        직무특성과 자발적 조직행동간의 관계

        In the more than one decade, studies of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) have increased continuously, research on the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment upon the relationships between OCB and Job characteristics, however, is very scarce. This study analyzed comprehensively existing studies of OCB, designed a model of mediating role of behavioral performance(job satisfaction, organizational commitment), and generated three hypotheses inherent in the model. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on OCB. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 847 employees at 12 large general hospitals in Pusan area through a questionnaire survey and conducted the three step mediated regression analysis using the SAS-PC Package. Conclusively, job characteristics tend to be the most influential antecedents affecting not only through mediating factors but also directing to OCB. These and other major findings from this study imply that existing American studies may be applicable the Korean organizations and that this study may complement the deficiencies of the existing studies.

        인적자원관리를 위한 조직시민행동의 적용전략에 관한 탐색적 연구

        Since Organ(1977) published a paper on the importance of organizational citizenship behavior, studies of organizational citizenship behavior have increased continuously. An exploratory study on the application strategy of organizational citizenship behavior for human resource management is very scarce. Many organizational researchers so far, have focused on investigating in-job behavior. Yet, from a decade, organizational researchers have recognized that in-job behavior alone can not explain sufficiently job performance or organizational effectiveness. Thus, they have paid attention to extra-job behavior, which is generally called as organizational citizenship behavior. Focusing on the importance of human resource management in organizational citizenship behavior, this paper is to examine an exploratory study on the application strategy of organizational citizenship behavior.

      • 컬러코드를 이용한 위치탐색 시스템 설계

        방문자가 대형 빌딩이나 복잡한 건물 내에서 목적지를 찾아가는 데에는 많은 어려움을 느끼게 된다. 이 논문에서는 컬러 코드를 이용하여 위치 및 방향 안내에 도움을 주는 위치탐색 시스템을 제안한다. 건물 내부 도처에 부착된 컬러코드를 카메라가 탑재된 단말기를 통해 인식을 하게 되면 문자나 그림으로 안내 정보를 받아 원하는 위치를 쉽게 찾아갈 수 있다. 또한 사용자는 컬러코드가 부착된 명함을 인식함으로써 목적지까지의 거리를 쉽게 알 수 있다.

        조직혁신과정의 본질에 관한 연구

        The process, different from the structure, means the period of time that changes of relevance among elements of structure taking place over time; also the flow and movement of the resources of organization. However, in the process of organization reforming it is difficult to distinguish the relationship between structure and process. Therefore it is most crucial to decide for organization management when the organization reforming should take place. The organizations are seeking changes through the ongoing organization reforming. With the reforming being repeated, there certainly are resistance from organization members and adverse situation from various conflicts regarding organization reforming. It is necessary to throughly understand the process of organization reforming in order to draw the positive participation and support from the members. Understanding organization reforming process is the shortcut to the successful organization reforming and the requirement to survival of the organization. Thus, there are needs to understand the process and to observe the nature of the organization reforming process in detail. Therefore, it is the goal of this thesis paper to examine the nature of organization reforming process and the problems that could arise in the process of organization reforming. The organization reforming is not something everyone can easily carry out; on the other hand, it is not something that is highly unattainable. It is absolutely needed for the organizations to be familiarized with the environmental changes. However organization reforming is more difficult than what it seems since there are harsh opposition and resistance accompanying the organization reforming. Therefore the point here is to investigate the problems that could arise in the process of organization reforming and to overcome the barriers in order to implement the organization reforming process. It makes more sense to judge the result of the organization reforming from the structural point of view rather than the managerial point of view. The organization reforming is based on the will and abilities of the organization members that are the organizational changes through attitude, abilities, and objectives of the existing members and participation of new ones. The participation members influence the organization reforming process in a positive or negative way by imposing power or pressure intentionally. Therefore the members have to throughly understand the organization reforming process and it should be considered in the same insight of organization process.

        반도체 공정 과정에서 설비의 효율의 높이고 생산성 향상을 도모하며 라인의 품질 사고 방지를 위하여 공정 진행 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 반도체 공정의 전반적인 작업현황을 실시간으로 파악하고 비정상적인 상황이 발생하는 경우 즉각적으로 대응하기 위해 생산현장의 임베디드 PC들과 통신하여 공정 처리 데이터를 저장하고 이상 발생과 이력 정보 등을 제공하는 웹기반 모니터링시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 이 논문의 궁극적인 목표는 작업라인의 현황을 실시간으로 파악하는 온라인 시스템을 구축하여 인력의 고도화를 도모하고 기업의 생산성 증대와 제품의 품질 향상에 기여하는 것이다.

        인적자원관리측면에서의 부산신발산업 발전방안에 관한 연구

          신발산업의 경우 인적자원관리의 성과가 매우 폐쇄적이며, 그 실행도 경영자의 경험적ㆍ주관적 관점에서 이루어지고 있어 이에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 또한 인적자원의 효율적 관리에 관한 그 동안의 연구는 거의 없었고, 또한 있었다 하더라도 주로 인적자원관리 기능 내의 보상 분야와 그 유효성, 그리고 영향요인 등이 연구의 주류를 이루었다. 지금까지 신발산업에서의 인재선발 및 채용은 관행적으로 특정인이 어떤 분야에 유능하다는 식의 인적소개를 통해 개별접촉을 통해 이루어져 왔고, 인적자원관리 역시 시스템화되지 못하고 주먹구구식으로 이루어져 왔다. 이렇게 인력관리가 이루어지다 보니 제대로 된 인력관리는 어렵게 되었고, 또한 많은 사람들이 제대로 자신의 능력을 평가받지 못하는 경우가 많아 내부적으로 직무만족과 조직몰입에 많은 문제를 내포하게 되었다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 과거의 인력관리실태를 벗어나 현재 우리나라 신발산업의 인적자원관리 특성이 어떠한지를 고찰하여 이에 대한 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다.   In footwear industry, outcome of human resources management is very exclusive. Also, the managing practice is performed by manager"s subjective experience, so researches on this subject is very rare. Moreover, there has been almost no research on efficiency in managing human resources. Even though there has, the studies have been mainly about compensation parts, effectiveness, and causes of influence in functions of human resources management. So far, selecting and employing human resources has been accomplished by individual contacts through introducing, habitually, by saying certain person is capable for certain parts. Also management of human resources has been practiced without proper rules or systems. Such type of managing human resources resulted in difficulties. Many people have been underestimated from their capacity and involved with many problems in term of satisfaction and concentration in work. From such a point of view, this study tries to escape from the realities of existing management of human resources, investigates characters of managing human resources in domestic footwear industry, and prepares development plans for this.<BR>  Like this, management of human resources can be accomplished efficiently when the CEO recognizes importance of human resources, develop and nourish human resources in a connection to management strategy, and operate an organization by decentralization and self-regulating, not by authoritarianism of CEO. Also, in management of human resources in footwear industry strategic approach should be made, and development and nourishment plans should be prepared in establishing strategic plans. Also, I think a conversion of thought in managers is required for more systematized human resources management.

        유아체육교사의 감정노동에 따른 직무스트레스 및 번아웃의 관계

        The purpose of investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job stress, and burnout of early childhood gym teachers, early childhood gym teachers living in Jeolla region were selected as the population, and questionnaires were completed over a period of about 4 weeks from September to October 2022. A total of 187 final valid samples were obtained by using the self-evaluation method. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, SPSS 26.0 was used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to obtain the following results. First, as a result of analyzing the effects of emotional labor and job stress, it was found that work relationship and reward relationship had an effect on superficial behavior, and interpersonal relationship had an effect on internal behavior and external behavior. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of emotional labor on burnout, it was found that cynicism affects surface behavior and inner behavior that reduces achievement. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of job stress on burnout, it was found that the reduction in achievement had an effect on the reward relationship.
