용접작업은 다양한 산업에서 이루어지는 중요한 작업인데 반해, 여러 가지 위험요소들로 인해 작업자의 건강에 위협을 가할 수 있다. 또한, 용접 작업자들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 안전점검인력이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 항만 용접 작업자의 안전을 위한 스마트헬멧 제작과 연동 APP을 개발하여, 체계적으로 작업자의 건강을 관리하고 안전사고를 미연에 방지하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
탐구에 대한 비판적 의견 제시 활동에서 고등학생이 제시한 의견 분석

이 연구의 목적은 소그룹 자유 탐구에서 학습자들끼리 서로의 탐구에 대해 비판적 의견을 제시하는 활동에서 학생들이 제시한 의견을 분석하는 것이다. 41명의 학생들이 한 학기 동안 자유 탐구를 수행하면서 탐구 계획 단계와 종료 직전 단계에서 비판적 의견 제시 활동에 참여하였다. 두 차례의 활동에서 각각 595개, 233개의 피드백이 제시되었으며, 탐구 과정을 토대로 한 범주로 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐구 계획에 대한 의견 제시 활동에서 ‘문제인식 및 가설설정’, ‘탐구 설계’ 영역에 많은 피드백이 제시되었는데, 특히 ‘연구 문제 수정 및 추가’, ‘연구 대상 및 조건’, ‘변인 통제’와 관련된 의견이 많았다. 둘째, 탐구 수행 결과에 대한 의견 제시 활동에서는 ‘보고서 작성’과 관련된 피드백 의견이 많았으며, ‘탐구 설계’ 영역에 대한 의견도 많이 제시되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학생의 소그룹 자유탐구에서 비판적 의견제시 활동의 적용과 관련된 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze high school students’ critical opinions on others’ inquiries in small group open inquiry. Forty-one high school students participated in these activities at the inquiry planning stage and the intermediate stage of inquiry. In the two activities, 595 and 233 opinions were presented respectively, and analyzed into categories based on the inquiry process. The main research results are as follows: first, many opinions were presented in the areas of 'problem recognition and hypothesis setting' and 'design of inquiry' in the feedback on the inquiry plan, especially related to 'revision and addition of research problems,' 'research targets and conditions,' and 'control of variables.' Second, in the feedback on the results of the inquiry, there were many opinions related to 'report preparation' and 'design of inquiry' area. Based on the research results, implications related to the application of critical opinion activity were discussed.
수평 직관 알루미늄 플렉시블 덕트의 정압손실 예측을 위한 기초연구

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information such as static pressure loss and friction factor and P-Q curves of aluminum flexible ducts, which are mainly used in ventilation systems. The aluminum flexible duct is then applied to the horizontal tube. Through the experiment, the effects of diameter, compression ratio, pitch interval, duct internal wind velocity, and Reynolds number of aluminium flexible ducts are measured and reviewed using statistical methods. The maximum static pressure loss was 138 Pa in a 100 mm duct, 62 Pa in 125 mm and 30 Pa in 150 mm. In addition, similar static pressure losses occurred at 25% and 50% of the duct compression ratio. The friction factor occurred up to 0.5 at 75% compression at 1 m duct with a diameter of 100 mm. Eight prediction models were derived by stepwise regression. All prediction models had R<SUP>2</SUP> of 0.8 or higher, but a number of values in response to the actual test were found to exceed 20 percent of the error. For the Gaussian process regression, the prediction model 6 was also very responsive with the determinant R<SUP>2 </SUP>0.99 and the RMSE 2.603.

동절기 실내 결로 발생 및 잔존조건 판별을 위한 Steam Sensor의 신뢰성 검토

This study serves as a foundation investigation to gather essential data for developing an algorithm to predict and prevent condensation using a Steam Sensor. In addition to utilizing temperature data typically employed in existing condensation prevention methods, the Steam Sensor was incorporated to monitor the continuous and discontinuous condensation behavior. This allowed for the collection of fundamental data for real-world condensation prediction and prevention. Before conducting the experiment, the heat flow rate for windows exposed to outdoor air using ISO-9869 was measured and validated. Indoor temperature and humidity were controlled through Arduino programming based on open-source platforms to observe the distribution of these factors. Subsequently, condensation was artificially induced by manipulating temperature and humidity conditions, then measured it with the Steam Sensor. During the experiment, as the indoor temperature was raised, absolute humidity and dew point temperature increased, resulting in an increase in the measured Steam Sensor values. When indoor humidity levels rise and the humidifier operates for an extended period, the accumulation of water vapor within the room increases. This elevated moisture level was detected by the Steam Sensor, and the condensation persisted until the end of the measurement. The experimental data gathered in this study will be valuable for future research where the aim is to develop a condensation prediction algorithm through machine learning techniques.
건축물 직배기 시스템의 역풍방지를 위한 이중댐퍼의 적용성 평가에 관한 연구

The air supply and exhaust ports of the direct exhaust system installed outside the building are pressurized by external wind pressure, which results in poor exhaust performance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of Double Damper developed to improve the exhaust performance of the direct exhaust system degraded by external wind. When external wind is generated through CFD analysis, the distribution of air flow velocity and internal static pressure of Double Damper are analyzed. As a result, the exhaust air flow from the exhaust system was emitted to the second exhaust section of Double Damper. In the case of downwash during external wind, there was no inflow of external wind through the vent cap because the internal static pressure of the Double Damper represents a negative value. The external wind was reproduced with headwinds of 0o, 23o, 45o, 68o and 90o based on vent cap. When Double Damper was installed, the exhaust system had a flow rate growth rate of up to 14.14%. Double Damper was able to improve headwind blocking and exhaust performance if the headwind was greater than exhaust emission and static pressure. Double Damper confirmed that it is effective when using a vent cap that is vulnerable to headwind.
