This study is a paper of maintenance and improvement of health and enlargement of population of social physical education, in participator of sports club in Hangang citizen`s park and activation of socical physical education. We achieved following conclusion by investigation physical of fitness(407 persons), ability and function of exercise(367 persons), oxygen uptake with exercise variances(239 persons), palmonary function whit exercise variances(207 persons), exercise intersity and energy expenditure(37 persons). 1) Conclusion of result of consciousness and reality invertigation about social physical education. 92.2% of social physical education also. They participated social physical education because of maintenance of body weight(18.9%) solution of stress, contentment of after exercise. And it showed that a impediment factor of social physical education is insufficient facilities(17.4%), insufficient sports equipment( 9.93 % ). And it showed that most enjoying sports is swimming (23.03%), and opening and practical use of the existing facilities and for activation of social physical education. Health condition after participation of sports club showed efficacy of 92.1 %, and they contended participation of social physical education by 89.1%. 2) Conclution of result by physical examination in participator of socical physical education. In height, female 25-29 years, 30-34 years, 40-44 years, above 50 years were lower result compared to Korea standard value. In male, they showed higher value in whole classes compared to Korean standard value. In body weight, whole class was showed higer value than Korean standard value. In sitting hight except aboved 50 yeard, other`s were higher than Korean standard value. In the girth of chest. They showed lower than Korean standard value. In the girth of Hip. It, showed value than Korean standard value through every classes. In thickness of fatty tissue, except female 15--18 years(chumerus, back) and 19-24 years(back), they showed higher value than Korean standard value. 3) Conclusion of ability and function of exercise in participator of social physical education. i ) In back strength Male 30 years showed 138kg, that is first grade in all maies and female 30 years showed 78.5kg, that is first grade in all females. ii) In grip strength Male 20 years showed 28.6kg, that, is first grade in each sex they showed slowly decreased by increasing the age. iii) In leg strength Male 20 years showed 41.2kg and female 20-30 years showed 23kg being first grade in each sex. iv) In reaction time It recorded 0.301 see, in male 20 years and 0.334 sec in female 20 years. v ) In side step Male 20 year recorded 26 female 10 years recorded 23. That is first garde in each sex. Trunk hyperextension were 52.7cm in male 20 year. And 59.9cm in female 20 years, being first graded in each sex. vi) In trunk flexion Male 20 year showed 15.4cm that was largest value in total age. But females were higher value throughout the whole classes.
산업현장 추락에 대한 기계학습 알고리즘 기반의 다집단 분류

본 연구에서는 웨어러블 관성센서를 사용하여 산업현장 추락에 대한 기계학습 기반의 다집단 분류를 시도하였다. 20명의 건강한 성인 남성을 모집하였으며, 15가지 non-FFH 동작과 5가지 low-hazard-FFH 동작 그리고 한 가지 high-hazard-FFH 동작을 3회씩 반복 측정하였다. 5개의 기계학습 기법(SVM, k-NN, LDA, QDA, MLP)에 대하여 two-class 분류성능과 three-class 분류성능을 비교하였다. 분석 결과 SVM이 two-class 분류와 three-class 분류에서 각각 99.5%와 98.2%의 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다. 또한, 세 가지 전처리 기법들(SMOTE, min-max 정규화, univariant feature selection) 역시 알고리즘 성능 향상에 기여함을 볼 수 있었다. In this study, a multi-class classification of industrial fall from height (FFH) based on machine learning was tried using a wearable inertial sensor. Twenty healthy adult males were recruited for the experiment. The experiment protocol consisted of 15 non-FFH, five low-hazard-FFH, and one high-hazard-FFH. Each motion was conducted three times repeatedly. Two-class classification performance and three-class classification performance were compared for five different machine learning techniques (SVM, k-NN, LDA, QDA, and MLP). As a result, SVM showed the highest accuracy of 99.52% and 98.25% in two-class classification and three-class classification, respectively. In addition, the three preprocessing techniques (SMOTE, min-max regularization, and univariant feature selection) contributed to the improvement of algorithm performance.
탄수화물-전해질 섭취가 점증운동 부하시 심폐능력과 면역세포에 미치는 영향

This study was performed to investigate the effect of carbohydrate-electrolyte drink on endurance exercise capacity and T-cell related immune function during the supramaximal progressive loaded exercise and recovery time. The participated subjects were seven male cyclists and they were drunk carbohydrate-electrolyte drink or placebo before the exercise. To avoid proceeded exercise effect, the subjects performed two experimental trials separated by 7days. The VO₂max, HRmax of carbohydrate-electrolyte supplemented group was significantly higher than that of control group (p<0.01). However, the blood lactate concentrations were not significant difference between two groups during the exercise and recovery times except for warm-up (p<0.05). The CD4^(+) T-cell populations of carbohydrate-electrolyte drink group was not significant difference compared to control group except for 10 min of recovery time (p<0.05). On the other hand, There were not significant differences in the CD8^(+) T-cell and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) ratio during the exercise and recovery. From these results, it was suggested that glucose-electrolyte contained drink ingestion before exercise improve cardiopulmonary fitness, but not change in T-cell related immune function during short term of exhaustive exercise.
