        經營組織構造와 企業文化의 關聯性에 관한 硏究

        Corporate culture is being recognized as essential managerial resources in the future business management and in recently the attempts, though weak, of developing the corporate culture which is corresponded with their own structure and needs are being carried on by some major companies. Then, corporate culture research, drawing attention in nowadays, indicates that it attempts to analyze and search the organization matters in the basical dimension in regard to the assumptions, values and beliefs of organization and provides the solution of organizational negative effects, which have not been settled in the previews research methods of organizational behavior, and that present turbulent management environment demands the whole conversion from the previews hard style to the soft managerial style. For this reason, this study aim at identifying organizational structure and corporate culture in the business group. Futhermore, the influence of organizational structure and organizational culture are examined. The objective of this paper attempts to analyze the ways and results of strong and special culture on the organizational structure and culture. To accomplish this purpose, this study gathers in-depth data form various secondary courses. First, uncertainties in market and technology are the main sources of mimetic isomorphism. Due to the high level of uncertainty is market and technologies. Smallness in size is responsible for the low level of complexity in organizational structure. The rapid changes in market, contents of service, and tastes of customers are responsible for the low level of formalization, which enhances swift decision making and responses.

        Upcoming 21st century, Management circumstance for a small and medium enterprise have been rapidly changed by Knowledge management, Informationization, Hi-technology. Changing from an era of small concept to strong concept, It will be a severe innovation period and can not survive with life as the same as the past, It is the era of best which mean only the best can survive, None of the average faculty can survive. Due to rapid proceeding of innovation of Informationization, It stimulate acceleration of technology innovation, infinity competition regardless the nation boarder, result in proceeding to Informationization. A small and medium enterprise is defined as smaller size of business than big business as point of capital, employee, output. It is concept, which usually used against concept of big business. When define a small and medium enterprise, criteria to determine a small and medium enterprise is depends on country and a category of business. However, In every country, A small and medium enterprise is getting be bigger and importance factor in whole industry. A small and medium enterprise is well developed and also well balanced with a large enterprise in the developed country. All around in the world, Interest about a small and medium enterprise is becoming higher. It is actively researching into a small and medium enterprise as the mean to create new employment, new industry, as means to from integration of a all and medium enterprise,as source of high competitive power. The status quo of rapid changing into informationization have been realized at considerable level in Korea. Information society is defined as information technology is main key to determine individuals competitiveness, which can solve effectively the side effect result from industrialization. It cleary imply that information technology is the most promising and important industry in 21st century. Therefore, We should seek to foster independent a small and medium enterprise and develop them corresponding to new concept of a small and medium enterprise in 21st century. The main frame of policy should be new economic system, which can contribute establishment of a small and medium enterprise, management innovation. It also attribute a small and medium enterprise to reveal their creative. New economic paradigm in 21st will be expanded with organization, market, technology. So far, a small and medium enterprise has been acknowledge as economic weaker and the one should be protected. However, In 21st century a small and medium enterprise will be considered as active majority or a source of creative. Development of technology to produce a small quantity with variety product and acceleration of knowledge and informationization will result in comparative merits of a small and medium enterprise. Hereby, The role and relative importance of a small and medium enterprise in our economic will getting be larger and It will be developed as the main force to activate the economic. However, Only a small and medium enterprise, which overcome difficulty with active desire and effort to improve their lot can be developed as a competitive enterprise in 21st century in considering themselves to be developed as diversity, active, independent, business by an enterprise.

      • 구조화 용접철강을 사용한 일방향 슬래브의 휨 거동에 관한 실험적 연구

        주택건설은 극심한 건축자재 부족과 인력수급등의 많은 어려움을 격고 있는데, 이에 대한 문제의 해결방은 중 하나로 철근콘크리트 공사에서 철근의 가공조립공정을 보다 간소화하면서 그 기능의 효율성을 높이는 방법으로 구조용 용접철망과 루프형 용접철망을 이용한 공법이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일방향 슬래브에 콘크리트 예상 압축강도가 $210kg/cm^2$일 때, 최대균열폭과 소성변형 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인인 사용철근의 종류, 최소철근비를 기준으로 한 인장철근비(${\rho}t$), 주변지지조건, 겹이음길이의 4가지 주요변수로 하여 슬래브의 구조적 특성 및 휨거동을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구결과, 소성변형능력은 이형철근을 사용한 슬래브가 용접철망을 사용한 슬래브보다 월등히 큰 것으로 나타났고, 겹이음된 슬래브에서는 겹이음길이 30D가 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최대균열폭은 용접철망과 루프형 용접철망을 사용한 슬래브가 이형철근을 사용한 슬래브 보다 균열폭을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. Recently the construction of residential buildings faces many difficulties due to the shortage of building materials and works. Simplifying the stage of processing and assembling reinforcing rods and increasing the efficiency of them in reinforced concrete construction can be used to settle the difficulties. In the respect, structural wire-fabric and loop wire-fabric is utilized. The purpose of this study, on condition of being $210kg/cm^2$ concrete strength, is to analyze the structural and flexural properties of one-way concrete slabs by testing with different reinforcing type, tensile steel ratio based with minimum steel ratio, boundary condition and splice length which affect the maximum width of crack and ductility factor. From the test results, the ductility factor is approved that the slabs using deformed bar were much better than that using wire-fabric, and 30D of splice length was appropriate in the slabs as splice length. In the control of the maximum crack width the slabs using wire-fabric and loop wire-fabric were much better than that using deformed bar.

        윤리경영실천과 기업의 경쟁력에 관한 연구

        In modern society, company's responsibilities are characterized as social, economical, legal, ethical and charitable. Economical and legal responsibilities are a must to keep its business as a company; the former is a responsibility to maintain its perpetuity through profit creation while the latter is a duty to observe all kinds of regulations. However, ethical responsibility, not being forced to keep by law, is for a company to voluntarily follow ethical standards created by social mores. Charitable responsibility means cultural activities, donations, volunteer social service, etc. which are not directly involved with management.Ethics management is differentiated from unethical or de-ethical management by the company's attitude toward its social activities. A company should recognize that in the near term, unethical behavior might be beneficial, but in the long term threatens its survival. After all, ethics management is a matter that a company itself should make a rule to progressively observe.Today, ethics management is one of the tools that enhances a company's competitiveness. Therefore, as a means for ethics management to be rooted in society, the following should be in place: build a system for company's ethics management, introduce a program for ethics management, compose an organization focused on ethics management, strengthen training to enhance ethical level, benchmark a model company that successfully operates ethical management, adopt a draft for ethics management, and introduce a collective lawsuit for the settlement of transparent management.In conclusion, ethics management can be the momentum for a company to regain respect from customers thanks to increased competitiveness, images of an environmental friendly company, and sound corporate governance structure. 오늘날 경제환경은 급속한 세계화, 국제화로 세계 모든 기업들이 동일한 평가기준을 통해 평가되어지는 ‘부패라운드’의 등장으로 기업윤리문제가 중요한 이슈로 등장하게 되었다. 우리 기업들이 직면하고 있는 많은 변화와 도전 속에서 시급히 해결해야 할 과제들이 많이 있지만, 무엇보다도 인간가치의 상실과 같은 가치관의 문제는 삶의 자체를 위협하고 있다. 21세기 지식기반사회에서 경쟁력의 원천은 기업윤리 즉 윤리경영의 실천에 있다. 높은 윤리수준을 유지하는 것이 장기적인 기업발전과 수익성제고의 지름길이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이처럼 중요하게 부각되는 있는 윤리경영에 대한 이해와 윤리경영 실천기업의 사례와 성과를 살펴보고 이를 토대로 바람직한 기업의 윤리경영정착 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        HRD's Strategic Role in Developing a High Performance Organization

        Under the pressure of managing changes in today’s unpredictable business environment, the key to high performance is both innovation and adaptability to changes. If organizations wish to be able to compete successfully in a fast-moving economic climate, they should not only develop their learning capacity but establish a high performance culture. HRD professionals can demonstrate their strategic capability in creating a learning organization in that they facilitate learning processes, measure learning outcomes, and design reward systems to motivate organizational learning. HRD professionals should actively participate in aligning people practices with a high performance culture by supporting opportunities for employees’professional growth, by suggesting the important people implications of change management, and by facilitating teamwork and leadership. 오늘날의 예측 불가능한 비즈니스 환경에서는 변화에 대한 적응과 더불어 경영혁신을 요구한다. 빠르게 변화하는 경제 환경에서 성공적으로 경쟁하기 위해서는 기업조직은 학습능력을 개발시켜야 할 뿐만 아니라 성과지향의 기업문화를 수립할 필요가 있다.성과지향의 기업문화는 학습조직을 수립하는데 결정적인 역할을 하게 된다. HRD 전문가들은 학습과정을 촉진하고 학습 성과를 측정하여, 학습능력을 촉진할 수 있는 보상시스템을 설계하는 것을 통해 학습조직을 창조하는 데 있어 전략적으로 기여할 수 있다.즉 HRD 전문가들은 피고용인의 전문가적 자질을 향상시키고 팀워크와 리더십을 촉진함으로서 성과지향의 문화와 HRD 정책의 지향성을 일치시켜야 한다.

        The Virtual organization is a alternative organization for redesigning the classical organization. With the advantages of the quickness of decision making and also connection with other organization, it can be well prepared for the consumer's need. With recent increased interest in virtual organization, there are many companies that consider the virtual organization as practical use. However, it is still in an early stage of the research and the concept has not been established for the virtual organization. The purpose of this research is to systematize the understanding of the virtual organization for the future organizational model. The differences of existing organizational structure can be compared with these three reasons of practical use for the virtual organization, the development of information technology, the importance of strategic choice and unreliable environment. Also, the framework for the virtual organization can be presented with its profiles. The use of this research can be appeared by analyzing the given framework from the companies that are already made practical application of the virtual organization. For the future, this research will give the direction and its viewpoint how this will be used for achieving the competitive advantage of companies and practical use for actual aspects with the pursuit of this research.
