      • 하타요가 수련이 복부 지방율 감소에 미치는 영향

        현대인에 있어서 비만은 건강관리 차원을 넘어선 미적 이미지 관리적인 여러 차원의 의미를 함축하고 있는 요소이다. 따라서 체지방 감소에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있는 가운데, 요가 운동이 체지방률 감소에 주는 영향에 대한 연구를 하였다. 연구 결과 요가 수행이 복부지방과 체지방율을 의미있는 수준으로 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다. There are now many overnourished people around world. Being overweight is associated with increased risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and colon, breast, and endometrial cancer. Obesity is defined in terms of Body Mass Index. or BMI, a measure of body weight relative to height. A person with BMI of 30 or more is considered obese and at a height risk of diseases ranging from head(stroke) to toe(diabetic foot ulcers). This study set out to investigate the effects of Hatha Yoga on the reduction of WHR and to provide some data to contribute to leading good health and vitality. The results of the research were as follows: First, there were significant differences between the mean scores(p < 0.01 ), which implies that Hatha Yoga worked positive help to reduce their %BF. Second, there were also significant differences between them in terms of the mean scores(p < 0.01). which implies that Hatha Yoga had positive impacts on the reduction of WHR. Based on the results. it was concluded that Hatha Yoga made a positive effects on reducing %BF and WHR. Thus it is anticipated that Hatha Yoga will make a great part of the people treatment program and people attending at yoga center to provide them with practical help to reduce their any fat of abdomen.

        장요근 수기자극이 복부 및 하지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose : The investigation of the effects of the Iliopsoas Muscle Motion Release Therapy(IMMRT) on the belly and lower extremity. Method : To research the effects on the belly and lower extremity of the IMMRT, Motion Release Therapy(MRT) was performed 10 days with 10 women. The experiment was performed on one side of the body and measured the body was temperatured before and after MRT by the infrared Ray. Result :1. IMMRT showed the significant change of the body temperature on the belly and thigh. 2. IMMRT showed no significant change of the body temperature on the lower leg. 3. None IMMRT showed significant change of the body temperature the thigh. 4. IMMRT showed significant change of the reducing size of the thigh. 5. IMMRT showed significant change of the rising temperature on the TaiChunghyeol. So IMMRT was effective for rising temperature and reducing size on the belly and the thigh. 본 연구는 D시에 거주하는 20대에서 30대의 여성 10명을 대상으로 장요근 수기자극(동작이완요법 Motion Release Therapy MRT) 실시 후 복부 및 하지의 변화를 알아보기 위한 실험으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 장요근 수기자극 측의 복부, 허벅지 체열분포는 P<0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하였다. 2. 장요근 수기자극 측의 하퇴부 체열분포는 P>0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. 3. 장요근 비수기자극 측의 복부, 하퇴부 체열분포는 P>0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. 4. 장요근 비수기자극 측의 허벅지 체열분포는 P<0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하였다. 5. 장요근 수기자극 측의 허벅지 둘레는 P<0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하였다. 6. 장요근 수기자극 측의 태충혈 체온은 P>0.05로 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다장요근 수기자극 측의 복부, 허벅지와 비수기 측의 허벅지는 체온을 상승시키고 허벅지 둘레를 감소시키는데 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        라벤더, 레몬, 유칼립투스 혼합 에센셜오일이 아토피 피부염 동물 모델의 Th2 관련인자에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : To investigate the effects of the lavender, lemon and eucalyptus oil mixture on the atopy dermatitis skin lesions induced on NC/Nga Mice by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Material and Method : For this purpose, we fabricated the oil mixture blending three essential oils (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus : ELL) with one carrier oil (jojoba) and apply it on the atopic dermatitis skin lesions of NC/Nga Mice. Atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga Mice was induced by DNCB treatment on the dorsal skin of mice for 8 weeks. The mixture of ratio of each essential oil drop was 1 (eucalyptus) : 2 (lemon) : 2 (lavender) and this mixture was blended with jojoba oil 50ml (0.025%). The ELL-ointment was supplied for 8 weeks. We evaluated the effects of ELL on cell viability of mouse lung fibroblast, clinical skin features and severity, the level of serum Immunoglobulin (Ig) E & Ig G1, Interleukin (IL)-4, IL-13 and Interferon (IFN)-$\gamma$. Results : ELL showed safety on the cell viability of mouse lung fibroblast compared with control group. The cell viability was measured by SRB method. The effects of ELL on clinical skin features and severity in DNCB-induced dermatitis model of NC/Nga mice was significant compared with control group. EEL also showed significant effects on clinical symptom score compared with control group. Serum IgE & IgG1 level and development of atopy dermatitis skin lesions were evaluated. Serum IgE & IgG1 production was significantly down-regulated in EEL group compared with control group. ELL also down-regulated the levels of IL-4 and IL-13, and up-regulated the level of IFN-$\gamma$ compared with control group significantly. Conclusion : ELL was effective on atopy dermatitis by modulating Th2 related factors.

        아로마 블렌딩 오일(캐롯 시드, 제라늄, 레몬, 호호바)의 아토피 피부염 개선효과

        This thesis was to prove the possibility of aroma essential as alternative medicine in curing AD and its efficacy. The experiment was executed first in relation to animal model and next to AD patients sample. The immunological factors were analysed in animal model and the degree of satisfaction and effectiveness factors were measured in AD patients. For this purpose, the oil mixture was fabricated by blending three essential oils(carrot seed, geranium, lemon : CGL) and one carrier oil(jojoba). CGL ointment was made on the atopy dermatis skin lesions-induced in NC/Nga Mice animal model by DNCB, the artificial AD stinulator. The mixture ratio of each oil was 1(carrot seed) to 1(geranium) to 1 (lemon) on the basis of drop and this mixture was blended with jojoba oil. The dilution ratio of essential oils and carrier oil was 2%. The CGL ointment was made for 8 weeks. AD patients sample was 30 and surveyed by the questionnaire with high reliability. The result of this stury can be outlined as follows: First, the CGL showed positive effect in AD skin features. Second, the thickness of epidermis/dermis was reduced and the infiltration rate of immunocytes was largely decreased compared with that of the control group. Fifth, the respondents answered relatively high degree of satisfaction after using CGL. The degree of satisfaction increases with passage of weeks reaching the highest point fourth week. The results were strongly affirmative. The CGL was effective in elevating immunological capability in animal model and the response of AD patients was affirmative. These results mean that aroma essential oil can possibly be used widely for human kind. For this, the more sophisticated further rersearches are needed 본 연구에서는 부작용의 가능성이 적어 인체에 안전한 천연오일을 이용한 아토피 개선 오일의 효능을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기초 자료검색과 임상을 통하여 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료되는 캐롯 시드, 제라늄, 레몬, 호호바를 혼합하여 아토피 피부염 동물 모델인 Nc/Nga Mice를 통해 피부염 실험을 하고, 이 오일을 아토피 피부염 환자를 대상으로 효능 평가를 실시하였는바, 동물실험에서 아토피 피부염을 개선시키는 효과가 있음을 알았고 임상에서 아토피 환자를 대상으로 아토피 피부염 개선제제로서의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 보다 광범위한 임상연구를 시도하고자 한다.

        향기흡입이 여자대학생의 스트레스 반응에 미치는 영향

        This research is on the effect of aroma inhalation to the women college students under stress. This study term was from Oct 28, 2008 to Oct 31, 2008. And it was researched with 55 college students of department of nursing science. The method was that after inhalation mixing oil with lavendula angustifolia, Citrus bergamia, Citrus lemon, Rosa damascena in the ratio of 2:1:2:1, and then rest for 20 minutes. The data were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 14.0K program using x2-test, paired t-test, Pearson Correlation. The results of this study are summarized as follows 1. The aroma inhalation group had a low point of anxiety than the control group. 2. The aroma inhalation group had a low point of reaction of physiological stress. This is true of the blood pressure and pulse ratio. 3. The cortisol in the blood was significantly related to that of the saliva. As the result of this research, it was appeared that aroma inhalation had the good method for the relief of the stress. Therefore, it is recommended that this program should be used in clinical practice as an effective intervention. 본 연구는 스트레스의 반응모델을 기초로 하여 신체적, 사회적, 심리적으로 많은 스트레스를 경험하는 여자대학생의 심리적 생리적 스트레스 반응을 감소시키기 위해 향기흡입을 실시하고 그 효과를 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 향기흡입에 사용된 아로마 에센셜 오일들은 라벤더, 바가못, 레몬, 로즈였고 혼합비율은 2:1:2:1이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 심리적 스트레스 반응에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 낮아졌다. 상태불안점수 점수 역시 대조군에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 스트레스 자각점수도 마찬가지 결과를 보였다. 실험군의 생리적 스트레스 반응은 대조군에 비해 유의미하게 낮았다. 수축기 혈압의 경우 대조군의 수축기혈압보다 낮게 나타났다. 이완기 혈압 역시 대조군의 경우보다 낮았다. 그러나 맥박의 경우 유의미한 수준으로 낮아지지는 않았다. 혈액 코티졸 농도 역시 대조군에 비해 낮아졌으나 통계적으로 유의미한 수준은 아니었다. 타액 코티졸 농도 역시 마찬가지의 결과를 보였다. 다만 혈액 코티졸과 타액 코티졸과의 사이에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다.

      • 아토피피부염 동물 병태 모델에서 청화탕(淸華湯)의 면역조절작용에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Chunghwatang (CHT) for atopic dermatitis. Methods : CHT, a verified anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, was treated in atopic dermatitis animal model to investigate cytokine levels and immunoglobulin production. Results : Clinical skin index was 47.1%, suggesting significant efficacy of CHT in atopic dermatitis treatment. Serum IL-4, IL-6, IL-13, TNF-α and histamine productions were significantly decreased to 52.3%, 61.8%, 68.0%, 37.4%, and 46.6%, respectively. The production of IL-5 was decreased to 33.3%. The increase of Immunoglobulin IgG1 production along with IgE through the interaction of IgE and IL-4 induced by IL-4 and IL-13 were measured as 20.7% and 23.4%, respectively. Conclusions : The results above, along with the in vitro test results, strongly supports the CHT samples as effective immunomodulator in AD treatments, suggesting its use in clinical practice and basic information for EBM.

        샌달우드오일의 항산화억제 단백질로서의 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the antioxidant activities of SanDalWood oil by experimental methods. For this purpose, first, we put an emphasis on the control of enzymes of the antioxidant system in various changes inside the cell; these changes caused by the reactive oxygen species (ROS) which were brought about by the handling of Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) into the RAW264.5 cell line of the body each other. After that, we caused the acute oxidant symptom by the injection of 2,2`-azobis(2-aminopropane) dihydrochloride(AAPH) into the mouse` abdominal cavity, and then applied the aroma SDWD oil orally administration, and finally, we measured the resistance against the activated oxygen of the red blood cell membrane, MDA, SOD, and catalase.
