라벤더, 레몬, 유칼립투스 혼합 에센셜오일이 아토피 피부염 동물 모델의 Th2 관련인자에 미치는 영향

Purpose : To investigate the effects of the lavender, lemon and eucalyptus oil mixture on the atopy dermatitis skin lesions induced on NC/Nga Mice by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Material and Method : For this purpose, we fabricated the oil mixture blending three essential oils (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus : ELL) with one carrier oil (jojoba) and apply it on the atopic dermatitis skin lesions of NC/Nga Mice. Atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga Mice was induced by DNCB treatment on the dorsal skin of mice for 8 weeks. The mixture of ratio of each essential oil drop was 1 (eucalyptus) : 2 (lemon) : 2 (lavender) and this mixture was blended with jojoba oil 50ml (0.025%). The ELL-ointment was supplied for 8 weeks. We evaluated the effects of ELL on cell viability of mouse lung fibroblast, clinical skin features and severity, the level of serum Immunoglobulin (Ig) E & Ig G1, Interleukin (IL)-4, IL-13 and Interferon (IFN)-$\gamma$. Results : ELL showed safety on the cell viability of mouse lung fibroblast compared with control group. The cell viability was measured by SRB method. The effects of ELL on clinical skin features and severity in DNCB-induced dermatitis model of NC/Nga mice was significant compared with control group. EEL also showed significant effects on clinical symptom score compared with control group. Serum IgE & IgG1 level and development of atopy dermatitis skin lesions were evaluated. Serum IgE & IgG1 production was significantly down-regulated in EEL group compared with control group. ELL also down-regulated the levels of IL-4 and IL-13, and up-regulated the level of IFN-$\gamma$ compared with control group significantly. Conclusion : ELL was effective on atopy dermatitis by modulating Th2 related factors.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Chunghwatang (CHT) for atopic dermatitis. Methods : CHT, a verified anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, was treated in atopic dermatitis animal model to investigate cytokine levels and immunoglobulin production. Results : Clinical skin index was 47.1%, suggesting significant efficacy of CHT in atopic dermatitis treatment. Serum IL-4, IL-6, IL-13, TNF-α and histamine productions were significantly decreased to 52.3%, 61.8%, 68.0%, 37.4%, and 46.6%, respectively. The production of IL-5 was decreased to 33.3%. The increase of Immunoglobulin IgG1 production along with IgE through the interaction of IgE and IL-4 induced by IL-4 and IL-13 were measured as 20.7% and 23.4%, respectively. Conclusions : The results above, along with the in vitro test results, strongly supports the CHT samples as effective immunomodulator in AD treatments, suggesting its use in clinical practice and basic information for EBM.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the antioxidant activities of SanDalWood oil by experimental methods. For this purpose, first, we put an emphasis on the control of enzymes of the antioxidant system in various changes inside the cell; these changes caused by the reactive oxygen species (ROS) which were brought about by the handling of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) into the RAW264.5 cell line of the body each other. After that, we caused the acute oxidant symptom by the injection of 2,2`-azobis(2-aminopropane) dihydrochloride(AAPH) into the mouse` abdominal cavity, and then applied the aroma SDWD oil orally administration, and finally, we measured the resistance against the activated oxygen of the red blood cell membrane, MDA, SOD, and catalase.

현대인에 있어서 비만은 건강관리 차원을 넘어선 미적 이미지 관리적인 여러 차원의 의미를 함축하고 있는 요소이다. 따라서 체지방 감소에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있는 가운데, 요가 운동이 체지방률 감소에 주는 영향에 대한 연구를 하였다. 연구 결과 요가 수행이 복부지방과 체지방율을 의미있는 수준으로 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다. There are now many overnourished people around world. Being overweight is associated with increased risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and colon, breast, and endometrial cancer. Obesity is defined in terms of Body Mass Index. or BMI, a measure of body weight relative to height. A person with BMI of 30 or more is considered obese and at a height risk of diseases ranging from head(stroke) to toe(diabetic foot ulcers). This study set out to investigate the effects of Hatha Yoga on the reduction of WHR and to provide some data to contribute to leading good health and vitality. The results of the research were as follows: First, there were significant differences between the mean scores(p < 0.01 ), which implies that Hatha Yoga worked positive help to reduce their %BF. Second, there were also significant differences between them in terms of the mean scores(p < 0.01). which implies that Hatha Yoga had positive impacts on the reduction of WHR. Based on the results. it was concluded that Hatha Yoga made a positive effects on reducing %BF and WHR. Thus it is anticipated that Hatha Yoga will make a great part of the people treatment program and people attending at yoga center to provide them with practical help to reduce their any fat of abdomen.
