        KANO 모델을 활용한 기계생산관리 분야 대학교육과정 만족도 요인 분석에 관한 실증적 연구

        As the industrial society develops, the management of the production line becomes more and more important. There are also diversifying Management methods by industry. In addition, National Competency Standards (NCS) have also been developed. As a result, It has been created standards for each job and provide education and training standards for industrial production management tasks. Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. In addition, Colleges are focusing on vocational education. Because of the opening of the education market, They are competing in various ways. And, To survive in this competition. They are making great efforts to improve the lecture satisfaction. If education is regarded as an industry, it can be classified as a representative service industry. Because it is formed as a perfect competition between colleges. And then in this paper, This will focus on the mechanical production Manager duties of industrial engineering department related NCS. This study also conducted empirical studies to analyze factors affecting the curriculum using the KANO analysis.

        SCM 환경에서의 실용적 모듈 생산 시스템 분석의 시뮬레이션 연구

        By successful establishment of Supply Chain Management System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making. Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

        Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment using AHP by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

        기계 시스템 생산 작업관리자 직무 분석에 의한 안전직무교육 개발에 관한 연구

        As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

      • X-선과 전자선의 인접조사에서 접합 조사면에서의 선량분포

        목 적 : 두경부 종양의 방사선치료에서 동일 방사선 조사면을 분리하여 X-선과 전자선을 인접시켜 조사하는 경우는 빈번히 사용되는 방법이다. 따라서 본 연구는 X-선과 전자선 조사면의 인접면에서의 선량을 측정하여 임상에 적용할 수 있는 자료를 얻고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구는 Clinac1800 (Varian, USA) 선형가속기에서 방출되는 6MV X-선과 9 MeV 전자선을 이용하였다. 흡수선량을 측정하기 위해 X-OMAT V film을 사용하였다. 조사야 $10cm{\times}10cm$에 0.1Gy - 4Gy를 조사하여 film densitometer (WP102 : Welhofer, German)로 OD 값(광학 밀도)를 얻어 film의 특성 곡선을 얻었다. X-선과 전자선 조사면을 분리하여 인접 조사할 때 X-선 조사면은 $10cm{\times}10cm$의 X축 중심에서 2 cm부터 폭 3cm의 차폐를 하고 X-선 조사면에서 차폐된 부분을 전자선 조사면으로 하였다. 전자선 조사면은 $15cm{\times}15cm$ cone을 이용하였다. 흡수선량 측정은 solid water phantom에서 깊이 0 cm(표면), 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 2cm, 3 cm에서 film을 설치하고 X-선은 8 cm 깊이에 100 cGy를 조사하고 전자선은 SSD(source surface distance) 100cm로 표면에서 X-선 조사면에 일치시키고 1Gy를 조사하였다. 선량 측정은 X-선과 전자선 조사면의 인접면에서 film densitometer로 scan하여 OD 값을 구하고 6 MV X-선의 Dmax의 OD값을 기준으로 비교하였다. 기준 흡수선량을 구하기 위해 X-선과 전자선 각각의 흡수선량을 깊이 0 cm(표면), 0.5cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, 3cm에서 측정하였다. 결 과 : X-선과 전자선의 조사면을 인접시켰을 때 깊이 0 cm, 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm에서의 두 조사면의 인접면에서의 선량 분포의 분석에서 X-선 조사면에서 선량 증가는 깊이 1.5 cm에서 폭 7 mm에 걸쳐 있었고 최고 $6\%$의 증가를 보였으며 다른 측정 깊이에서는 선량증가가 허용범위 내에 있었다. 그리고 전자선 조사면쪽에서 선량 감소는 전 측정 깊이 0.5 cm-3 cm에서 각각 폭이 1mm-12.5 mm에 걸쳐 $4.5\%-30\%$의 주변부보다 선량감소를 보였다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서 X-선과 전자선을 표면에서 인접시켜 조사 할 때 두 조사면의 인접면을 중심으로 X-선 조사면 쪽에서 선량증가, 전자선 조사면쪽에서 선량 감소가 있음을 확인하였다. 위의 연구 결과는 X-선과 전자선의 인접 방사선조사를 할 때 유용한 참고 자료가 될 수 있겠다. Purpose : For the head and neck radiotherapy, abutting photon field with electron field is frequently used for the irradiation of posterior neck when tolerable dose on spinal cord has been reached. Materials and methods : Using 6 MV X-ray and 9 MeV electron beams of Clinac1800(Varian, USA) linear accelerator, we performed film dosimetry by the X-OMAT V film of Kodak in solid water phantom according to depths(0 cm, 1.5 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm). 6 MV X-ray and 9 MeV electron(1Gy) were exposes to 8cm depth and surface(SSD 100cm) of phantom. The dose distribution to the junction line between photon($10cm{\times}10cm$ field with block) and electron($15cm{\times}15cm$ field with block) fields was also measured according to depths(0 cm, 0.5 1.5 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm). Results : At the junction line between photon and electron fields, the hot spot was developed on the side of the photon field and a cold spot was developed on that of the electron field. The hot spot in the photon side was developed at depth 1.5 cm with 7 mm width. The maximum dose of hot spot was increased to $6\%$ of reference doses in the photon field. The cold spot in the electron side was developed at all measured depths(0.5 cm-3 cm) with 1-12.5 mm widths. The decreased dose in the cold spot was $4.5-30\%$ of reference dose in the electron field. Conclusion : When we make use of abutting photon field with electron field for the treatment of head and neck cancer we should consider the hot and cold dose area in the junction of photon and electron field according to location of tumor.

        고객 클러스터링 기법을 활용한 할당규칙의 시뮬레이션 연구

        The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze of the customer data. The methods to analyze customer data is classified into customer segmentation, clustering analysis model, forecasting customer response probability model, analysis of the customer break rate model and new customer analysis model by the purpose. In this study, we developed the CW-CLV (Correlation Weight Customer Lifetime Value)method that used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)rule for enhance the reliability of customer data and quantitative analysis of the customer segmentation, based on CLV(Customer Lifetime Value). We suggest to new variables and methodology from determined CW-CLV coefficients, because all of companies respect to the diversified customers classification and complexity of consumers needs. Finally, we unfolded any company"s scheduling added new methodology using simulation and leaded conclusion about the new methodology.

        K562 세포의 방사선 감수성 변화에 영향을 미치는 신호전달인자

        Purpose The human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, K562, expresses the chimeric bcr-abl oncopro-tein, whose deregulated protein tyrosine kinase activity antagonizes the induction of apoptosis via DNA damaging agents. Previous experiments have shown that nanomolar concentrations of herbimycin A (HMA) coupled with X-irradiation have a synergistic effect in inducing apoptosis in the Ph-positive K562 leukemia cell line, but genistein, a PTK inhibitor, is non selective for the radiation-induced apoptosis of p210bcr/abl protected K562 cells. In these experiments, the cytoplasmic signal transduction pathways, the induction of a number of transcription factors and the differential gene expression in this model were investigated. Materials and Methods K562 cells in the exponential growth phase were used in this study. The cells were irradiated with 0.5-12 Gy, using a 6 MeV Linac(Clinac 1800, Varian, USA). Immediately after irradiation, the cells were treated with 0.25 M o f H MA and 25 M of genistein, and the expressions and the activities of ablkinase, MAPK family, NF-B, c-fos, c-myc, and thymidine kinase1 (TK1) were examined. The differential gene expressions induced by PTK inhibitors were also investigated. Results: The modulating effects of herbimycin A and genistein on the radiosensitivity of K562 cells were not related to the bcr-ablkinase activity. The signaling responses through the MAPK family of proteins, were not involved either. In association with the radiation-induced apoptosis, which is accelerated by HMA, the expre-ssion of c-myc was increased. The combined treatment of genistein, with irradiation, enhanced NF-Bactivity and the TK1 expression and activity. Conclusion: The effects of HMA and genistein on the radiosensitivity of the K562 cells were not related to the bcr-abl kinase activity. In this study, another signaling pathway, besides the MAPK family responses to radiation to K562 cells, was found. Further evaluation using this model will provide valuable information for the optional radiosensitization or radioprotection. 목 적: 만성 골수성 백혈병 세포인 K562 세포주는 방사선 및 다양한 항암제에 대한 apoptosis에 저항성을 가진다. 지난 연구에서 K562 세포는 방사선에 대하여 내성반응을 보이며, 세포내 PTK의 작용을 억제하고 자방사선조사와 함께 투여한 herbimycin A (HMA)에 의하여 방사선에 대한 apoptosis와 같은 감수성 반응이 유도되는 반면, genistein에 의하여 방사선에 대한 apoptosis 반응이 저해 됨을 확인하였다.본 연구에서는 타이로신 인산화 효소억제에 의한 K562세포의 방사선 반응변화를 조절하는 신호전달경로를 조사하였다. 대상 및 방법 : K562 세포를 지수증식기의 세포 들만 선택하여 실험에 이용하였다. 방사선조사는 6 MeV 선형가속기 (Clinac 1800C, Varian)를 이용하여 200˜300 cGy/min 선량률로 0.5˜12 Gy를 균일하게 조사하였다. HMA와 genis-tein은 각각 0.25μM, 25μM을 방사선 조사 후 즉시 투여하였다. 실험에서 신호전달 경로로 abl kinase, MAPK family, NF-κB, c-fos, c-myc, thymidine kinase1 (TK1)등에서의 단백질 또는 유전자 발현 및 활성을 조사하였다. 또한 약제 투여에 따른 유전자 발현차이(differential gene expression)를 조사하였다. 결 과: Abl kinase의 발현 및 활성 변화를 조사하였으나 PTK 저해제에 의한 방사선 유도 세포사의 변화와의 연관성을 찾을 수 없었다. 세포생존 및 사멸의 신호전달 체계에서 주요조절과 정인 MAPKfamily의 관여 여부확인에서 방사선으로 인한 SAPK/JNK의 활성화의 유도가 관찰되었으나, PTK 저해제에 따른 변화는 없었으며,또한 MAPK/ERK와 p38MAPK활성은 모든 조건에서 변함없이 일정하였다.전사인자 활성화에 대한 조사에서 방사선 조사와 함께 genistein을 투여한 경우에NF-κB 활성이 증가하였다. 유전자 발현 차이의 조사에서 genistein 투여에 의한 TK1유전자 발현 및 단백질 활성이 증가하였다. 결 론: PTK 억제에 의한 K562 세포의 방사선에 대한 반응 변화는 bcr-abl kinase활성과는 무관하게 진행되며, MAPK family경로 외의 다른 경로를 통한 전사인자 활성화 과정이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였다.

      • A Study on Weighted Composite Dispatching Rule in the Semiconductor Modular Production Process - Application to M Company Semiconductor Process

        Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job due to such characteristics as reentry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. They have carried out many studies to find the efficient ways for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view to accomplishing the goals of systems like saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics and makes it difficult to plan production and to schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching rule by simple FCFS(first come first serve). And backlog is operated as a buffer based on daily production quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules by real time basis and verify the effect and result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from efficient inventory control and exact scheduling.

        모듈생산시스템에서의 가중 혼합 할당규칙 연구

        국내 반도체 산업은 불과 20년도 안되는 짧은 기간통안에 곽목할만한 성장을 하여 전세게 반도체 생산 규토 면에서 3위 국가로 부상하였으며, 기술 경쟁력 면에서도 한국인의 자존심을 그나마 지져왔다. 하지만, 반도체 제조는 가장 복잡한 제조공정의 하나로 분류되며, 이러한 복잡한 시스템을 통제하기 위해서는, 다양한 시스템 조건하에서 적절한 생산전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 다양한 상황과 관련한 연구 많지 않다. 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 생산공정의 재진입, 공정의 높은 불확실성, 급속하게 변하는 제품과 기술과 같은 특성 때문에 반포체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 복잡하고 어려운 작업이며, 사이클타임의 절감 및 단위시간당 생산량의 증대와 같은 시스템 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반도체 제조 시스쳄에 대한 좋은 방법을 발견하기 위한 많은 연구가 있었다. 반도체 산업의 생산 흐름은 가장 톡특한 특징을 가지고 있으며 생산계획과 반도체 제조의 스케줄링과 계획을 어렵게 하고 있다. 현재 반도체 조립공정에서 수행되고 있는 일정계획은 단순FCFS (First Come First Serve)에 의한 할당규칙에 따른다. 또한 Backlog(예비재고)를 1일 생산량을 기준으로 Buffer로 운영하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 재고관리와 정확한 스케쥴링이 생산의 경쟁력 확보 우위임을 가정하여 다양한 할당규칙(dispatching rule)을 실시간 적용하여 정확한 일정계획 수립의 효과와 결과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 제시된 방법론을 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근방법이 사용되었다.

      • AHP를 활용한 CRM 문제점 분석에 관한 연구

        Recently, companies are currently focusing on making huge investments in both time and money on CRM by which they can generate profits through establishing long term relationship with customers while understanding customers" propositions by gathering and analyzing information on customers. But, CRM has many problems that make companies confused. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to grasp common problems which most companies utilizing CRM are facing and present solutions to such problems in utilizing CRM. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in CRM utilization by using AHP, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods proposed by Satty. AHP is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating CRM counts. This study also tries to present a model applicable to such CRM evaluations.
