Since 1980`s International Marriage in Korea has begun with intervention of particular religious community by Korean man marrying Japanese woman. And International Marriage has increased since the government carried forward a project Mating couple between an Yanbian woman (China) and a Korea rural man after Korea established diplomatic ties with China in 1992. Also nationality of the International Marriage Immigrant Women including Philippines, Thailand, and Mongolia was diversified after the mid-1990s, and recently it seems more expansional and diversifiable like Vietnam, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. However, homogeneous nationalism that roots deeply in Korea`s society and pride in the Korean race turn exclusiveness. Therefore the International Marriage Immigrant women who were moved in Korea with rosy dream suffer communication gap in married life, inadequacy of community life, domestic violence by her husband and family members, and unfair legal status, which can cause a crisis of home broken. They can be said a new weak class members that is related to human rights abuse and discrimination, too. Therefore, this study considers various problems that the International Marriage Immigrant women who belong to a socioeconomically weak class faced and seeks the proper way of legal protection that can make them live more happy in our society.
마그네슘 합금 판재의 정적-내연적 성형해석에 관한 연구

The characteristic of magnesium alloy is the most light in utility metal, the effect of electromagnetic wave interception, excellent specific strength and absorptiveness of vibration. Although magnesium alloy with above characteristic is a subject matter which is suitable in world-wide tendency of electrical component frame, sheet magnesium alloy is difficult to process. Therefore, forming analysis of sheet magnesium alloy and applying warm-working to process are indispensable. Among Finite element method, the static implicit finite element method is applied effectively to analyze sheet magnesium alloy stamping process, which include the forming stage. In this study, it was focused on the crack, wrinkling and spring back on sheet magnesium alloy stamping by the static implicit analysis. According to this study, the result of simulation will give engineers good information to access the forming technique on sheet magnesium alloy. And its application is being increased especially in the production of electrical component frame for the cost reduction, saving of defective ratio, and improvement of Productivity.
Al 후판의 곡면성형 시 치수정밀도 향상을 위한 격자 금형 설계

A hot forming of large thick AI plate using a grid type die is a process to make a shell plate for the production of a spherical LNG tank. This process is characterized by using a grid typed die with an additional air cooling system for reducing the cooling time of the heated plate after hot forming. The purpose of this study is to suggest the design technique of grid typed die for improvement of dimensional accuracy. Grid type die of this study is designed by spline and DA(Displacement adjustment) method to determine the size of grid and curvature of die. Suggested technique is verified by the experiment of spherical forming for Al5083 thick plate.

The rolling of flat slabs or sheet metal is probably the most advanced technique of metalworking technology. In spite of this very intensive activity, the problem if edge cracking has not been resolved. Although edge cracking is a major industrial problem, relatively little well-documented experimental work has been published on subject. Despite the paucity of exact experiments, it is reasonably certain from published data that three causes contribute to its occurrence (1) limited ductility of the rolled material (2) uneven deformation at the edges and (3) variations in stresses along the width of the rolled material, particular near the edge. The present study was carried out to show the generation of edge cracking using ductile fracture criteria and FE-simulation. The validity o f simulated results was verified by rolling experiments of steel strip.

지금까지 상업공간의 분석에 있어 일반적으로 통계적 기법과 이론적 모형에 따른 기법을 이용한 논문 중심으로 이루어 졌다. 최근 들어 GIS와 통계적 기법의 결합을 통해 입지분석, 최적 입지 분석등 많은 성과를 이루었다. 공간구문론은 도로를 하나의 독립된 요소를 여기지 않고 도로의 관계에 따른 도로의 위상관계를 통해 도시 공간구조를 정량적으로 분석하는 방법론이다. 현재 공간구문론을 도시 공간을 시기별 시계열분석, 도시의 가로망배치 분석, 도로 배치 따른 상업시설의 생성과 확산 등에 연구에 이용하고 있다. 본 연구는 공간구문론을 이용해 대상지의 도로의 위상을 정량화하고 상가데이터를 GIS 최근린분석 기법을 이용하여 각 상업 공간 내 업종별 상가들의 입지특성을 분석 하였다. 연결도, 통제도는 도로의 위상에 따른 상업공간 입지특성을 보이지 않았으며, 전체통합도, 부분통합도, ERAM-P값은 상업공간 업종별 입지 특성을 보였다. So far, most of the commercial space analysis has used the statistical method and theoretical method. Recently, fruitful outcomes were obtained such as the optimal location analysis and location analysis combining the GIS and statistical method. The Space Syntax does not consider roads as an independent element, but analyzes the space structure using a quantitative method through the relations of roads. Currently, the Space Syntax is being used for time series analysis by the time, configurational analysis of street network, and study on creation and expansion of commercial facilities according to the configuration of the roads, etc. In this study, the road status is Quantified using the Space Syntax and the locational characteristics of arcades within the commercial space using the GIS recent proximity analysis. The degree of connection and control value did not reflect the locational features of commercial space according to the road status. On the other hand, the overall integration degree, partial integration degree and ERAM-P value reflected the locational features of commercial space.
격자형 금형에 의한 알루미늄 후판 열간성형에서 치수정도 개선을 위한 잔류응력 제어

A hot forming of aluminum plate using a grid type die is a forming process to make a shell plate for the production of a spherical LNG tank. This process is characterized by using a grid-type die with an additional air cooling system for reducing the cooling time of the heated plate after hot forming. The thermal residual stress caused by deviation of temperature distribution between inside and outside of aluminum plate influences considerably on the dimensional accuracy of product. Shape of the hot formed aluminum plate is recovered by this unexpected residual stress. Thus, the control of temperature condition in cooling step is very important to improve the dimensional accuracy of hot formed aluminum plate. In this study, the FE-analysis of hot forming with grid type die is performed to evaluate the effects of stress distribution of aluminum plate in cooling sten on the dimensional accuracy of final product.
Tramadol HCl/acetaminophen 복합제에 의한 급성신부전을 동반한 신증후군

Analgesics are used commonly because of their beneficial effects on various disease processes and pain control, and so the population of patients who are at risk for adverse effects of these drugs is rapidly expanding. A number of renal problems have been associated with the use of these drugs, including electrolyte imbalance, acute renal failure, nephrotic syndrome, and interstitial nephritis. We experienced a 65-year-old female patient who developed general edema and oliguria for 4 days and diagnosed as focal segmental glomerulosclerosis with interstitial nephritis. She had taken tramadol HCl/acetaminophen (Ultracet(R)) for 15 days before admission. Renal biopsy revealed that focal tubular atropy, focal interstitial fibrosis and evidence of diffuse inflammatory cell infiltrations. Tramadol HCl/ acetaminophen (Ultracet(R)) was discontinued on admission because of the likelihood the renal disease was drug-related and the patient improved after discontinuation of this drug without remained renal damage. This case suggests that Ultracet(R) must be an agent that causes nephrotic syndrome with acute renal failure. Therefore clinicians should use it with caution in high risk patients.
