호텔고객의 지각된 서비스가치가 전환비용과 관계성과에 미치는 영향분석

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among perceived value of service, switching costs, and relational performance in Upscale Hotels. Especially, this study focused on showing the core factors of perceived service value which exerted significant influence on switching costs, and relational performance. The data were obtained from 11 five star tourist hotels` guests and 304 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The research results may be summarized as follows. First, perceived value of service was found to have statistically significant influence on switching costs and relational performance. Second, among the four subdimensions of service value, only social value was statistically significant to switching costs. Finally, social value, esthetical value and economical value were statistically significant to relational performance, but functional value was not.
특급호텔의 지식경영시스템, 직원의 목표지향성과 성과의 관계분석

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among knowledge management system, employee goal orientation, and employee performance. Especially, this study focused on showing the core factors of knowledge management system which had significant relationships with goal orientation and performance. Two types of orientation were evaluated in order to investigate goal orientation; learning goal orientation and performance goal orientation. In terms of performance, in-role performance(also named as task performance) and extra-role performance were both taken into consideration. The data were obtained from 12 five star tourist hotels in Seoul and 164 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows. Knowledge accumulation and utilization, and knowledge based organizational culture were important factors for employee goal orientation and performance, whereas strategy connection and knowledge management basis were not influential on employee goal orientation and performance. Employee goal orientation had positive effects on their in-role(task) performance and extra-role performance.

울산인근을 중심으로 한 영남 남동부 지역은 대규모 부유식 해상풍력이 계획되어 있으며 원자력발전소의 신설과 기존 원자력발전소의 수명연장 등에 따라 전력망의 확충이 요구되고 있다. 정부에서는 10차 전력수급계획에 따라 이 지역의 전력계통 신설계획을 발표하였으나 경주 인근의 국립공원과 문화재 보호구역을 경과함에 따라 실제 건설단계에 어려움이 많을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기존 선로를 활용하고 신설을 최소화하는 방안을 제시하고 이 계통에 대해 PSS/E를 활용하여 과도안정도를 분석하여 타당성을 입증하였다. The Yeongnam southeastern region, with Ulsan as its focal point, is planning large-scale floating offshore wind power projects. Additionally, due to the establishment of new nuclear power plants and the extension of existing ones, there is a demand for the expansion of the power grid. The government has announced plans to establish a new power grid for this region as part of the 10th power supply plan. However, there are anticipated challenges in the actual construction phase, primarily because of the presence of national parks and cultural heritage protection zones near Gyeongju. As a result, this study presents an alternative approach that minimizes the creation of new power lines by utilizing existing ones. Using the Power System Simulator for Engineers (PSS/E), an analysis of transient stability was conducted and demonstrated its feasibility.
