사회과 질적 평가에 관한 지체부자유학교 교사의 인식 분석

The purpose of this study was to find how the recognition on qualitative evaluation is in the education of social studies with teachers of special schools for the physically disabilities. The method of this study involved survey using questionnaires, which consisted of characteristics recognition, method recognition, and results utilization, The results of this study were as follows ; First, when evaluation is conducted with an evaluation philosophy of assessment for diagnosis, improvement and development, the social studies teachers of special schools for the physically disabilities who recognize the concept on qualitative evaluation higher than average for themselves consider that qualitative evaluation is needed more than recognized. Second, it has been shown that more than 60% of the teachers use the qualitative evaluation by 5 0~70% of the evaluations in social studies and that problem solving and decision making area has been evaluated through learning activities during class hours and life applications using observation method, portfolio, descriptive evaluation. In this case, it has been concluded that qualitative method is primarily used for assessment or formation evaluation. Finally, although the qualitative evaluations of social studies is considered to have a positive influence on all of purpose and goal realization, educational method improvement, modification of individualized education plan, and identification of development levels and individual differences, it has been revealed that their practical applications are perceived to be difficult due to the lack of understanding and time for the method and the procedure of qualitative evaluation and reference materials. According to the perception by the teachers of special schools for the physically disabilities, an advantage of application of social studies`s qualitative evaluation is that it made individual evaluation suited to children`s distinctiveness, whereas a disadvantage is the question of objectivity.

周作人是中國現代散文的「開山大師」. 而且他的代表〈人的文學〉上, 鼓吹了「生物性的人的解放」, 也主張了文學上的人道主義. 在五·四運動前後, 這對中國新文學上, 影響至大, 成爲中國新文學的中心思想. 但是一九二三年, 他근魯迅失和以後, 他所主張的思想多少沈着下來, 後來在一九二六年前後, 他的人道主義思想陷入到完全的觀念論裏. 中日戰爭發生時, 北京被日本軍陷落的時候, 他成了個對日協力者. 由於這樣的緣故, 毛澤東在延安文藝座談會上的講話, 規定了他的文藝就是漢奸文藝. 這근在中國大陸上最被崇拜的魯迅比較起來, 這是極其相反的事情. 人道主義的根本是人的解放. 這是人類歷史上, ,爲了回復人性, 不斷地起了作用. 周作人人道主義的根本是「生物性的人的解放」, 也是個人主義的人間本位主義, 那就是以解放女性與兒童爲目的. 但是他的人道主義, 過分强調認得本能, 근現實社會不能調和, 所以轉變成觀念論. 五·四時期前後, 周作人主張的「生物性的人解放」是, 只不過是個啓蒙主義者的試圖. 尤其是타在歷史上, 毛澤東政治體系形成以前的一個思想空白期, 所産生的一個觀念論, 故而不能開花結果.
