군용 장비 개발 시 운용자가 안정적인 환경에서 운용할 수 있도록 온도조건을 고려하여 설계하여야 한다. 각종 군용 장비를 보관하는 쉘터는 다양한 환경에서 운용되고 있다. 시험장비 및 수리부속품의 저장온도 및 운용 요구조건은 $-32^{\circ}C{\sim}50^{\circ}C$로 쉘터 내부는 저장온도 및 운용 요구조건을 충족할 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 MIL-STD-810G의 기준을 고려하여 고온 및 태양열 조건에서 군에서 운용중인 2.5톤의 군용쉘터의 열해석을 수행하였다. 열해석은 열저항 및 열회로개념을 활용하여 적용하였으며 해석결과를 검증하기 위해 실제 제작된 군용쉘터에 대한 태양열 시험을 실시하여 결과를 비교하여 제시하였다. When developing military equipment, it should be designed considering the temperature condition so that the operator can operate in a stable environment. The shelter for storing various military equipments is operated in various environments. The storage temperature and operating requirements of the test equipment and repair accessories shall be $-32^{\circ}C$ to $50^{\circ}C$ and the inside of the shelter shall be designed to meet the storage temperature and operating requirements. In this study, thermal analysis of a 2.5 ton military shelter operating under high temperature and solar heat conditions is performed considering MIL-STD-810G. The thermal analysis was applied by using the concept of heat resistance and heat circuit, and the solar thermal test was performed on the actually manufactured military shelter in order to verify the analysis results.

According to development of medical science and engineering, people has made efforts to solve the discomfort of body accident as well as the life span. Many cases that reduce pain of a hip joint or limitation of motion using Revision Total Hip Replacement are getting increased. However it has not proved which material is the most appropriate. Scientists are still studying about materials of the artificial joint. In accordance with advance of science, the materials are getting better. Recently, when Revision Total Hip Replacement is performed, typical materials sre Ti-alloys Ceramics. We have studied materials of artificial joints and analyzed which one is better for human"s body.
주행속도와 제동력 변화에 의한 디스크 브레이크의 스퀼 소음에 미치는 영향

Brake noise is classified according to frequency territory: judder, groan and squeal. Squeal noise of disk brake is a noise and self excited vibration with frequency of 1~10Khz caused by the friction force between the disk and the pad of the automobile. Passengers in a vehicle feel uncomfortable. It causes unstable characteristic to the brake system when you try to stop the vehicle. Thus this study aims to find in which conditions the vehicles are stable during the braking hour and find ways to decrease a squeal noise and the vibration by measuring various factors including squeal noise and self excited vibration between the pad and disk brake system during the braking hour. From the result the countermeasure for a squeal noise and a vibration decrease is established. Also the analyzed data is found to be useful and can be applied to the actual brake model.

A femur occurs a fracture easily as it is broken, since it is surrounded at a thick muscle etc. But a problem of impediment by a reduction and a fixing still remains. An augumentation is recently used as a method of a fracture. We analyzed a various stress and displacement of a femur as a finite element analysis in this project. And we make certain that a profit of an augumentation existed from the result.
뇌 보호시스템의 대공무기체계 지상시설 적용에 대한 고찰

Recently, the incidence of lightning in Korea has been increasing more and more. The damage caused by lightning is also getting worse. Lightning protection system is a prerequisite, not a sufficient condition. Considering the characteristics of lightning, there is a high frequency of lightning strikes in highlands. So, high grades of LPS should be applied to ground facilities of anti-aircraft weapons systems. 4-Level LPS was applied on groung facilities of anti-aircraft weapons system based on lightning incidence rate in past. There are some possibilities of damage from lightning in anti-aircraft weapons system. So, we have to readjust the LPS level with grounding, lightning rods and surge protect device based on lightning incidence rate in now days. Propose 2-level LPS and design with lightning rods, surge protector, separated grounding in this paper.
