빔 위치변화에 따른 4빔 압저항형 실리콘 가속도 센서의 제조 및 특성비교

4빔 브릿지형 압저항형 실리콘 가속도 센서에서 빔의 위치가 가속도 센서의 특성에 어떤 영향을 주는지 조사하기 위해서 빔의 위치가 서로 다른 3가지 형태의 가속도 센서를 FEM(finite element method)을 사용하여 해석하고, SDB(silicon direct bonding) 웨이퍼를 사용하여 RIE(reactive ion etching)와 KOH(potassium hydroxide) 애칭 공정으로 제조하였다. 세가지 형태의 가속도 센서에 대한 FEM 해석 경과, 첫 번째 공진 주파수와 Z축 감도는 세구조 모두 같게 나타났으나, 두 번째와 세 번째의 공진 주파수 및 X, Y축의 감도는 다른 것으로 나타났다. 제조된 가속도 센서의 특성을 살펴볼 때, 세 가지 형태의 센서는 비록 첫 번째 공진 주파수와 Z축 감도가 정확하게 일치하지는 않았지만, 첫 번째 공진 주파수는 1.3 ~ 1.7 KHz, Z축 감도는 5 V 인가시 180 ~ 220 lN/G, 타축감도는 1.7 ~ 2 %를 가지는 것으론 나타났다. In order to examine the effect of beam location n the performance of bridge type piozoresistive silicon accelerometer, three sensors having different location of beams were simulated by FEN(finite element method) and fabricated by RIE(reactive ion etching) and KOH etching method using SDB(silicon direct bonding) wafer, Results of the FEM simulation present that the 1st resonace frequency and Z axis sensitivity of each sensor are identical but the 2nd, and the 3rd resonace frequency and X, Y axis sensitivity are different. Even though the 1st resonance frequency and Z axis sensitivity measured from fabricated sensors do not perfectly coincide with each other, all 3 type sensors present 180 ~ 220N/G of Z sensitivity at 5 V supply voltage and 1.3 ~ 1.7kHz of the 1st resonance frequency and about 2% of lateral sensitivity.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relation between self-concept and creativity in preschool children. And this study investigated the differences of sex in self-concept and creativity. The subject of this study was sampled out from two of the kindergartens located in Seoul. One hundred-eight preschoolers(58 males and 50 females) ranging in age from 5.7 years to 6.7 years participated in the study. The tests used in this study were JPPST(Joseph Pre-school and Primary Self-concept Screening Test) and Creativity Scale' developed by Wallach and Kogan (1971). The data was analyzed in terms of Pearson's correlation and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There was a statistically significant correlation between preschool children's self-concept and creativity. 2. There was not a statistically significant difference according to sex in preschool children's self-concept. 3. There was a statistically significant difference according to sex in preschool children's creativity. In conclusion, It is related self-concept with creativity of preschool children inter-relatively, so that the formation of positive self-concept will effect the development of creative human being.
초등 과학 포트폴리오 평가와 다른 과학 평가 방법 간의 상관관계 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the measuring range of portfolio assessment on students` abilities, using correlation coefficients of portfolio assessment with four other assessment methods. A portfolio system was developed based on four units of elementary fourth grade science, and applied to three fourth-grade science classes in Daejeon Metropolitan area and Gyunggi-do. Four different assessment methods, multiple-choice (short answer type), essay-type item, mind-mapping and laboratory assessment were also administered and scored by two elementary teachers attending graduate school. Correlation coefficients between portfolio assessment and four assessment methods were calculated with SPSS. Portfolio assessment showed moderate correlation with multiplechoice (short answer), essay-type, and mind-mapping, and low correlation with laboratory assessment. Portfolio assessment showed high correlation with multiple-choice assessment in `understanding` and `application` domains, but showed low correlation in `recall` and `inquiry` domains. In conclusion, portfolio assessment could measure various abilities measured by other assessment methods.
