Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, injury mechanism, complication and adverse reactions associated with Chuna manual theraphy(CMT), to report one case of adverse reaction with Thai Massage(TM). Methods: A 76-year-old woman presented with chest pain and dorsalgia. The patient undertook a TM. The patient's chest pain didn't improve by Korean medecine. In MRI study, sternal fracture was diagnosed. Results and Conclusions : It is supposed that this patient suffered chest pain and dorsalgia due to a TM. From this case, we can understand the etiology of sternal fracture to some extent and consider the complication of Chuna manual theraphy through TM. In addition, This study raises the awareness of the possibility of a sternal fracture caused by a low-energy CMT technique.

함 건조 계약방법 개선방안 연구

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the contract methods for Naval ships and to suggest the better alternatives. By reviewing contracts data, we find some problems about the present contract methods for Naval ships : First, Government uses only competitive contracts by regulation. Second, firm fixed price contract and fixed price contract except for direct material cost are used. So Government fails to get more real cost data. Third, there is no standard for how many ships are ordered. The conclusions which can be drawn from this study are as follows : First, we suggest the contract methods should be decided by considering all circumstances connected with contract object. Second, poject for 214 class submarines should be contracted by non-competitive contracts. Third, contract officer should use non-fixed prices contract effectively to get real cost data. Finally, Government should place an order one ship at a time to give defense firms more opportunities

항공작전의 장애요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

현재 항공작전은 작전에 영향을 미치는 각종 장애요인들을 고려하지 않고 있다. 보다 효율적인 항공전력운용을 위해서 이들 장애요인들을 예상하고 대비한다면 좀 더 실질적인 항공작전 계획수립에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 이들 장애요인들이 항공전력 산출에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 항공작전 임무수행 능력, 가용전력 파악을 통해 효과적인 진력 운용에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 시뮬레이션 분석 도구인 AREA 10.0을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 항공전력 산출의 장애요인을 기상, 화생방 상황, 항공기 고장, 적 교전 손실의 4가지로 한정하여 분석하였다. 또한 민감도 분석을 통해 전천후 부장 사용 및 화생방 상황 증가에 따른 전력 산출의 변화를 분석하여 전시 항공작전 장애요인이 전력산출에 끼치는 영향에 대해서 연구하였다. Aircraft operation doesn't consider the fact which can became obstacles. Forecasting, Preparing and Planning can make effective aircraft operation. This study is the find out the method of the effective Aircraft military power management. The force try to analysis the obstancles, aircraft operation ability and prepared military power. This study was analysis by ARENA 10.0. The obstacles consider to four category; weather, CBR warfare. aircraft accident and battle damage. And This study conduct the sensibility which can influence the aircraft operation.

내자조달의 제조.구매 조달원 선정 개선방안 연구 - 사용자 불만 최소화를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 국방조달의 경제성과 효율성을 극대화시키기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 국방조달의 경제성과 효율성 극대화를 위해서는 우수한 조달원을 선정하는 것이 가장 우선적인 업무이다. 따라서 본 연구는, 일반경쟁 계약에 의한 계약업체 선정 시 물품 조달 후의 사용자 불만 발생 정도와 그에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 파악하였다. 개선방안 도출을 위해 선행연구논문, 국방부 조달본부 및 국방 품질관리소에서 발행한 보고서, 정부계약 제도에 관한 법령 및 각종 자료를 활용하였으며, 정부 조달기관의 기동 및 궤도장비 분야에서 최근 2년간 계약한 자료와 납품업체의 납품 완료 후 3년 동안 발생한 사용자 불만 발생 건수를 수집하여 통계 프로그램(SPSS 12.0)을 이용한 실증분석을 실시하였다. The main purpose of this study is to develop an economical efficiency and maximize efficient characteristic of national defense supply. It's very important to select a supply unit which is excellent in business because it's maximize its efficiency in procurement. So this study focused on the users' dissatisfactions and the elements which have an effect on procurement, especially when they have a general competition contract. In order to have a good result, we studied the papers from Ministry of National Defense supply headquarters and the National Defense Quality Control Office, and referred to various data which contracted within recent 2 years and collect users' dissatisfactions in 3 years in track and mobile equipment field. And we present a analysis between the dissatisfactions and the elements of procurement method by SPSS 12.0.

한자 병용시대 고등학교 한자교육의 방향 : 단계별 한자 교육 방법을 중심으로 With Emphasis on the Method of Step - by - step Teaching

The recent development of information technology is transforming and redirecting our life into a new one radically different from the past, and such transition in the history of human civilization puts a new meaning on today's mission of Chinese literacy program in Korea. Now the Chinese literacy education should set up a new set of goals and attempt to improve the methods of teaching and learning in addressing those essential problems including the restoring of the lost ethnicity, the healing of the inveterate social illnesses, and the creative development of the national spirit. Once we are in the age of simultaneous use of Chinese characters in Korea, the teachers of Chinese characters and Literature in highschool should bear in mind the following objectives: First, we should teach the students so that they may help our nation become a strong economy. Second, we should teach the students so that they may have the two Koreas reunified. Third, we should teach the students so that they may better served the tourists from abroad. Fourth, we should teach the students so that they may make our country a local center for knowledge and information. Finally, we should teach the students so that they may help make our spiritual and cultural potential better known to the world. In order to implement the goals in the specific situations, this paper made a survey on the personal opinions of both the teachers and the students and on the possible measures for improvement toward the problems of Chinese literacy education in highschool, and proposed a step-by-step method of teaching Chinese characters and literature for an effective implementation in highschool. As an introductory step dealing with the basic principles, the first step covers the teaching and learning of radicals, of penmanship, of and of reading. As a step for understanding and activating, the second step deals with resources teaching and learning, coinage teaching and learning, mind-map teaching and (earning, NIE(Newspaper in Education) teaching and learning, etc. As a unified level, the third step includes exploration teaching and learning, creative teaching and learning, cooperative teaching and learning, team-teaching methodology, and cyber teaching and learning. Thus the curriculum in highschool will be able to double its educational effect not only on the personal development of the students but also on the national benefits. In the age of simultaneous use of Chinese characters, the teaching of Chinese characters and literature in highschool should search for varied methods and approaches so that we may write a new chapter in which we are able to develop the benefits of our geographical location in the center of the Chinese-character culture zone and to contribute to the prosperity of our nation, the peaceful co-existence of the Far-eastern countries, and the enhanced level of spiritual and cultural awareness of the Globe. For this common purpose all levels of formal education from elementary school to college as well as research institutes should participate in this literacy program with a shared spirit.

漢詩 敎育의 目的과 效率的 指導 方法 硏究

本 硏究는 漢文科 敎育의 主要 한 領域인 漢詩 敎育을 어떻게 敎科 敎育으로 체계화·위계화하여 敎育해야 할지, 漢詩 敎育의 意義와 目的 그리고 方法에 대해 논의한 것이다. 漢詩는 漢文科 敎育의 지적·정의적 측면에서 교육적 의의를 제공해 주고 있는데, 관련 내용을 정리해 보면 人間의 本性을 이해하고, 人間의 多樣한 意境을 體驗할 수 있으며, 작가의 사상과 취향을 배우고, 創作 活動에 助力하며, 文風의 歷史的 흐름을 체계적으로 학습할 수 있게 한다. 學校 敎育은 이러한 漢詩 敎育의 意義를 중심으로 敎育 目的을 명확히 제시할 필요가 있다. 명세적 교육 목표의 제시는 학습 동기, 학습 성취, 학습의 전이와 일반화를 가능케 하여 교육 활동을 극대화할 수 있게 한다. 여기에서는 그 一般的 目的을 제시해 보고자 한다. 漢詩 敎育의 目的은 한시의 기본 원리와 기초 지식을 알게 하며, 한시의 감수성과 상상력을 배울 수 있게 하고, 한시에 내포된 인간의 다양한 삶을 내면화하여 발전시키며, 선인들의 가치관을 이해하여 한국 정신으로 승화 발전시킬 수 있는 면으로 요약해 볼 수 있다. 現代 漢文科 漢詩 敎育이 直面한 가장 큰 문제점 중의 하나가 漢詩에 대해 체계화·전문화되어 있지 않으며, 특히 교육 방법에 대한 연구가 극히 제한적이라는 점이다. 본 연구에서는 漢詩 敎育의 效率的 指導 方法으로 직소모형Ⅱ를 중심으로 한 協同 敎授·學習法과 音響節奏的 특성을 살린 誦讀 學習法, 학습자의 柔軟性, 流暢性, 綿密性, 獨創性을 강조하는 創意 敎授·學習法, 멀티미디어와 인터넷 등 새로이 등장하는 교수 매체를 이용한 新媒體 活用 敎授·學習法을 다루었다. 본 연구를 통해 볼 때, 앞으로 漢文科 敎育은 敎科內 專門 領域 즉 文·史·哲 領域을 보다 專門化하여 敎授 敎育的 側面에서 새로운 학문 영역으로 정착·발전시켜야 할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 敎育 目的, 敎育 內容, 敎育 方法의 제시는 본 연구와 같은 개인 연구 차원의 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 적절한 代案이 大學의 漢文敎育科를 중심으로 적극 연구·개발되었으면 한다.

韓美自由貿易協定과 韓國經濟

지난 6월 30일에 최종 타결된 韓美自由貿易協商에서 미국의 가장 큰 관심사는 한국의 쇠고기 시장과 자동차 시장의 개방 폭을 확대하는 것이었다. 이 분야 외에 미국은 한국의 의약품ㆍ통신ㆍ방송 시장에 관심을 가지고 있었다. 한국의 경우 韓美自由貿易協定으로 인해 미국시장이라는 거대한 수출시장의 안정적 확보가 가능하므로 한미자유무역협정의 체결이 당면과제였고, 세부 분야로서 자동차 관련 제품과 섬유제품을 중심으로 한 제조업의 미국 진출 확대, 무역구제, 개성공단 문제, 전문직 비자 쿼터의 확보를 포함한 인력이동의 자유화에 많은 관심이 있었다. 협상의 결과를 종합할 때, 전반적으로 한미자유무역협상은 양국의 이익이 균형을 맞춘 협상이라고 할 수 있다. 韓美自由貿易協定의 체결은 韓國經濟에 새로운 도약의 기회를 제공할 것이고, 이 기회의 실현은 기업의 숙제로 남아 있다.
