신채호 시의 구조화 방식

신채호 시에 대한 연구는 드물다. 또한 기존 연구들은 그의 사상적 맥락에 대한 주석으로 시를 해석하거나 계열화하는 데 그쳤다. 이 논문은 외재적 특질로 내재적 특질을 포괄하는 방식을 탈피하여 반대로 내재적 특질을 축출하고 분석함으로써 시적 의미가 형성되는 과정을 살피고자 한다. 이를 위해 신채호 시의 구조화 방식으로 사용된 비유 체계에 주목하여 시적 발화 양상을 고찰함으로써 시적 주체가 지향하는 바를 추적하였다. 신채호는 주체를 자연물과 동일시하는 방법을 통해 시를 의미화한다. 우선 그는 '자연물 들기'라는 은유적 구성을 통해 자연물과 시적 주체의 간접적인 동일시를 이룸으로써 시적 주체의 각성을 견인하고자 한다. 이는 자연물의 주체화라고 명명할 수 있는데 이 과정에서는 글쓰기 행위에 대한 반성이 반영되기도 한다. 또한 그는 '자연물 되기'라는 상징적 구성을 통해 자연물과 시적 주체의 직접적인 동일시를 성립시킴으로써 시적 주체의 실천을 종용하고자 한다. 이는 주체의 자연물화라고 명명할 수 있는데 이 과정에서는 순결한 희생을 통해 실천을 추동하는 제의적 경향이 나타나기도 한다. 이러한 분석은 신채호의 사상적 전개가 민족주의에서 무정부주의에 이르기까지 급격하게 선회되는 과정으로만 해석되지 않는다는 것을 보여준다. 자연물은 어떤 조직적 지도체계에 의해 작동되지 않고 자연물 간의 상호영향이 자연스럽게 구축하는 자존적 질서에 의해 움직이는 것이다. 그것은 세계의 갱신이 구성원 개별 주체 각각의 각성과 실천에 의해 이루어질 수밖에 없다는 시적 전언과 맞물려 그의 사상적 경향이 보다 다양한 회로 속에서 전개되었음을 유추하게 한다. There are few research on the poems of Shin Chaeho. If there are, researchers just interpret or categorize his poems as an explanation for his ideological background. This paper does not adopt the method by which extrinsic characteristics embraces intrinsic ones. Instead, I am going to review the procedure how poetic connotations are developed in his poems by extracting analyzing intrinsic characteristics in his poems. For that purpose, I traced the orientation of poetic subject by reviewing how a poem is inspired in him, paying attention to metaphoric structure he used in his poems as a method of structuralization. Shin signifies his poems by identifying subject with natural objects. First, he tries to let poetic subject awakened by identifying natural objects with poetic subject indirectly through metaphoric structuralization called 'putting up natural objects'. It could be named as 'making natural objects subject', during which introspection for writing is reflected. In addition, he tries to coax practice of poetic subject by identifying natural objects with poetic subject directly through symbolic structuralization called 'becoming natural objects'. It can be named as 'becoming natural objects of subjects', during which ritual inclination tends to appear which draws practice through pure sacrifice. Such analysis shows that Shin's ideological development is not just interpreted as a procedure in which it is radically turned from nationalism to anarchism. Natural object doesn't work according to certain systemic leadership, but moves according to self-existential order in which coeffect between natural objects is constructed naturally. It makes us infer that Shin's thought was developed in more diversified circuit connected with poetic message that renewal of the world cannot but happen according to the enlightenment and practice of individual subject of members.

국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 역사적 고찰 및 시사점

일반적으로 지급결제란 경제주체들이 경제활동에 따른 채권채무관계를 지급수단을 이용하여 해소하는 행위로 정의된다. 지급결제 방식은 통화를 사용하는 방식으로부터 신용카드 결제 및 계좌 이체와 같은 가상 거래의 방식으로 진화되었다. 특히 근래에 들어서는 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 모바일 지급결제와 같은 방식으로 발전되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 당초 기대와 달리 현재까지 모바일 지급결제 서비스가 충분히 확산되지 못하고 있으며, 일부 서비스의 경우 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못한 채 시장에서 소멸되는 현상을 겪기도 하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 국내에 등장하였던 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 대상으로 한 역사적 고찰을 통해 관련 서비스의 현황을 분석하여 시사점을 제시함으로써 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 모바일 지급결제 서비스의 유형은 휴대폰 소액결제, 모바일 신용카드, 모바일 뱅킹, 모바일 지갑 등과 같은 서비스 모델 등이다. 모바일 지급결제 서비스에 대한 현황 분석은 각 서비스의 이용 주체인 사용자를 중심으로 하되 사용자 이외에도 금융권, 이동통신사, 단말기 제조사, 모바일 서비스업자, 가맹점 등의 이해관계자와 함께 정부의 입장도 고려하였다. 본 연구는 모바일 지급결제 서비스를 제공하는 국내 업체들이 대내외 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 고려할 사항이 무엇인가에 대한 논의의 일환으로 시도되었다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 국내 모바일 지급결제 서비스 산업의 활성화 및 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다 Along with the widespread of smartphones, firms have agonized over ways to make transactions easier for consumers. These approaches have been attempted from several different angles, as well as by various industries, subsequently leading to the high diversity of mobile payment types provided to consumers. However, unlike the firms expected, mobile payment has not yet widespread enough, and despite their efforts and investments, numerous services have failed due to a lack of consumer endorsement. This thesis aims to historically retrace the mobile payment services that have been attempted domestically, as well as to study the problems the failed services had and the factors the moderately successful services had to be selected. As a frame to view the matter, service models such as mobile micropayments, mobile credit cards, mobile banking, and mobile wallets have been used for distinction, and the positions of each service and their related entities, which are the user, the finance industry, mobile carriers, cell phone manufacturers, mobile service providers, retailers, and government, have all been taken into consideration in the examination. This attempt intends to provide suggestions on points to consider for survival within the competition among global payment services, to prospective domestic mobile payment service firms

지문 영상의 품질 평가 및 인식 성능과의 상관성 분석

본 논문에서는 지문 영상의 품질을 평가하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 지문 융선의 분포와 방향성, 특징점의 밀도 뿐 아니라 지문의 크기, 위치 등을 분석하여 지문 영상의 품질을 평가하게 된다. 특히 지문의 입력 위치를 분석하여 한쪽으로 치우치거나 일부만 입력된 지문을 걸러냄으로서 인식 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 제안한 품질 평가 방법을 다양한 지문 데이터베이스에 적용하여 지문 영상의 품질과 인식 성능 간의 상관도 분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 통하여 인식 성능 향상을 위한 영상의 품질에 대한 임계값을 결정할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose a new method to assess fingerprint image quality. In the proposed method, analysis of local variance of image's gray values, local orientation, minutiae density, size and position is applied. Especially by using position information of inputted fingerprint images, partial fingerprint images are filtered and recognition performance is improved. In the experimental results, quality threshold value for improving performance can be decided by analysis of correlation between image quality and recognition rate.

라이프스타일이 헬스 앱 사용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 헬스관련 애플리케이션 사용자들이 어떠한 라이프스타일을 가지고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구에서 사용된 라이프스타일 변수는 건강생활(식사, 운동, 음주, 흡연 등)과 일반 라이프스타일(야근, 교통, 휴대폰 사용 등)로 총 20개의 변수를 사용하였다. 분석은 데이터마이닝 방법을 포함한 3가지 방법, 즉, 규칙유도기법, 로지스틱스회귀분석 그리고 인공신경망을 단계적으로 이용하여 헬스 앱 사용에 대한 변수의 예측력을 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 분석결과 최종 획득된 결과는 BMI, 핸드폰사용시간, 수면시간, 몸매유지, 아침식사, 건강비용지출의 순으로 중요도가 나타났으며, 검증예측력은 74.8%였다. 본 연구는 헬스관련 애플리케이션 기반서비스를 출시 및 활용할 때 사용자의 라이프스타일을 고려함으로써 그 활용도를 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

소프트 파워와 제주 ``평화의 섬``의 법적 과제

1990년대 이후 국제정치 영역에서는 세계화ㆍ정보화ㆍ민주화의 흐름에 힘입어 소프트 파워가 새로운 권력의 원천으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 미국, 중국, 일본 등 동북아 주요 강대국들은 소프트 파워의 증대에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 한국은 미국, 중국, 일본에 비해 소프트파워의 필수요소인 정당성과 보편성을 획득하기 쉽다는 강점이 있다. 따라서 한국은 세계의 모든 국가들과 국민들이 공감할 수 있는 평화의 비전과 전략을 제시해야 한다. 그 경우 한국의 소프트파워는 정당성과 보편성을 획득하면서 매우 강력해질 것이다. 한국은 제주를 세계평화의 섬으로 지정함으로써 소프트파워를 획기적으로 증대시킬 수 있는 제도적인 장치를 마련했다. 그러나 동시에 해군기지 건설을 강행함으로써 소프트파워 강국의 길을 스스로 막아버리는 어리석음을 범하고 있다. 따라서 무엇보다도 우선하여 해군기지 문제가 평화적으로 해결되어야 한다. 또한 세계평화의 섬 실현을 위한 법적인 과제로는 세계평화의 섬의 ``평화`` 개념을 정립해야 하며, 제주해군기지 관련 국가의 지원 근거규정을 삭제하고, 제주의 비무장지대화를 추진하는 근거 규정을 마련하는 것 등을 들 수 있다. Since 1990s, in the field of international politics, due to globalization, computerrization and democratization, soft power has emerged new source of Power. With emerging the importance of soft power, powerful nations such as the U.S., China, Japan in Northeast Asia region are strengthening their soft power with heart and soul, Korea has better position to get legitimacy and universality which are essential element of soft power, compared to the U.S., China, Japan, So, Korea should present a vision and strategy of peace that all of the nations and global citizens empathize with, In that case, korea will have a powerful soft power in legitimacy and universality, Korea designated Jeju island as the ``World Peace Island``, and Korea has caught the chance to improve soft power remarkably. But Korea prevents the way of becoming a strong soft powered nation by constructing naval base. Therefore, above all, the problem of naval base must be solved. As legal challenges for realization of Peace Island, first, the concept of peace should be corrected, second, the article which is the base of the national support related to naval base should be deleted, finally, the article making Jeju Demilitarized zone should be prescribed.

하구언 건설 전,후의 영산강 하구 식물플랑크톤 군집 및 환경 변화

The Yeongsan River estuary, located in the south west coast, was a typical estuary before a dike was constructed in December 1981. After the construction, the water quality and plankton communities are expected to change. We investigated the change of phytoplankton community and environmental properties in the Yeongsan River estuary by comparing the data collected recently with the results reported before and/or shortly after the construction. Concentrations of NH4 N were significantly increased in the freshwater zone. Concentrations of DO at the surface, NO2+NO3 and NH4 N were increased while the concentrations of PO4 at the surface were decreased in the seawater zone. The number of green algae species was decreased in the freshwater zone. The number of diatom species was decreased while the numbers of green algae and dinoflagellates were increased in the seawater zone. This study can provide information for better management of the Yeongsan River estuary since no comparison study has been documented between the phytoplankton community before and after the construction of the dike in the estuary.

FreeS / WAN과 cIPe의 VPN 보안 프로토콜 성능 시험

가상사설망이 중요한 정보를 원격에 전송한다는 개념만으로 여겨질 때에는 암호화 강도에 주목했었다. 그러나 가상사설망 시장이 활성화되면서 보다 많은 트래픽을 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여, 가상사설망 고성능화에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상사설망에서 성능 측정 시 필요한 항목들을 제시하고 설치한 네트워크 성능에 얼마만큼의 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 위해 네트웍 환경을 IPSec 프로토콜을 사용하는 FreeS/WAN 패키지를 활용하여 구성해보고, 자신의 독자적인 프로토콜인 CIPE 프로토콜을 사용하는 cIPe 패키지를 사용하여 다양한 성능지표들을 반영한 성능 측정을 실시하였다. IPSec 표준을 준수하여 구현된 FreeS/WAN은 적용하는 방법에 따라 네트워크 성능 차가 상대적으로 크고 cIPe 방법은 암호화 적용 전에 비해서 그다지 큰 차이를 보이지는 않는다. 본 결과들을 고려할 경우, 가상사설망의 성능과 보안을 적절히 유지하는 범위에서 정책과 시스템 사양을 고려하여 가상사설망을 도입하여야 할 것이다.
