        마산만 주변 해역에서 오염인자와 해양환경변동과의 관계

        1981년부터 1998년까지 연구해역에서 COD와 DIP의 2월, 4월, 8월, 11월의 월별 분포양상은 비슷하였고, 두 항목 모두 8월에 가장 높은 값을 보인 반면 DIN의 경우는 2월, 4월, 8월, 11월로 갈수록 점차 증가하는 경향을 보였다. COD값은 1990년부터 1992년까지점차 증가하다가 1993년, 1994년으로 갈수록 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있는데, 이것은 마산만의 준설기간 중반부터 준설의 효과가 표층까지 나타난 것으로 보여진다. DIN과 DIP의 표층 농도 변화에는 준설의 효과가 뚜렷이 나타나지 않았다. COD의 공간적인 변동에서 적조가 빈발하였던 연도가 그렇지 않았던 연도에 비해 높은 COD농도의 분포가 마산만 밖으로 확장되어 있었고, 준설에 의한 COD값의 뚜렷한 변동은 나타나지 않았다. 전체적으로 DIN농도의 공간적인 분포 양상을 살펴보면 마산만의 안쪽에서부터 바깥쪽으로 오염이 점차 확장되었다. 마산만의 가장 안쪽 지점이 일정한 경향이 없이 높은 DIN농도를 유지하였으며, 내만 유역에 마산만의 오염원이 집중되어 있고, 마산만 유역에서 생활하수 및 산업폐수가 계속적으로 유입되고 있었다. DIP농도의 공간적인 분포에서도 마산만 준설이 DIP의 표층 농도 변화에는 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 강수량과 COD, DIN, DIP 농도 사이에는 일정한 상관성이 없었으며, 적조발생일수와 COD 농도 사이에는 0.66의 대체로 높은 상관성을 나타내었다. This study focuses on the relationship between pollution factors around Masan, Changwon and Chinhae city considerd as main pollution sources and marine environment in Masan bay of Korea. Water quality data measured In Jinhae bay and environmental investigation data in Masan, Changwon and Jinhae cities from 1981 to 1998 were used for this study. Annual means and standard deviations of COD, DIN and DIP concentrations from 1981 to 1998 showed that both their concentration and fluctuations were higher in the inner part of Masan bay (region A) than near Somodo (region B). Sediment dredging in Masan bay had been done from 1990 to 1994. After dredging, COD concentration has been decreasing In surface layer. Also water pollution was gradually spreaded from the inner part to the outer part of the bay due to the continuous inflow of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. In the late of 1990s, the pollution was heavier. DIN and DIP concentrations were found to be increased by establishment of industry complex and decreased by sewage treatment plant near the city adjacent to Jinhae bay, 1993. The correlation between COD, DIN and DIP changes and neighbor cities' pollution sources were calculated From 1981 to 1998, correlation coefficient (r) was over 0.8 except for the bottom of region A From 1981 to 1998, r between the DIP concentration and population was over 0.65 except for the surface of region A, and the r between the DIP and the number of factories was over 0.6 too, in region B.

        창의적사고력과 학습관련 변인들의 관계 구조분석

        본 연구에서는 창의적사고력과 학업적 자아효능감 및 학습몰입, 그리고 학습성과 등 학습관련 변인 간의 영향관계를 종합적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 위해 H대학교 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 가설검증을 하였다. 분석결과, 학습몰입, 학업적 자아효능감, 그리고 창의적사고력 순으로 학습성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적사고력은 학습몰입과 학업적 자아효능감을 매개로 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 간접효과가 직접효과보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학업적 자아효능감은 학습몰입에 영향을 미치며 학습몰입을 매개로 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학업적 자아효능감이 학습성과에 미치는 영향에서는 직접효과가 간접효과보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 창의적사고력은 학습과 관련한 자아효능감 및 학습몰입, 그리고 학습성과와 상호관련성을 가지고 영향을 미치고 있어, 학습성과를 높이기 위해서는 이들 변인간의 관계를 고려한 학습환경 설계와 학습전략 수립이 필요하다. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively investigate the structural effect relationships among three factors such as creative thinking, academic self-efficacy, learning flow experience to academic achievement of university students. The subjects of the survey were the students in H-university(medium-sized and local university). We employed the structural equation modeling in order to examine the relationships of these factors. The key findings of the study were as follow; First of all, the study results indicate that the most influential variable on academic achievement was learning flow experience followed by academic self-efficacy as a second and creative thinking as a third variable. Interestingly, creative thinking turned out to influence academic achievement along with the mediating effects of both learning flow experience and academic self-efficacy. The indirect effect of creative thinking mediated by learning flow experience and academic self-efficacy was relatively bigger than its direct influence of creative thinking on academic achievement. Based on these results of the study, it can be concluded that creative thinking, as an inter-related variable among academic self-efficacy and learning flow experience, indicates positive influence on academic achievement. Further, it implies that it needs to apply upmost educational strategies and environments for developing or stimulating creative thinking of students for academic curriculum.

        대학교육 중요도-만족도 분석 및 교육만족도 제고방안 탐색

        본 연구에서는 대학교육 만족도를 구성하는 주요 항목에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분석하기 위해 지방 중소대학인 H대학의 학생 646명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 문항구성을 위한 요인분석 결과 교육과정 및 수업, 교육환경, 행정서비스, 학생지도, 학생지원, 대학생활, 학교이미지 등 7개요인, 27개 문항을 추출하였다. 이들 문항의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α값이 중요도, 만족도 각각 .93이었으며 요인별 신뢰도는 모두 .73이상을 나타냈다. 7개의 요인은 전체분산의 67.72%를 설명 하였다. 중요도와 만족도 차이분석 결과 7개 영역 27개 문항에서 모두 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 중요도 인식에 비해(M=4.45, SD=.41) 만족도는 낮게 나타났다(M=3.27, SD=.53). 중요도-만족도 분석(ISA)을 통해 집중적으로 개선노력이 필요한 영역으로 학생지원 3개, 교육과정 및 수업 2개, 대학생활 1개, 학생지도 1개, 행정서비스 1개가 도출되었으며, 구체적인 항목으로 ‘자기계발을 위한 다양한 기회제공’, ‘장학금 수혜 기회와 배분의 공정성’, ‘학생들의 요구를 고려한 지원’, ‘다양한 과목개설’, ‘성적평가의 공정성과 타당성’, ‘업무처리 결과의 신뢰성’, ‘취업 및 진로설정’, ‘학생들의 취업 및 진로지도에 대한 열의’가 제시되었다. 이들 결과 및 학생들의 서술형 답변을 중심으로 대학교육 만족도 제고를 위한 방안을 제안하였다. In this research, we conducted the survey to analyze the importance-satisfaction of student satisfaction in university. The subjects of this survey were 646 students in H-university(medium-sized and local university). To develop a questionnaire, a factor analysis was conducted, as a result, 7 factors and 27 questions were presented. They are educational environments, administrative services, support for students, college life, advice for students, curriculum and instruction, university image. The cronbach α of the overall importance and satisfaction of this questionnaire was .93 respectively, each cronbach α of the factors was over .73. These 7 factors accounted for 67.72% of variances. The results of t-test, there was a significant difference between importance and satisfaction of the every 27 questions, the mean score of satisfaction(M=3.27, SD=.53) was lower than that of satisfaction(M=4.45, SD=.41). According to ISA, the items located in “concentrate here” were deduced. They are 3 items from support for students, 2 from curriculum and instruction, 3 from college life, advice for students, administrative services respectively. To put in concretly, They were ‘providing various program for self-improvement’, ‘a fair and abundant scholarship’, ‘support services considering student needs’, ‘offering diverse courses’. ‘a fair and valid evaluation of student achievement’, ‘a reliability of administrative services’, ‘job placement and career path’, ‘an enthusiasm in guidance for job and career’. Based on these results and descriptive responses from the students, the strategies for student satisfaction in university education were suggested.

        자치경찰제 도입에 따른 지역사회 경찰활동의 활성화 방안 고찰

        현대 사회는 국제화 산업화 정보화를 통해 사람들의 삶의 질이 향상되었고 그에 따른 새로운 치안서비스의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현대사회는 급진적인 변화에 가속되고 있고 기존 획일적이고 일률적인 경찰제도가 대응하기에 여러 가지 한계가 발생하였다. 결국, 많은 한계요인을 극복하고 공공의 안녕 및 질서유지뿐만 아니라 적극적인 치안서비스에 대한 요구에 부응하는 새로운 경찰패러다임이 필요했고 지역사회 경찰활동이 대안으로 등장하였다. 그러나 원래 취지와 다르게 지역사회 경찰활동 역시 구조적 한계로 형식적인 운영이었다는 비판이 제기되었고, 자치경찰제도 전면 시행되는 시점에서 이와 연계하여 지역사회 경찰활동도 점검할 필요가 있다. 특히, 민생치안 측면에서 지방행정과 지역사회 경찰활동을 결합하여 자치경찰제도와 지역사회 경찰활동 프로그램의 도입 목적을 달성하기 위한 정책 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 지역사회 경찰활동의 운영 현황을 확인하고 자치경찰제의 전면적 실시와 더불어 지역사회 경찰활동의 활성화 방안을 검토하여 참여형 플랫폼을 활용한 지역사회 경찰활동 시스템 구축과 지역사회 경찰활동 프로그램의 재정비 및 통합형 지역사회 경찰활동 전담 조직 운영에 대하여 제안하였다. Improvement on the quality of life from the internationalization, industrialization, and digitization has required the advanced police services. The uniform police system, however, had limitations corresponding to the radical changes in modern society. Thus, a new police paradigm to meet the demands for public security and maintenance of order was needed, and the community policing has emerged as an alternative. Contrary to the original purpose, community policing was criticized for being a formal management due to the structural limitation, and it is necessary to check the community policing with regarding the implementing the municipal police system. The policy direction is suggested to achieve the purpose of municipal police system and community policing by combining the local administration and the community policing from the perspective of public safety and security. In this study, the strategy for enhancing community police activities with implementation of municipal police system was investigated, and the plans for improving professionalism, reorganization, development of the integrated program were suggested.

        교수자 특성에 따른 영어교수효능감 차이 분석: 대학의 전공영어강의를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to support EMI courses by analysing how professors` characteristics influence teaching efficacy. A survey was conducted to 82 professors at H University, a medium-sized local university in Korea. The analysis was focused on factors such as instructors` characteristics and background experiences with English language and teaching. The result suggests that the gender factor and teaching experiences do not make a significant difference in teaching efficacy in EMI. The length of the professor` stay in English speaking countries shows having influence on teaching efficacy but post-hoc analysis shows teaching experience in English-speaking countries did not play a significant role in teaching efficacy in EMI. However, teaching experience in EMI plays a role in enhancing teaching efficacy in EMI. Accordingly, the result suggests that a support system should be in place to encourage professors to be more involved in EMI and to raise teaching efficacy in EMI courses.

        학생 특성별 대학교육 만족요인에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석

        이 연구는 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 교육에 대한 만족도 조사를 통해 학생들의 요구에 맞는 교육서비스를 제공하여 교육의 질 제고 및 만족도 향상에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석을 기반으로 도출된 10개 요인, 41문항의 측정 도구를 사용하여 H대학 학생 2,023명을 대상으로 교육만족 요인에 대한 중요도와 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 학생들의 주요 특성인 성별, 학년별로 중요도와 만족도 점수의 차이 분석(t검정) 및 중요도-만족도 분석(Importance-Satisfaction Analysis: ISA)을 수행하였다. 분석결과 모든 교육만족 요인에서 성별, 학년별 중요도와 만족도 점수 간에 유의한 차이를 보여 만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 필요함을 나타냈으며, 학생들의 특성에 따라 중요도와 만족도에 대한 인식이 다르게 나타났다. 여학생의 중요도 점수는 남학생보다 높았으나, 만족도에서는 여학생의 점수가 낮았다.특히,여학생의 경우 행정서비스 및 학생지원요인에 대해서는3점 이하의 낮은 점수를 나타냈다.학년별 차이분석에서1학년이 중요도 인식과 만족도에서 낮은 점수를 나타내 교육만족도가 학생들의 대학생활 적응과도 관련이 있음을 예측할 수 있었다. ISA결과에서는 성별 및 학년별로 공통적으로 개선이 필요한 요인과 특성별 개선이 필요한 요인이 도출되었다. 공통적인 개선 필요 요인인 교육성과와 학생지원에 대해서는 가장 높은 우선순위를 두고 질 제고 노력을 기울여야 할 것이며, 학생 특성별로 각각 도출된 요인에 대해서는 해당 특성을 가진 학생을 위한 교육 서비스 제공시 집중적인 개선 노력이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to reduce the drop out rates and enhance the quality of education in a university by providing educational services appropriate to the students` needs based on the students satisfaction survey. For this purpose, The questionnaire composed of 10 factors and 41 questions was developed to measure the students` satisfaction, then the survey of 2,023 H-university students was conducted. t-test and ISA were performed according to the students` gender and grade. Firstly, the differences between importance and satisfaction of the every factors were statistically meaningful by the gender and grade. This results implicated that there was apparent needs to enhance student satisfaction through the improving educational services in the university. Secondly, by students` gender and grade, the perception of importance and satisfaction was different. That is, female students` score of importance was higher than male students, but score of satisfaction was lower than male students. This results indicated that more attention was needed to female students to meet their expectations. Specially, the female students` scores of administrative services and students` supports were lower that 3.0. The freshmen`s scores of importance and satisfaction were lowest, and this implies that adaptation to their college life is related with educational satisfaction. Thirdly, by results of ISA, there were many common factors regardless of gender and grade in the “concentrate here” areas, so these factors were most importantly addressed by the university authorities. Two additional factors included in “concentrate here” by the female students were “curriculum” and “administrative services”. “University image” was included in the “concentrate here” area by all of the grades except 4th year students. Based on there results, some suggestions were proposed to improve students` satisfaction.

        좋은 교사에 대한 인식 연구 : Q 방법론적 접근

        본 연구는 Q 방법론을 이용하여 좋은 교사에 대한 주관적인 태도의 유형과 특성을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 선행논문과 심층면담을 통해 34개의 진술문을 도출하였으며, B광역시 D중학교에 근무 중인 교사 27명을 P표본으로 선정하여 Q소팅을 실시하였다. PC QUANL Program을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 세 가지의 유형으로 분류되었고, 제1유형은 `애정중시형`, 제2유형은 `실력형`, 제3유형은 `소통형`으로 명명되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교사들에게 바람직한 교사상에 대해 성찰하고 인식할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 이를 통해 궁극적으로 교육의 질을 향상시키는데 밑거름이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. This study used the Q methodology to identify types and characteristics of subjective attitudes towards good teacher. Based on previous research and in-depth interview, 34 Q statements were derived. A total of 27 teachers working at D middle school in B metropolitan city were defined as the P sample and underwent Q sorting. Using the QUANL program, the survey results were analyzed to classify the subjects into three groups. The first type was named as `loving students`, the second type as `teaching students well`, and the third type as `understanding students`. The findings of this study are expected to serve as the foundation for teachers to reflect on the desirable qualifications of good teacher, and ultimately contribute to improving the quality of education.

        한국무용과 짐스틱 운동이 여고생의 혈중지질 농도와 뇌신경세포 생성인자 및 관련요인에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of traditional Korean dance and gymstick exercise on the levels of blood lipids, brain-derived neurotropic factor (BDNF), serotonin, and cortisol in female adolescents. Twenty eight female high school students participated in this study. Eight subjects in traditional Korean dance group (KG) and eight subjects in the gymstick exercise group (GG) participated in 50-minutes, four days/week exercise programs for 12 weeks, respectively. Eight subjects were in the control group (CG). The levels of total cholesterol (TG), low-density lipo-protein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), BDNF, serotonin, and cortisol in all subjects were assessed before and after the programs. Mean (±SD) age of 24 subjects was 17.64(±27). The level of TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased after the programs (p<.05) in the KG and GG compared to the CG. In addition, the levels of BDNF, sero-tonin, and cortisol were significantly increased after the programs (p<.05). In particular, the level of BDNF was significantly improved after the program (p<.05) in the KG compared to the GG and the CG. The level of BDNF was significantly improved after the program (p<.05) in the GG compared to the CG. The findings of this study suggest that regular exercise program may be effective in improving blood lipids and activating brain cells in female adolescents.

        글로벌 역량 측정도구 개발 및 양호도 검증

        The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for global competence to enhance global capabilities and efficacy among university graduates in an era of globalization. Twenty-eight questionnaire items of preliminary tool were obtained by analyzing previous studies conducted on global competence. We conducted the first survey to 224 students enrolled in a university, using the preliminary tool and applying exploratory factor analysis to the result. The second survey was conducted to 1,035 students to test goodness of fit, reliability, and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. Five measurement tool factors for global competence tested in this study are English proficiency, self-expression capability, creative thinking, cultural flexibility, and global activities and 27 sub-questions, which explained 65.632% of total variable. Based on the measurement tool factors of which reliability and validity verified in this study, educational institutions may need to apply the findings of this study in further developing and utilizing measurement tools for global competence.

        재난대응 업무성과에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 실증연구

        Purpose: In order to satisfy the public demand for safety, the government and relevant organizations establish policies on disaster management annually. However, the continuous occurrences of safety accidents, including the Sewol ferry disaster, show the need to overhaul the current disaster management system. Methods: This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the disaster management system by carrying out an evaluation of fire fighting officers, one of the main units in the current disaster management system, and analyzing the causal relationship of factors that influence the disaster management performance, which is the final objective of disaster management. Results: First, the establishment of disaster management plans, systematic situation management, and efficient resource management have a statistically significant influence on competencies in disaster management. Second, the establishment of a disaster management plan has a statistically significant influence on disaster management performance. Third, competencies in disaster management have a statistically significant influence on disaster management performance. Fourth, the mediating effect of competencies in disaster management on the relationship among the establishment of disaster management plan, efficient disaster management, and disaster management performance is statistically significant. Competencies in disaster management are mediated to produce a significant influence on disaster management performance. Conclusion: In order to improve the disaster response performance, this study emphasizes the need for an overhaul of the disaster management system based on what the results of this study indicate.
