Objectives: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome is diagnosed through history, physical examination, imaging studies and polysomnography. Clinical examination of this condition may point to hypertrophic tonsils and crowded oropharynx. The objective of this study is to investigate the usefulness of modified Mallampati grade (MMG) and tonsil grade (TG) in predicting the severity of obstructive sleep apnea. Methods: MMG and TG were divided into 4 and 5 groups, respectively, according to their severity. Medical records were collected from 94 patients who had received polysomnography and otorhinolaryngologic examination for snoring and sleep apnea at Keimyung University Dongsan Medical Center from March 2002 through April 2004. Patients were divided into two groups according to the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI):control (n=24), and patients with sleep apnea (n=70). Results: Patients with higher MMG and TG had higher AHI, and MMG and TG proved to have a statistically significant correlation with AHI (p<0.05) Conclusion: MMG and TG were reliable predictors of OSA and helpful parameters in deciding treatment method. 목 적:폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증은 병력청취, 이학적 검사, 방사선학적 검사, 수면다원검사로 진단할 수 있는데 이를 임상적으로 검사할 때에는 편도의 비대와 좁아진 구인두의 관찰에 초점을 두어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 폐쇄성 수면무호흡증의 심한 정도를 예측하는데 있어 변형 Mallampati 지수(MMG)와 편도지수(TG)의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법:MMG와 TG는 심한정도에 따라 각각 4군 및 5군으로 나뉜다. 2002년 3월부터 2004년 4월까지 계명대학교 동산의료원에서 코골이와 수면무호흡증으로 수면다원검사와 이비인후과적 검진을 받은 94례를 대상으로 이들의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 환자들은 무호흡-저호흡지수(AHI)에 따라 비교군(n=24)과 수면무호흡군(n=70)으로 나누었다. 결 과:변형 Mallampati 지수(MMG)와 편도지수(TG)가 높을수록 높은 AHI 값을 가지며 TG와 MMG 모두 AHI와 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 결 론:MMG와 TG는 수면무호흡증을 진단하는데 신뢰할만한 예측인자이며 치료방법을 결정하는데 유용한 척도가 될 수 있다.
계절 ARIMA 모형을 이용한 국내 지역별 전력사용량 중장기수요예측

전력수요의 예측은 안정적인 전력공급을 위한 수급계획수립을 위해서 그리고 전력계통의 최적운영계획수립을 위해 서도 필요하다. 특히 안정적인 전력수급확보를 위해서는 중장기 전력수요예측이 중요하고 공급안정성 강화를 위해서는 지역 별 전력수요예측이 중요하다. 지역별 전력수요예측은 지역에 소요되는 부하를 충족시킬 수 있도록 송전선로 및 변전소 등의 계통망의 최적상태 구성 및 유지를 위한 필수적인 과정으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 12개월(중장기)동안 대한민국 시도별 16개 지역의 전력사용량을 SARIMA 모형을 이용하여 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. Load forecasting is needed to make supply and demand plan for a stable supply of electricity. It is also necessary for optimal operational plan of the power system planning. In particular, in order to ensure stable power supply, long-term load forecasting is important. And regional load forecasting is important for tightening supply stability. Regional load forecasting is known to be an essential process for the optimal state composition and maintenance of the electric power system network including transmission lines and substations to meet the load required for the area. Therefore, in this paper we propose a forecasting method using SARIMA during the 12 months (long-term/mid-term) load forecasting by 16 regions of the South Korea.
AHP 분석을 활용한 B2B 영업사원 역량의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 연구 : 공급사와 구매사 간의 인식차이

This study aims to present the differentiating factors of B2B salesperson competency through comparing the suppliers and buyers in Korean steel industry in their perception on the importance and priority of B2B salesperson competency. Based on previous studies, analysis on B2B salesperson competency has been analyzed using the B2B salesperson performance competency measure factors and appropriately reorganizing them for better application to the steel industry. The required performance competencies of B2B salesperson can be categorized into 3 different types, namely social exchange competency, advisory sales competency, and skill & knowledge competency. AHP analysis was performed for analyzing the relative importance of B2B salesperson competency based on the factors of previous studies, in which categorization of the aforementioned types had been done. As the result, first, it has been confirmed that there is a difference in 1st layer main factors between the supplier group and buyer group. The supplier group valued the advisory sales competency, while the buyer group valued skill & knowledge competency. Second, it has been proved that there is same result of relative importance in 2nd detailed factors between the supplier group and buyer group. Both group confirmed that customer member, identify customer needs and communication skill are very important factors. Third, as the result of analysis on the gap between B2B salesperson competency of the suppliers and buyers, the gap in the product knowledge and sales team member need improvement for buyer’s satisfaction according to overall results of relative importance and priority. The steel supplier was able to develop B2B salesperson competency according to the buyers’ needs based on the result of this study, and furthermore it is expected that this study will be able to contribute to increase in buyer competitiveness through differentiation in B2B salesperson competency.

Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the degree and type of anger experienced by patients with depressive disorders and to determine which type of anger is correlated with symptom severity. Methods: One hundred-six psychiatric outpatients with depressive disorders and ninety normal control subjects completed the Korean version of Aggression Questionnaire(AQ) and Korean version of Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS). Comparison between two groups was conducted to evaluate which type of anger are prominent in the depressed group. Therefore, correlation and partial correlation between the scores of 4 subscales(Anger, Hostility, Verbal aggression, and Physical aggression) of AQ and the scores of 3 subscales(Depression, Anxiety, and Stress) of DASS were assessed. A multiple regression analysis was performed to determine which type of anger predicted symptom severity. Results: Total AQ score, hostility, anger and physical aggression scores were significantly higher in patients with depressive disorders. After the score of Stress and Anxiety subscale of DASS were controlled; the depression score was significantly correlated with total AQ score, physical aggression and hostility score. The Hostility score was a major predictor of the depressive symptom severity. In addition, the Anger score was a major predictor of the anxiety and stress symptom severity. Conclusion: Anger is frequently found symptom in patients with depressive disorders. Therefore, it is important that clinicians routinely evaluate the degree and type of anger in patients with depressive disorders.

본고에서는 네트워크형 산업의 민영화 및 구조조정 대안의 하나로서 공동소유방식(jointownership)을 제안하고 있다. 공동소유방식이란 복수의 하위기업(downstream)이 독점 상위부문(upstream)을 공동으로 소유·운영하는 구조로서 영국의 전력산업, 미국의 금융 네트워크 등에서 그 예를 찾아볼 수 있다 공동소유방식하에서는 민영화과정에 있어서의 경제력집중 등의 문제가 해결될 뿐더러 후생측면에 있어서도 이중마진의 제거를 통해 소비자와 생산자 모두가 이득을 볼 수 있다. 아울러 상·하위부문의 통합에 의한 범위의 경제의 실현도 기대할 수 있다. 반면 공동소유방식의 단점은 공동의사결정과정에 있어서의 혼란, 마찰 등에 따른 경영비효율이 발생할 수 있다는 점이다. 본고에서는 이상의 논의를 우리 나라 가스산업의 민영 화 및 구조조정 이슈에 적용하고 있으며 이로부터 대규모 도시가스사에게 공동소유 네트워크에 대한 지분을 더 많이 할당하는 것이 공동소유방식의 성과를 극대화함을 보이고 있다.
