근래에 이르러 우리나라의 재해, 재난으로 수많은 사상자가 나오고, 동남아 근해의 해일과 지진의 영향으로 우리나라에도 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라 재해에 대한 대비와 재난이 발생하였을 때의 신속한 정보전달이 중요한 요인이 되었다. 따라서 재해를 감지한 관측지에서 재난의 영향이 우려되는 지역으로의 신속한 정보 전달체계를 확립하고, 더 나은 재해의 예방 시스템 개발함으로써 재해 피해로 인한 국민의 재산과 생명의 손실을 최소화 하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. In these days, not only many peoples were killed or wounded by seismic sea waves in Indonesia, but also our country is influenced by disasters such as tsunami and earthquake happened in sea areas adjacent to japan. The precaution against disaster and the rapid communication of disaster informations have become important. In order to minimize and prevent citizens' properties and lives from the loss or the damage by natural calamities suas storms, earthquakes and typhoons, the establishment of communication network for rapid information transmission and the development of system for preventing citizens from disasters should be performed.

본 연구는 동남아지역 진출을 위한 거점항만으로써의 경제의 중추적 역할을 담당하고자 목포신어항 건설 등 항만시설의 확충과 , 다도해 해상국립공원으로 수려한 할 수 있도록 현대화된 목포항을 조성하고자 각종 편의시설을 확보하는데 최선을 다 하고 있다. 그러므로 중요한 목포항의 해양 정보화 활용에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. The information on maritime affairs in South Korea has been provided by Ministry of Maritime affairs and fisheries, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, Korea Ocean Research and Development Institute, National Oceanographic Research Development Institute, and the information on marine products and maritime environment has been lively producing by laborarories, universities and other private-run institutes.

본 논문에서는 지금까지 문헌을 중심으로 한 계량정보분석에서의 단순성을 벗어나는 입체적인 국제 연구의 관계를 마이크로배터리 및 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 전개하여 국제 관계 네트워크 구성에 활용할 수 있도록 제시한다. In this paper, we describe the relation of international research of 2 dimensions that deviates the simplification of scientometric analysis focusing on literature. We also present to be able to apply for organization of international relation network centering the micro battery and energy harvesting.

This thesis is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

여수지역에는 옛날부터 통신관련 역사유적과 유물이 봉수대, 솟대, 등대, 거문도 최초 해저케이블 설치 등으로 통신의 역사적 가치가 존재하고 있다. 그러므로 관광문화 산업과 연계하여 통신박물관이나 과학관을 설립하여 통신의 중요성을 인식시키고 교육장으로 활용하여 지역민과 국민들에게 공헌할 수 있도록 건립을 추진하고자 한다. Yeosu area from the old historical monuments and artifacts related communications signal station, directions display panels, lighthouse, Geomundo the first submarine cable installation, etc. The historical value of the communication is present. Therefore, tourism and culture industries in conjunction with the Communication Museum and Science Center was established to recognize the importance of communication and utilizing the Superintendent to allow residents and people contributing to the establishment to promote.

본 논문에서는 논문 문헌을 중심으로 키워드를 선정하여 사용할 때 키워드 간의 상호 연관 관계를 조사한다. 조사 대상은 마이크로 배터리와 에너지 하비스팅을 중심으로 핵심 키워드와 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 한서브 핵심 키워드의 상호 연관이 어떻게 구성되는지를 제안한다. In this paper, we investigate a mutual associative relation between keyword when we used keyword in the papers. We propose how to organize mutual association between the key keyword and sub keyword in the micro battery and energy harvesting.

우리나라의 해양 정보 통합 시스템 구축 설계에 관한 연구

현재 우리나라의 해양 수산 해운분야의 종합정보통신망의 구축이 필요한 이유는 해양의 중요성과 관련종사자 및 어민에 대한 기초정보 제시와 함께 연구 인프라 구축과 관련하여 국민들에게 자료를 제공하며, 이를 위하여 해양 수산 및 해운의 각 분야에 분산된 연구정보와 기타 관련 정보들을 수집 분석 한 뒤 DB화하여, 체계적인 정보 유통체제를 구축하고 해양정보 취합을 위한 원격자료 통합관리시스템을 운영함으로써 국내외 대학, 연구기관 및 기업 체를 연계하고 활발한 정보의 공유화 교류를 통하여 우리나라의 해양, 수산의 발전뿐만 아니라 국가 경쟁력 강화에 이바지 할 수 있도록 연구하고자 한다. Our county has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and research infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.
