본 논문은 다양한 분야에 적용이 가능한 고압 직류 전원장치를 개발에 관한 것이다. 개발된 이 장치는 soft switching 기술을 이용하여 인버터의 전력소자가 switclung 때문에 발생하는 손실과 EMI를 감소시키기 위하여 영전압 스위칭 (ZVS; Zero Voltage Switching) 방식<br/> 을 채택하였다 이러한 고주파 인버터의 구동방식은 단일 Chip 제어기로 쉽게 구현혈 수 있는 영전압 스위칭 위 상전이 제어 직렬 공진형 (ZVS PSC-SRI, ZVS Phase Shi 따 d Control Series Resonant Inverter) 으로 선택하여 제어기의 신뢰도를 높였고 장치의 고효율화 (90% 이상 ) 확 보와 장치의 소형화뿐만 아니라 실용화를 위한 저가격화를 절충할 수 있는 방법을 중점적요로 연구하였다 본 논문에서 고주파 고압 직류 전원 장치의 구성 및 설계, ZVS PSC-SR 인버터의 설계 그리고 고주파 고압 변압기 1의 설계에 관한 내용을 자세히 설명하고 제작된 고주파 고압 전원장치의 실험결과 및 고찰을 기술한다.
13 kV급 수력발전기 고정자 권선용 On-line 부분방전 측정 시스템 개발 및 현장적용 평가

In order to improve the reliability of stator windings for hydro generators, it is necessary to detect the defective point and life assessment of the high voltage windings. Especially the on-line partial discharge (PD) test provides the ability to monitor effects, such as slot discharge, internal discharge, and end-winding discharge without interrupting generators, this method has been proven the major testing technology in high voltage rotating machines nowadays. The purpose of this paper is to describe the method of the on-line PD measurement on stator windings for hydro-generator with 13 [kV] class ceramic coupler (CC), on-line PD measuring system, terminal box, and index parameters. Also, the developed PD measuring system and 13 [kV] class CC were installed Daechung-dam generator #2. It was found that this installed sensor and system had good electrical characteristics to detect PD activity during the operating condition with its detection frequency band is between several and several tens MHz.

In this paper, with loosely coupled transformer Relies-parallel resonant type DC/DC converter is analyzed and adopted to the power source of a TFLM(Transverse Flux Linear Motor). To get more efficient operating mode of the series-parallel resonant type DC/DC converter, theoretical analysis using normalized parameters are accepted. The analysis includes a specially made ferrite transformer with two separately wound half cores in order to evaluate analytically and experimentally the changes in magnetizing the leakage fluxes and inductances caused by the distance between the halves. The proposed converter must be operated in switching Pattern III among the three switching patterns for the Zero Voltage Switching operation. According to Pulse Frequency Modulation(PFM) control method, the output voltage of the proposed circuit can be controlled. The results of the theoretical development are compared with practical measurements from a prototype system.

In this paper, a new on-line high-voltage motor monitoring system is proposed. This system monitors the insulation condition of the stator winding by on-line measurements of partial discharge (PD). And this system displays magnitude and phase angle distribution of PD. Sensor, CC (Ceramic Coupler) is used for PD measurement. PD signals are continuously measured and digitized with a A/D converter to build the database of the high-voltage motor"s insulation condition. Also, this system can communicate with the central monitoring system via RS-232, 422, and TCP/IP. This helps more efficient operation and maintenance of the high-voltage motor.

Recently many research activities on the diagnosis of stator winding insulation of large rotating machines have been reported. Capacitive couplers are widely used as sensors for on-line partial discharge (PD) measurement of high voltage rotating machines. This paper presents laboratory test to compare Stator Slot Coupler (SSC), Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD), 80 [pF] coupler and 500 [pF] coupler for on-line PD measurement of rotating machines. And a novel on-line monitoring system for an insulation diagnosis is proposed.

진단기술은 기기의 열화 현상 및 이상 현상으로 진전되는 특성을 측정하여 향후 발생이 예상되는 이상을 조기에 발견하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기기를 정밀 진단, 분석하여 잔여 수명을 평가하고 적절한 대체계획을 수립함으로써 신뢰도 향상 및 경제적인 설비 운용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 수력 발전기 운전 중 부분방전 진단 시스템을 이용하여 수력 발전기의 운전 중에 발생하는 부분방전 신호를 실시간으로 측정, 분석하고 수력 발전기 권선의 절연 상태를 감시 진단하여 기기의 열화 및 이상 현상등을 조기에 발견하고 발전설비의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
