The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.
용접부 수명향상을 위한 피닝기술 개발 동향 및 응용사례

Welding processes in various industries such as shipbuilding, railroads, aircraft, and construction are inevitably accompanied by HAZ(Heat Affected Zone) deformation and metal structure changes around the toe of the welding bead. It is widely known that it is very weak in terms of structural strength because the tensile residual stress is introduced by welding, and the surface is also rough, causing the main cause of stress concentration to occur. It also becomes the damage initiation cite to the welded structure. Post-welding heat treatment, grinder, and TIG dressing methods were used to release residual stress and to eliminate defects in the welding part. Recently, various peening technologies using pulsed heat sources of laser, elastic vibration energy of ultrasonic waves, compressed air or cavitation have been developed and are being actively utilized as performance improvement and standardized safety technologies in the field. The local peening process on the surface of the welded part and the welded heat-affected part is not only easily portable by various technical methods, but is also being applied to robots or hybrid-3D printing technology. Therefore, in this technical paper, the technical analysis of the various advanced peening technologies that are currently being utilized and the device development trend are evaluated. The portable ultrasonic peening equipment was developed and the recently applied technologies that are newly grafted to improve mechanical properties are introduced.

Recently, Mual-Mandulgi in Korea has being changed to a kind of business for the residents use their living space in multi purpose; living, working, resting harmoniously. but it was always repairing environments or facilities one-time without resident's participation so it couldn't be being done continuously. This study tried to find the improvement way of resident agreement in respect of project's goal for maintenance and management of sustainable Maul-Mandulgi. It observed some cases with resident agreement and analyzed the relationship between actual result and resident agreement followed by project's goal. This study is concluded like the followings. First, resident agreement should reflect a plan with an image of the future of the region. Second, resident agreement should be made for the purpose of improvement of quality of resident's life. Third, resident agreement which can assure finances of village through resident's self-control is needed urgently.
지속가능한 마을만들기를 위한 추진주체의 관계구도 특성 연구

This study looks at characteristic of relation-planning of that leading agent for sustainable community building. I examined relation-planning, a detail of business and other connected business' s relation-planing according to phase of business in the case progressed at least 3 years. An organization of resident community association, opening an exclusive administration window, regular meeting of main agent, a village's master plan, civic group and expert's sustainable education and program suggestion, spread of neighborhood district are needed for sustainable community building. For Maul-mandulgi, First, establish a political method to organize a promotion conference group and operate it. Second, induce inhabitants to make a overall master plan through their opinions. Last, establish a administrative exclusive agency to offer a regular meeting and education continuously. By doing that, it is needed to make a political/administerial/ profitable environments for sustainable Maul-mandulgi.

As the diffusion of the Internet of Things(IoT) based on sensors is activated in the construction site, the type and amount of information to be collected is expanded, which may lead to concern about workers" information leakage and privacy invasion. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of personal information leakage and workers" privacy invasion in sensor networks used for safety management in construction site, and to examine the applicability of block chain technology as a solution to this problem. As a result of the research, personal information of workers collected by sensor technology that can be applied to the construction site is classified into location, movement, and physiological information. The location information has the possibility of invasion of privacy at break time instead of working time, and the movement information can be abused for the purpose of job evaluation through real-time monitoring, physiological information can suggest the possibility of transferring responsibility to workers in case of construction safety accident. Although the client server structure is mainly used in the sensor network architecture that transmits and shares such information, there are vulnerabilities such as load centralization on the server side, data tampering, and deodorization. Therefore, we constructed a framework of sensor network that secures privacy of construction workers and enhances personal information security by utilizing characteristics such as decentralization, security, anonymity, speed, and scalability of the block chain technology. The expected effect of this study can improve the negative perception of the worker "s sensor attachment. Also, an efficient system can reduce costs and shorten information sharing time, and clear accountability after an accident. In addition, it can contribute to the minimization of damage caused by construction accident by providing information with higher reliability to workers quickly.
