In the past, some therapists have claimed that psychotherapy of borderline patients should be limited to supportive psychotherapy, but recently, many therapists have reported successful outcome of reconstructive psychotherapy of borderline patients. The author has tried reconstructive intensive psychotherapy for one male patients for 29 years, and the patient made good therapeutic progress as a result.

현대문명을 지배하는 과학기술은 서양의 플라톤의 형이상학의 산물이고, 플라톤의 형이상학은 논리라는 도그마에 입각하고 있기 때문에 인간이 논리적 사고에 의해서 만든 기계 이외는 파괴작용을 가져오게 되므로, 이는 진리가 될 수 없다. 진리에 도달하려면 플라톤의 〈파이돈〉에서 볼 수 있듯이 정심 catharsis을 해야 하며, 이렇게 될 때 비로소 그 파괴작용을 없앨 수 있다. 과학의 인간화는 과학자의 인간화, 과학의 道化로써만 이 문명에 있어서의 과학의 파괴작용을 막고 인간과 자연의 파괴를 막을 수 있다. Gibbs' phenomenon occurs for most orthogonal wavelet expansions. It is also shown to occur with many wavelet interpolating series, and a characterization is given. By introducing modifications in such a series, it can be avoided. However, some series that exhibit Gibbs' phenomenon for orthogonal series do not for the associated sampling series.

韓國의 傳統文化속에 있는 精神健康에 關한 知慧에 대한 小考 : 夜尿症과 아우타는 것 Enuresis and "Autanunkut"

The author described the traditional Korean understanding of enuresis and "autanunkut", and compared this with the psychoanalytic understanding of these phenomena. Korean mothers traditionally understood the relation between the playing with fire and betwetting at night, but did not understand that these two phenomena were caused by the same hostility or revenge generated by the interpersonal conflict in waking hours. However, Korean mothers traditionally understood the syndrome of "autanunkut" which is almost the same as those of anaclitic depression of Spitz. Anaclitic depression is caused by the separation from mother, however, "autanunkut" is caused by the anticipation or the actual advent of new baby, that is, mother's pregnancy or birth of new baby, which is partial separation from mother.

문화콘텐츠 사업자의 외국납부세액공제제도 개선방안

Movies, dramas, music, webtoons, and games are representative examples of cultural contents. Korean cultural contents are very popular in various countries. Even in the early 2000s, this phenomenon was not easy to imagine. At that time, most of the domestically produced cultural contents were produced for domestic consumption. Of course, there were some exceptional cases. Issues related to cross-border trade of cultural contents were mostly in the form of transactions in which we imported and consumed things from developed countries such as the United States. Cultural contents are showing very good growth with an average annual growth rate of 18.7% in exports from 2016 to 2020. The export of such contents is causing various ripple effects in addition to its own profits. In the case of Korea, sales activities targeting the global market will continue to be essential for the success of the cultural contents field, where economies of scale operate greatly due to the small domestic market itself. Exporting content is what makes this possible. Therefore, legislators are also preparing a legal basis to take various measures to promote overseas export of cultural contents. Even the Contents Industry Promotion Act(CIPA) orders tax cuts and exemptions besides permitting various financial supports to promote exports. Despite the overall social demand, as mentioned in this article, cultural content operators cannot properly receive foreign tax credits when exporting content overseas. Content exporters are in a situation where they have to pay double tax burden just because they export. This is unfair. This article explains the background of the occurrence of these problems, and presents my own opinion on what possible solutions are available and which of them is the most realistically appropriate. 우리나라에서 제작된 영화, 드라마, 음악, 웹툰, 게임 등의 문화콘텐츠가 전 세계인들의 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 현상은 2000년 초반까지만 해도 상상조차 쉽지 않았다. 당시 국내 제작 문화콘텐츠는 대부분 국내소비용이었다고 해도 과언이 아니었다. 문화콘텐츠의 국가간 거래와 관련한 이슈들은 일단 거래형태의 경우 대부분 선진국의 것들을 우리가 수입하여 소비하는 형태이었고 국내적으로는 어떻게 하면 국내문화콘텐츠가 최소한으로라도 존립할 수 있도록 해 줄 것인가 하는 것에 방점이 있었다. 그러한 과거를 생각하면 현재의 변화는 매우 놀라운 사정이다. 문화콘텐츠는 2016년부터 2020년까지 수출액 연평균증가율이 18.7%로 아주 좋은 성장세를 보이고 있다. 콘텐츠 수출은 그로 인한 자체적 수익 이외에도 다양한 파급효과를 초래하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 내수시장 자체가 협소하여 규모의 경제가 크게 작동하는 문화콘텐츠분야가 성공할 수 있기 위해서는 세계시장을 상대로 하는 영업활동이 앞으로도 필수적이다. 이러한 것이 가능하도록 하는 것이 바로 콘텐츠수출이라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 입법자도 문화콘텐츠의 해외수출을 촉진하는 다양한 조치를 할 수 있는 법률적 근거를 마련하고 있다. 심지어 「콘텐츠산업 진흥법」은 이를 위해 다양한 재정지원 이외에도 조세감면조치를 할 것을 명령해두고 있는 상황이다. 전반적인 사회적 요구가 이러함에도 이 글에서 언급한 것처럼 콘텐츠사업자가 콘텐츠를 해외에 수출하는 경우 외국납부세액공제를 제대로 받을수가 없어서 수출을 하는 경우 이중적인 조세부담을 하고 있는 경우가 있다. 수출업자의 외국납부세액공제는 다른 세액공제와 달리 기납부세액공제의 성격을 가지고 있으므로 수출촉진을 위해서는 가능한 한 충분히 공제를 해야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재와 같은 상황이 발생한다는 것은 어느모로보나 납득하기 어렵다. 이 글은 이러한 문제가 발생하는 배경을 설명하고 그러한 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 어떤 것들이 있을 수 있으며 그 중 어떤 방법이 가장 현실적으로 타당한지에 대한 나름의 의견을 제시해 보았다. 향후 콘텐츠산업에 대한 국가적 지원책을 마련하는 과정 중에 참고가 되어져 불합리한 제도가 개선될 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

2004년 부동산 보유세제 개편논의

Der koreanische Gesetzgeber versucht eine umfangreiche Gesetzesanderung zur Bildung des neuen Grundbesitzsteuersystems im Jahr 2004. Zum Kern der Anderung kommen die neue Gestaltung der bisherigen Grundbesitzsteuern und die Einfuhrung einer neuen Steuerart, also die synthetische Grundbesitzsteuer. Diese Steuer ist anders als die jetzigen Grundbesitzsteuer keine Kommunalsteuer, sondern eine einheitliche Steuer("national tax"). Durch dieses neue System wollte die Regierung die Senkung des Grundpreises und Korrigieren der jetzigen ungleichen Steuerlasten im Bereich der Grundbesitzsteuer ezielen. Die Autoren erlautern den einzelnen Inhalt der Gesetzesanderung und uben einige Kritik am neuen System.

Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangiography

It is widely accepted that percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography is accurate and important procedure in the evaluation of jaundice. The complication such as intrahepatic hemorrhage, bile leakage, pneumothorax and sepsis are the most serious hazards to this procedure but have been rarely reported. Indications of this procedure for the evaluation of biliary jaundice preoperatively have been suggested by many authors and as follows; 1. To detect the location and the number of calculi in the extrahepatic ductal system. 2. For the diagnosis, the location and the extent of carcinoma of the bile ducts, ampulla of vater and the pancreas. 3. For evaluation of stenosis or occlusion of extrahepatic biliary tree secondary to operative injury. In addition to these we newly recommend this procedure in the case of suspected biliary ascariasis. Authors performed percutaneous cholangiography in 12 cases all of which had been suspictious of obstructive jaundice. Of these, five cases of choledocholithiases, four cancers of the pancreas, one cancer of the liver and two biliary ascariases were detected. In biliary ascariases, the intrahepatic ducts were not sufficiently dilated for successful needing. Therefore, we attempted percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography for biliary ascariases very satisfactorily without any hazard. This was considered as an important and necessary procedure for partial obstruction of extrahepatic biliary tree.

21세기 시점에서 보는 부산과 일본의 관계사

한반도의 동남쪽 끝에 위치한 부산은 그 지리적 조건 때문에 일본에 가장 먼저 사람이 건너가고 문화가 교류한 곳이다. 아득한 신화, 전설 시대부터 역사 시대에 이르기까지 두 지역이 같은 습속을 키워온 증거들이 속속 드러나고 있다. 그러나 7세기에 백제가 망하고 일본이 한반도와의 관계를 상실한 이후 편찬된 일본역사서에 의한 잘못된 기술은 일본이 한국을 침략하는 것이 마치 옛 영토를 되찾는 것인 양 일본인들에게 인식되게 만들어 그것이 일본의 한국 침략과 많은 사람들의 죽음, 납치 등의 피해로 이어졌다. 그러나 그런 역사 속에서 부산과 일본은 사회문화와 경제의 발전을 함께한 측면이 있다. 문명과 힘의 차이로 생긴 침략이란 일방적인 접촉 속에서도 양측이 우호와 협력의 정신을 발휘했을 때에 두 지역은 함께 성장했고 발전했다. 과거 역사를 통시적 시각에서 되돌아보며 부산에 남은 역사의 흔적을 두 지역 사람들의 더 나은 미래를 위한 교류와 방문의 자원으로 활용하는 것이 앞으로의 과제라 할 것이다. Busan, located at the southeastern tip of the Korean Peninsula, is the place where people first went to Japan and culture exchanged due to its geographical conditions. Evidence that the two regions have grown through the ages from the remote myths and legends to the historical periods is emerging. However, the false notion of Japanese history compiled after the collapse of Baekje and Japan lost relations with the Korean Peninsula in the 7th century made believe Japan that to invade Korea is regaining its old territory. In that history, Busan and Japan both have been walking way to the development of social and economic cooperation. The two areas grew and developed together when the two sides displayed the spirit of friendship and cooperation despite the one-sided contact between civilizations and forces. Looking back on past history from a perspective of the overall view it would be better to make most of the traces of history left in Busan as a resource for mutual visits and exchanges for the better future of the people of the two regions.
