급성 알코올중독증의 치료에 대한 중의학의 최근 동향

Objectives: This study was performed to review the research trends in treatment for acute alcohol intoxication in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 19 studies were selected by searching CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 2006 to 2011, and we performed a systemic review of them. Results: All studies are controlled clinical trials using pharmacopuncture therapy. Each experimental group was given various kinds of pharmacopuncture therapy, whereas each control group was given another western medicine or treatment. Emergent treatment was used in both groups. The results of 15 studies showed that pharmacopuncture therapy has an effect on the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication. However the quality of these clinical trials wasn`t high. Conclusions: It seems that the researches for acute alcohol intoxication have been performed actively in traditional Chinese medicine. We hope that our study can activate clinical research for this disorder in Korean traditional medicine.

장애인 활동지원 제도 코디네이터가 지각한 직무적합성과 소진의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 활동지원 코디네이터가 지각한 직무적합성이 소진에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증함으로써, 코디네이터의 소진 정도를 감소시킬 수 있는 정책적ㆍ실천적 함의를 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2011년 3월 2일부터 3월 25일까지 약 3주에 걸쳐, 전국의 장애인 활동지원 코디네이터 240명을 대상으로 우편조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 코디네이터의 직무적합성이 소진에 미치는 영향과 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 코디네이터의 직무적합성이 직무스트레스에 통계적으로 유의한 부적(-) 영향을 미치고, 직무스트레스는 소진에 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 동시에 직무적합성이 소진에 유의한 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 결국 직무스트레스는 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 코디네이터의 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 정책적ㆍ 실천적 함의를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest political and practical implications for diminishing burnout of PAS(Personal Assistance Service) coordinators by examining the effect of job fit on burnout and the mediating effect of job stress between job fit and burnout. The research questions are followed: First, Does Job Fit of PAS coordinators have a significant effect on Burnout Perceived ?, Second, Does Job Stress of PAS coordinators have a significant mediating effect on between Job Fit and Burnout Perceived? To collect study data, a mail survey was conducted upon 240 PAS coordinators in Korea. Multiple regression was employed for mediating effects analysis using SPSS 19.0. The analysis results revealed that job fit had a significant effect on burnout directly and indirectly through job stress. In other words, job fit of PAS coordinators had a direct and indirect effect on burnout. These results imply that job fit and job stress need to be emphasized as a strategy to alleviate burnout of PAS coordinators. Through these results, political and practical interventions are suggested to diminish burnout of PAS coordinators.

지지적 양육행동, 우울, 협동심, 또래관계 간의 구조적 관계

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 지지적 양육행동, 즉, 부모의 온정성, 자율성 지지, 구조제공이 어떠한 기제를 통하여 또래관계에 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 한국아동·청소년패널조사 2018 (KCYPS 2018) 중 1 코호트 제2차년도 자료에 대하여 구조방정식을 이용하여 실증적 검증을 실시하였다. 결과: 분석 결과, 온정성과 자율성지지는 우울과 협동심을 통하여, 구조제공은 협동심을 통하여 또래관계에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또래관계에 대한 온정성의 직접 효과는 통계적으로 유의한 반면, 자율성지지와 구조제공의 직접 효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 이러한 구조적 관계에서의 우울과 협동심을 통한 모든 매개 효과는 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이러한 결과에 근거하여 청소년의 또래관계 증진을 위한 부모교육 및 상담의 방향성에 대한 함의가 제시되었다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the associations between supportive parenting (i.e., warmth, autonomy support, and structure provision), depression, cooperativeness, and peer relationships in adolescence. Methods: The structural equation modeling was used on the second wave data from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) of seven graders cohort. Result: The results indicated that warmth and autonomy support had significant effects on peer relationships indirectly through depression and cooperativeness. Structure provision had significant effects on peer relationships indirectly through cooperativeness. Warmth had significant effects on peer relationships directly, while the direct effects of autonomy support and structure provision on peer relationships were not significant. Conclusion: These findings suggest that depression and cooperativeness could be salient factors for supportive parenting to enhance peer relationships. In developing parent education program, these factors need to be emphasized to promote peer relationships in adolescence.

강박 장애의 치료에 대한 중의학의 최근 동향

Objectives : This study was performed to review the research trends in treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (O.C.D) in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods : We searched articles in CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 1995 to 2012 with key words, "强迫症", "强迫性神經症", "强迫神經", and "强迫性恐懼", and we selected 14 studies except for non-clinical, unrelated or insufficient number of case studies. Then we performed a systematic review of them. Results : 14 studies were divided into 8 case reports and 6 control studies. Most of the studies reported that one or more of Herbal medicine, Psychotherapy, Electroacupuncture therapy, Acupoint stimulating control, and acupuncture treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder were very effective. However, the quality of these clinical studies was not high. Conclusions : It seems that the researches for obsessive-compulsive disorder have been performed actively in traditional Chinese medicine. We hope that our study can activate clinical research for this disorder in Korean traditional medicine.

의사결정 참여도가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 조직신뢰의 매개효과 : 중증장애인 생산품시설을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediational effects of organizational trust between participation in decision-making and organizational citizenship behavior among personnel of production facilities for people with severe disabilities. This study analyzed data of 511 personnel and the relationships using multiple regression with SPSS 24.0. The results indicate that participation in decision-making had positive effects on organizational trust, which had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision-making also had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior, suggesting partial mediation of organizational trust.

사회복지사의 직무만족과 서비스 질의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과 : 장애인거주시설을 중심으로

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 사회복지사의 직무만족 정도가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 조사는 장애인거주시설의 사회복지사 221명을 대상으로 2015년 8월부터 9월까지 자기기입식 설문으로 실시되었다. 자료는 우편조사로 진행되었으며, 사회복지사의 직무만족이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 22.0 프로그램으로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인거주시설 사회복지사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치고, 조직몰입은 서비스 질에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 동시에 직무만족도가 서비스 질에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 직무만족과 서비스 질 간의 관계에서 조직몰입은 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 장애인거주시설 사회복지사의 서비스 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제언하였다. This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of organizational commitment between job satisfaction and service quality among social workers working at residential facilities for people with disabilities. The data of this study were collected from 221 social workers from August to September 2015. Multiple regression was employed for the mediation analysis using SPSS 22.0. The findings showed that job satisfaction had positive effects on service quality both directly and indirectly via organizational commitment. Given these results, implications for service quality improvement were suggested.

청소년 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 미치는 영향과 공동체의식의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 체험활동 만족도와 삶의 만족감의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국아동·청소년패널 자료(KCYPS) 6차 자료를 활용하였다. 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의미성을 분석하기 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 공동체의식에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체의식이 삶의 만족감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 동시에 청소년 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 체험활동 만족도는 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of adolescents’ experience activity satisfaction on their life satisfaction, and verify the mediating effects of sense of community between the two factors. For this, analysis has been conducted using Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS, Ed. 6). Analysis were performed using the SPSS 24.0 program to verify the mediating effect, and the Sobel test was performed to analyze the statistical significance of the mediating effect. First, it was analyzed that the experience activity satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on sense of community. Second, it was found that the adolescents experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that snse of community had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and at the same time, it was found that adolescents experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, so sense of community had a partial mediating effect.

장애인 직업재활시설 종사자가 지각한 감정노동과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자가 지각하고 있는 감정노동의 정도가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법: 2014년 3월 31일부터 4월 25일까지 약 4주에 걸쳐, 전국의 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자 397명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 자료는 우편조사로 진행되었으며, 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자가 지각하고 있는 감정노동이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 양자의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자가 지각하고 있는 감정노동이 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미치고, 자기효능감은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 동시에 감정노동이 조직시민행동에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자기효능감은 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자의 조직시민 행동에 영향을 주는 요인이 감정노동임을 확인하였으며, 감정노동과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인 직업재활시설 종사자의 조직시민행동을 높일 수 있는 정책적․실천적 함의를 제언하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediational effects of self-efficacy in the associations between emotional labor and organizational citizenship behavior among vocational rehabilitation facility personnel. Method: In this study, the mediational effects of self-efficacy were analyzed using multiple regression and the statistical significance of the effects was examined by the Sobel test. Results: The results indicated that emotional labor had negative effects on self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior, and self efficacy had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior; the mediational effects of self-efficacy were statistically significant. Conclusion: These results imply that policies and interventions for heightening self-efficacy and alleviating emotional labor should be developed to promote organizational citizenship behavior among vocational rehabilitation facility personnel.

화병에 대한 사암침 심포정격의 치료 효과: 환자-평가자 눈가림, 무작위배정 대조군 임상시험

Objectives: The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of Sa-am acupuncture Simpojeongkyeok treatment on Hwa-byung. Methods: The study was performed through a patient-assessor blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial in which the volunteers, data collector and analyst were unaware of individuals which were receiving the treatment. Fifty volunteers were divided into a trial and a control group, each of which consisted of 25 subjects. The trial group was treated with Sa-am acupuncture Simpojeongkyeok, while needle insertion at non-acupoints was given to the control group. The Likert scale for major symptoms of Hwa-byung was measured as the 1st evaluative instrument, and then a comparative analysis was conducted by comparing the results with those measured by of STAXI-K, STAI-K and BDI-K. Results: In the Likert scale comparison of major symptoms, total scores in both groups were decreased after treatment. However, a more significant decrease was found in those of trial group compared to those of the control group from a statistical perspective. The results measured by BDI scores also decreased significantly in the trial group after treatment. In comparison of STAXI and STAI scores, there were no significant differences found between the groups. Conclusions: The results suggest that Sa-am Acupuncture Simpojeongkyeok treatment is effective in the treatment of Hwa-byung.
