선박해양구조물의 효과적인 유지보수 및 운영을 위한 목적으로 제품수명주기 관리 체계 구성과 제품데이터 교환 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 언급한 제품수명주기정보 관리시스템은 유지보수, 폐기, 재활용 단계를 대상으로 한다. 이는 선박해양구조물의 운영 및 유지보수, 폐기와 재활용 수명 주기를 관리하기 위해서는 설계 및 생산단계에서 제공된 제품개발 및 생산 정보뿐만 아니라, 운영 단계의 고장 예방 및 예지 보수, 설비자산의 수명주기 데이터 교환이 필요하다. 특히 의장 장비 및 부품의 유지보수 정보를 활용하기 위해서는 데이터 표현을 표준화할 필요가 있다. 이러한 표준 방안으로 S1000D 및 Shipdex™ 의 스키마를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 선박 해양구조물의 PLCS (Product Lifecycle Support) 시스템 정의 및 개발을 위한 최근의 기술 동향과 사례를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 표준화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 각 사례를 분석하고, 표준화와 연계된 주제를 정리하고자 한다. 또한, 수명주기정보관리시스템의 표준화 대상 및 표준화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

This study focuses on the data schema and data content, which includes maintenance data, data structures and illustration data relevant with the maintenance process of ship and offshore structures. Product lifecycle management (PLM) is expected to encompass all the product data generated for the operation and maintenance information as well as the design and production. This paper introduces a data exchange schema in PLM of ship and offshore, serving as the basis for the role of standards required by the middle-of- life PLM. Also this paper identifies a typology of standards relevant to PLM that addresses the schema of evolving standards and identifies a XML schema supporting the exchange of data related with maintenance operations. Technical document based on standards in accordance with S1000D and Shipdex is explained. A case study illustrating the use of standard data exchange and technical document is presented.

In this paper, S-100-based message catalog data application schema and feature catalog are created to deliver the SMART-Navigation standard model developed in a modular form and to distinguish the contents of communication objects and information based on MRN in maritime communication environment. Based on the SMART-Navigation service message exchange scenario, we presented the smart navigation service message exchange method using the message catalog product standard.
선박 운영단계 정보 교환을 위한 선박 생애주기 통합정보모델에 관한 연구

Recently, in most industries including the aerospace, automotive, and plant ones, research works for sharing the data made from the design and production stages during operational stage have been highlighted. The research for automation in shipping industry is also performed to utilize effectively the data from shipbuilding processes. In this paper, we propose the integrated ship lifecycle information model in order to share and manage the data produced through the ship lifecycle in an efficient way. This information model includes hull information produced during ship design and production, and equipment information with 3D models, drawings, design information, maintenance information, reliability information, and repair history information produced from shipyards and equipment companies. The proposed integrated information model enables seamless information flow and flexible information sharing between diverse and distributed organizations. It means that shipyards and shipping companies could complement each other and could manage the operational lifecycle information systematically and efficiently. The integrated information model of ship lifecycle could be utilized for maintenance and classification inspection in the future.
선박해양구조물의 제품수명주기 내 유지보수 정보 획득을 위한 PEID에 관한 연구

The product lifecycle of marine vessel can be classified into the design production, operation maintenance, and disposal phases. During the operation and maintenance phase, status data should be gathered from the major machinery and instruments installed on the marine vessel in order to perform efficient maintenance work. Although a PLM (product lifecycle management) system can manage the product information during the design and assembly stage, a PLM based on asset management technology is more appropriate for product information management during the operation stage. Product embedded information devices (PEIDs) are suggested for gathering real-time maintenance information during the operation and maintenance lifecycle. A PEID allows PLM to provide the capability of offering active information exchange between the lifecycle management system and equipment. This study designed a PEID to effectively obtain information and interact with a PLM system. It consists of sensors, wireless communication, and a microprocessor, which allow it to accumulate status data on the PLM system. The embedded information device and PLM enable the seamless information flow, tracking, and updating of MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul) information for a product throughout the middle of the product lifecycle.

Recently, both the integration of product data during design and production and the effective management of information during full lifecycles have attracted attention from shipyards and ship owners as a result of recycling regulations and a desire for efficient operations. Generally, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) supports a collaborative environment during the BOL (Beginningof Life) stage, while an ALM (Asset Lifecycle Management) system provides all of the information required to maintain, overhaul, and discard/recycle all or part of a vessel during the MOL (Middle of Life) and EOL (End of Life) stages. The main goal of this paper is to suggest the fundamental configuration of a PALM (Product Asset Lifecylce Management) system and a method that can be used to utilize a marine vessel’s lifecycle information during the MOL, emphasizing the maintenance information during the middle of life. The authors also suggest a PALM system configuration in which lifecycle information can be collected by a PEID (Product Embedded Information Device) integrating a microcomputer, sensors, and wireless network communication. Through a prototype PALM system, the suggested featuresand PALM system configuration are implemented.
