        사이버대학생의 다차원적 완벽주의와 학업스트레스의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학생의 다차원적 완벽주의가 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족을 매개로 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 283명의 사이버대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 분석 결과, 다차원적 완벽주의의 하위요인인 자기지향 완벽주의, 타인지향 완벽주의,사회부과 완벽주의는 학업스트레스 및 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 또한, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족은 학업스트레스와 정적상관으로 나타냈다. 타인 지향 완벽주의와 학업스트레스 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회부과 완벽주의와 학업스트레스 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기지향 완벽주의와 학업스트레스 간의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. This research aims to understand the effects of multi-dimensional perfectionism and intolerance of uncertainty on academic stress. This research was conducted into 283 cyber university students. The following summarizes findings in this research. It was found that self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism all have a positive correlation with academic stress and intolerance of uncertainty. In addition, intolerance of uncertainty had a positive correlation with academic stress. It was found that intolerance of uncertainty fully mediated the relationship between other-oriented perfectionism and academic stress. Intolerance of uncertainty partially mediated the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and academic stress. It was shown that intolerance of uncertainty did not mediate the relationship between self-oriented perfectionism and academic stress. Finally, the suggestion and limitation were discussed.

        Apocrine Hidrocystoma on the Penis: Report of a Case and Review of the Previous Cases

        Apocrine hidrocystoma, also called apocrine cystadenoma, is a benign cystic tumor-like lesion that arises from the proliferation of apocrine glands. Clinically, it usually occurs singly as a unilocular or multilocular, dome-shaped translucent cyst. Histologically, it appears as unilocular or multilocular cysts composed of an inner layer of single or double layer of secretory columnar epithelium with decapitation secretion lying above an outer myoepithelial cell layer. Apocrine hidrocystomas mostly occur within the head and neck region and involvement of genitalia is extremely rare. This paper emphasizes the importance of considering the differential diagnosis of a genital cystic lesion. Herein, we report a case of apocrine hidrocystoma occurring in the penis and compare the clinicopathological characteristics of apocrine hidrocystoma in genitalia with the previous cases.

        Bone Marrow-derived Side Population Cells are Capable of Functional Cardiomyogenic Differentiation

        It has been reported that bone marrow (BM)-side population (SP) cells, with hematopoietic stem cell activity, can transdifferentiate into cardiomyocytes and contribute to myocardial repair. However, this has been questioned by recent studies showing that hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) adopt a hematopoietic cell lineage in the ischemic myocardium. The present study was designed to investigate whether BM-SP cells can in fact transdifferentiate into functional cardiomyocytes. Phenotypically, BM-SP cells were 19.59% ± 9.00 CD14+, 8.22% ± 2.72 CD34+, 92.93% ± 2.68 CD44+, 91.86% ± 4.07 CD45+, 28.48% ± 2.24 c-kit+, 71.09% ± 3.67 Sca-1+. Expression of endothelial cell markers (CD31, Flk-1, Tie-2 and VEGF-A) was higher in BMSP cells than whole BM cells. After five days of coculture with neonatal cardiomyocytes, 7.2% ± 1.2 of the BM-SP cells expressed sarcomeric α-actinin as measured by flow cytometry. Moreover, BM-SP cells co-cultured on neonatal cardiomyocytes fixed to inhibit cell fusion also expressed sarcomeric α-actinin. The co-cultured BM-SP cells showed neonatal cardiomyocyte- like action potentials of relatively long duration and shallow resting membrane potential. They also generated calcium transients with amplitude and duration similar to those of neonatal cardiomyocytes. These results show that BM-SP cells are capable of functional cardiomyogenic differentiation when cocultured with neonatal cardiomyocytes.
