PV module has many power loss factors, and series resistance is the most important elements of them. It is therefore easy to expect the partial shading decrease the lifetime of the semiconductor depletion layer in thin film PV module. Different shading losses could be related with the hot spot which is critical in expecting the reliability issue. In this paper we have modelled the series resistance of the PV module with both different direction of the cell line and shading area of the panel. From the results, thin film a-Si PV module has shown different properties by shading direction.

Large-cell transformation of mycosis fungoides (LCT-MF) is an advanced stage of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with a poor prognosis. Therapeutic options for these patients are often limited, and so far, they are not promising. An 81-year-old woman with a previous history of mycosis fungoides presented with aggravation of generalized erythematous scaly patches and new onset of ulcerated tumor on the abdomen for 3 months. Histopathological examination revealed a dense dermal infiltrate composed of atypical large lymphocytes. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for CD30 expression. A diagnosis of CD30<sup>+</sup> LCT-MF was established. She was intensively treated with methotrexate (1 month), acitretin (1 month), and rituximab with dose-modified cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (1 cycle). Despite such treatments, the improvement was minimal. Subsequently, the patient was started on brentuximab vedotin, 1.8 mg/kg intravenously once every 3 weeks. She responded well to brentuximab therapy, and the skin lesions completely subsided within 12 weeks of treatment. (Korean J Dermatol 2022;60(2):106∼110)

It is known that shading acts on power drop of a-Si:H thin film photovoltaic module. Shading losses could be related with the hot spot which is critical in expecting the reliability issue. Power loss discharged in the shape of heat, and heat affect on subsidiary materials like a EVA, Backsheet. In this paper, it is verified that shading affects on resistance locally through ANSYS thermal-electric analysis. As the final outcome, module's maximum temperature is influenced by material thickness than thermal conductivity because of thin film PV module's structural difference.

String & tabbing step in the crystalline PV module manufacturing process for the high temperature directly affects solar cells. In fact, in the manufacture of PV modules tend to be similar to temperature factor and the corresponding changes in the output shows the same characteristics. In this journal, it will be considered about thermal characteristics, especially changes of characteristic in high temperature of the solar cell through experiment that we measure electric output characteristics of solar cells after those are applied with high temperature changes for two seconds. And we can think about the possibility of efficiency improvements over looks in PV module manufacturing processes.

a-Si solar cell has relatively dominant drift current when compared with crystalline solar cell due to the high internal electric field. Such drift current make an impact on the PV module in thel ocal shading. In this paper, the a-Si PV module output characteristics of shading effects was approached in terms of process condition, because of the different deposition layer of thin film lead to rising the resistance. We suggested design condition to ensure the long-term durability of the module with regard to the degradation factors such as hot spot by analyzing the module specification. The result shows a remarkable difference on moduleuniformity for each shading position. Inaddition, the unbalanced power loss due to power mismatch of each module could intensify the degradation

It is known that shading acts on Power Drop of a-Si:H thin film photovoltaic module. However, the uniformity of thin film PV module is important better than anything. Because non-uniform functions as a shading. In this paper, it is verified that deposited layer's uniformity affects on resistance locally through shading experiment method. Sectional non-uniform resistance changes resistivity of solar cell and electric field. Actually a-Si:H thin film PV module manufacturing process' characteristic affects on uniformity. But we don't have to ignore uniformity, because solar cell is influenced by resistance. From this point of view the deposition rate uniformity will be discussed.

PV module is manufactured by several steps such as cell sort, tabbing & string, lay-up, lamination processes. In oder to manufacture PV module, solar cell must be placed in high temperature. Soldering Process in high temperature is important because it directly influences electric output performance changes of solar cell in solar cell module. We consider applying momentary high temperature, while soldering solar cell, and expect change electric characteristics of PV module. In this paper, we measure electric output characteristics of solar cells after those are applied with high temperature changes for two seconds. From these results, we confirm with application of high temperature, I_{sc} increase and V_{oc} slightly decreases.

Cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare, benign condition mainly affecting the lymph nodes and sometimes involving the skin. RDD is notorious for its poor response to medication, and surgery is often the preferred treatment option for limited lesions. Herein, we present a case of cutaneous RDD in a 49-year-old woman with multiple facial nodules that showed minimal response to treatment with steroids, isotretinoin, and methotrexate. The diagnosis of cutaneous RDD was confirmed based on histopathological examination. The patient showed minimal response to medication; however, electrosurgery resulted in a relatively good cosmetic response. The present case demonstrates that electrosurgery can be an effective treatment option for cutaneous RDD, especially in case of patients with multiple lesions. The rarity of this disease and the limited reports on its management highlights the need for further research on the efficacy of different surgical modalities for cutaneous RDD.
