with synthetic proteasomal inhibitor (PSI, Z-lle-Glu(OtBu)-Ala-Leu-al) and L-PDMP (GD3 synthetase enhancer, L-threo-1-phenyl-2-decanoylamino-3-morpholino-1-propanol). We found that the neuronal viability was recovered by L-PDMP from the proteasomal inhibition and also the expression of activated caspase-3 and PARP was reduced. L-PDMP decreased in the intracellular accumulation of α-synuclein. Interestingly, PSI induced the expression of ganglioside3 in PC12 cell. Our findings suggest that proteasomal inhibition may modulate the biosynthesis of GD3 and L-PDMP protects dopaminergic neurons from death by proteasomal inhibition and the accumulation of α-synuclein.

Balanced regional development was on of the major priorities of the presidential administration. Each administration is different, but balanced development of the country is generally a priority. Regional development theory, which is the topic of this article, is a field of applied social science that forms the framework of regional development by using theories of urban planning, economics, geography, administration, and sociology. The planning process, including enforcement, evaluation, and reevaluation, is a key research topic in regional development. The goal of this paper is to analyze research trend in the Journal of Korean Regional Development using network analysis. The articles in the journal are published after peer-review by experts in related fields. Authors select and list keyword that they believe embody the most important concepts in their theses. For our analysis, we studied keywords from the articles in the Journal of Korean Regional Development from 2000 to 2016. We analyzed a total of 2,677 keywords in 715 papers, excluding only articles the provided no keywords. We found that the most popular keywords in the Journal of Korean Regional Development were ‘Urban Spatial Structure’, ‘Urban Regeneration’ and ‘Social Capital’. This suggests avenues for future research and an agenda for the Korean Regional Development Association.
