        유산소 운동과 단백식이가 흰쥐의 혈중지질, 간기능 및 면역글로불린에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 4주간의 유산소운동과 단백질 섭취가 흰쥐의 혈중지질, 간기능 및 면역글로불린에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험동물은 총 24마리를 대상으로 4주간 20-30분씩 14~17 m/min의 속도로 트레드밀을 이용하여 유산소 운동을 실시하였으며, 운동단백식이군(A, n=6), 단백식이군(B, n=6), 운동군(C, n=6), 대조군(D, n=6)으로 분류하였고, 유산소 운동 4주후 혈중지질, 간기능 및 면역글로불린 농도를 측청하여 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 유산소 운동과 단백질식이를 실시 후 총콜레스테롤(TC)는 운동단백식이군이 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 중성지방(TG)는 운동군이 유의하게 낮았다. 고밀도지단백 콜레스테롤(HDL-C)는 운동단백식이군이 유의하게 높았으며, 저밀도지단백 콜레스테롤(LDL-C)는 운동단백식이군과 운동군이 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 간기능에서는 운동단백식이군과 단백식이군이 유의하게 높았으며, GPT는 차이가 없었다. 면역글로불린 IgG는 운동단백식이군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았나, IgA, IgM은 차이가 없었다. 따라서 유산소 운동과 단백섭취는 혈중지질 개선과 간기능 및 면역글로불린 IgG에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 심혈관 질환을 예방하고 항체 형성 인자에 영향을 주어 인체의 면역항체 형성에 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise and a protein diet on serum lipid profiles, liver function, and immunoglobulin levels in rats. The subjects, 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats, were grouped into an exercise with protein diet group (A, n=6), a protein diet group (B, n=6), an exercise group (C, n=6), and a control group (D, n=6). The exercise with protein group trained for 4 weeks (20-30 min/day, speed at 14~17 m/min) and was given a 40% protein diet for 4 weeks. The variables of serum lipid profiles, liver function, and immunoglobulin levels were measured in all of the subjects at the end of the 4 weeks of treadmill exercise. Serum TC and LDL-C levels were significantly decreased in the exercise with protein diet group compared to the other groups and serum HDL-C, GOP, and IgG were significantly higher than in the other groups. However, no significant differences were found for the IgA and IgM levels. In conclusion, aerobic exercise with a protein diet was effective in improving serum lipid profiles, liver function, and immunoglobulin.

        복합운동과 마늘환 섭취가 비만남고생의 신체조성, C-반응단백 및 아디포넥틴에 미치는 영향

        체지방률 30% 이상인 비만 남고생을 대상으로 복합운동과 마늘환을 섭취시켜 신체조성, C-반응단백, 아디포넥틴에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 복합운동은 주 3회 70분씩 16주간 실시 하였으며, 마늘환 섭취는 점심?저녁 식후 5 g씩 섭취시켰으며, 실험 시작 전과 후에 신체조성과 혈액 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체조성에서 제지방률은 집단 내 복합운동+마늘환 섭취군에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 체지방률은 복합운동+마늘환 섭취군이 유의하게 감소하였고, 집단간 복합운동+마늘환 섭취군이 대조군보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 체수분은 집단 내 복합운동+마늘환 섭취군이 감소하였다. C-반응단백은 복합운동+마늘환 섭취군이 집단 내 유의하게 감소하였으며, 운동과 마늘의 성분의 상승작용으로 인해 긍정적인 효과가 나타난 것으로 생각된다. 아디포넥틴은 집단 내 모두 유의하게 감소하였다. 이상의 결과 복합운동과 마늘환의 섭취는 비만남고생의 체지방률 개선에 도움을 주었으며, 아디포넥틴에 대한 연구들이 필요하다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise program and garlic pill intake on Body Composition, CRP and Adiponectin in obese high school male students. Twenty-one male students in city B volunteered to participate, and the signed consents were received before the study. Experimental groups were garlic pill intake with combined exercise group (n=7), combined exercise group (n=7), control group (n=7). The total experimental period was 16 weeks. The combined exercise group exercised 3 times a week for 16 weeks with intensity of RPE 7~15. Each exercise was 70 minutes long. A 5 g garlic pill was consumed after lunch and dinner every day. For statistics, two-way repeated test within the group was conducted through SPSS 12.0; for post-examination, Scheffe was utilized; and for inter-group examination, a paired t-test was used. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Between groups, combined exercise with garlic pill group had a significant decrease in %body fat. Within each group, combined exercise with garlic pill group had a significantly greater decrease in %body fat than the control group. Between groups, combined exercise with garlic pill group had a significant decrease in LBM. Between groups, combined exercise with garlic pill group had a significant decrease in CRP. Between groups, combined exercise with garlic pill group, combined exercise and control group showed a decrease in adiponectin. In conclusion, regular exercise and garlic pill intake improved % body fat in obese high school male students.

        규칙적인 걷기운동이 비만 여중생들의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈압의 변화에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 12주간의 걷기 운동프로그램이 비만여중생들의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈압에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 운동프로그램은 준비운동 5분, 본 운동 30분, 정리운동 5분으로 총 40분 주 5회 실시하였으며, 연구의 대상자는 체지방률 30%이상인 비만 여중생 운동군 10명, 대조군 10명 총 20명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 운동프로그램 실시 전, 12주 후의 결과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 신체조성 중 체중은 운동군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 감소하였고, 운동군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 감소하였다. BMI는 대조군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 증가하였고, 대조군이 운동군보다 유의하게 증가하였다. 체지방률은 운동군이 운동 실시 후 유의하게 감소하였고, 운동군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 체력에서 유연성, 심페지구력은 운동 실시 후 운동군이 유의하게 증가하였고, 순발력은 운동군이 대조군보다 운동 참여 후 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이 연구를 통하여 비만 여중생의 비만을 개선할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있어, 추후 비만 여중생의 운동형태, 운동기간 및 식습관 등을 포함한 연구가 진행될 필요성을 가지고 있다. This study investigated the effect of 12 weeks" walking exercise program in female middle school students with obesity body composition, physical fitness, blood pressure. This exercise program of warm up 5 min, main exercise 30 min and cool down 5 min, 5 times a week for a total 12 weeks. As research subjects, 20 female middle school students were selected who were exercise group (n=10), control group (n=10), with over 30% of body fat percentage. This study came to the following conclusion by observing the subjects before the exercise program and 0 weeks and 12 weeks after the exercise program. Body composition in exercise group significantly decreased and exercise group was decreased than control group. Flexibility and Cardiorespiratory Endurance in exercise group significantly increased, React instantly in the exercise group significantly decreased than that of control group. Consequently, the results of this study showed that regular walking exercise iimproved obesity, is considered to suggest improving the female middle school students with obesity. For further studies, it seems necessary to carry out an accurate observation into obese female middle school exercise types, various periods of exercise, and even their eating habits, which is different from the research subjects for this study.

        10주간 태권도 프로그램과 부추섭취가 남자고등학생의 신체조성, 간 효소 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 10 weeks Taekwondo training with leek intake on body composition, liver enzymes and immune function in high school male students. Experimental groups were Taekwondo training with leek-pill diet (A, n = 8), Taekwondo training (B, n = 8), leek-pill diet (C, n = 8), and control group (D, n = 8). The findings of this study were as follows; Lean body mass was significantly increased in Taekwondo training with leek-pill diet and Taekwondo training group. The % fat was significantly reduced in Taekwondo training with leek-pill diet group compared to control group. GOT levels were significantly reduced in Taekwondo training with leek-pill diet and leek-pill diet groups compared to control group. GPT level was reduced after 10wks of leekpill diet. The IgA level was significantly increased in Taekwondo training with leek-pill diet group. However, The lgA level was decreased in control group showed. The lgM was significantly increased in Taekwondo training with leek pill diet group compared to other two groups. According to the results of the study 10 weeks of Taekwondo training with leek supplementation has beneficial effects on improving body composition, liver enzymes, and immune function in high school male students.

        비만아동의 신체활동 차이가 건강체력, 인슐린저항성 및 레지스틴에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to the effects of physical activity differences on health realted fitness, HOMA-IR, resistin in obesity children. The subjects, 184 participants with lifestyle program in B metropolitan city office of education, were grouped high physical activity group(n=89) and low physical activity group(n=95). In the comparison within each group, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance and power levels were significantly higher than in low physical activity group. Resistin levels was significantly lower than in physical activity group. Consequently, physical activity will be effective for preventing obesity and chronic disease. in obesity children.         남자대학 테니스 선수의 하계훈련을 위한 한방음료섭취가 체력, 최대산소섭취량 및 환기량에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of herbal drinks intake for sultriness match physical fitness, V O2max and V˙E2 in male tennis players. Eighteen male tennis players in B city volunteered to participate in the study after signing consent forms. Experimental group had herbal drinks intake with tennis exercise group (n=9). Tennis exercise program was done 5 times a week for 4 weeks with an intensity of 70-90% HRR and 15~17 RPE. The participants received Herbal drinks(770㎖) daily for 4 weeks; The results of this study were as follows: Physical fitness in the herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased and the herbal drinks intake group was higher than that of the tennis exercise group. V O2 max in herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased and the herbal drinks intake group was higher than that of the tennis exercise group. V E2 in the herbal drinks intake group had significantly increased. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that herbal drinks for sultriness match intake improve physical fitness, V O2 max and V E2 in male tennis players.

        12주간 복합운동과 영양교육이 유방암환자의 신체조성 및 대사증후군에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12 week’s combined exercise and nutrition education on body composition and metabolic syndrome in breast cancer patients. The subjects for the study were twenty-seven breast cancer patients composed of the combined exercise with nutrition education group(A, n = 9), the combined exercise group(B, n=9), the control group(C, n = 9) that have not participated in any specific exercise regularly. The period of combined exercise was 12 weeks, 3 times a week and each time 60 minutes with intensity of RPE 11~15 and used to measuring the change in heart rate with Polar. Nutrition education was conducted 30 minutes one day per week. The results of this study are as follows: the body fat percentage in A group significantly decreased than it did in C group. muscle mass in A group significantly increased than it did in C group, WHR in B groups have significantly decreased than it did in C group. WC A and B groups have significantly decreased than it did in C group. According to the results of this study, combined exercise and nutrition education for breast cancer patients was effective in improving the several variables of body composition and metabolic syndrome. Obesity is associated with the breast cancer rate, combined exercise and nutrition education can improve the metabolic syndrome. Diet, regular physical activity, and exercise after surgery for breast cancer with long-term health care will have a positive effect on relapse prevention.

        4주간의 트레드밀 운동과 단백질 식이가 흰쥐의 면역글로불린 및 항산화효소에 미치는 영향

        실험동물은 생후 5주령의 Sprague Dawely계 수컷 흰쥐로 운동+단백질식이군(11마리), 운동군(11마리), 단백질 식이군(11마리), 대조군(11마리)으로 총 44마리로 구분하였다. 운동은 총 4주간 트레드밀운동으로 주 5회, 1일 20분, 점진적으로 운동강도를 높여 실시하였고, 식이는 단백질 40%를 섭취시켜 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 면역글로불린에서 IgG은 단백질식이군이 운동군과 대조군보다 높았다. 항산화효소에서 SOD는 운동+단백질식이군과 단백질식이군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았고, GPx는 운동+단백질식이군, 운동군, 단백질식이군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며, CAT는 운동+단백질식이군이 단백질식이군과 대조군보다 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 결과를 통해 트레드밀운동과 단백질식이가 면역글로불린 및 항산화 효소에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 생각되며, 향후 운동강도와 단백질식이와 관련하여 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of treadmill exercise and a protein diet on immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzymes in rats. Forty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats, 5 weeks old, were used. Experimental groups were divided into exercise with protein diet group (A, n=11), exercise group (B, n=11), protein diet group (C, n=11), and the control group (D, n=11). Exercise was administered through a treadmill running program (14~18 m/min, 0° grade, 20 min/day, 5 day/wk) and these rats were given a 40% protein diet for 4 wk. The results of this study are as follows: the protein diet group showed a significant increase in IgG of immunoglobulin compared to the exercise group and control group; the exercise with protein diet group and protein diet group showed a significant increase in SOD activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the control group; the exercise with protein diet group, exercise group and protein diet group showed a significant increase in GPx activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the control group; the exercise with protein diet group showed a significant increase in CAT activity of antioxidant enzymes compared to the protein diet group and control group. In conclusion, treadmill exercise and a protein diet were found to help with immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzymes. Further research regarding the effects of exercise and protein diets is required.

        12주간 복합운동과 영양교육이 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 간기능, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 체지방률 30% 이상인 비만 중년여성을 대상으로 복합운동 영양교육군(n=7), 복합운동군(n=7), 대조군(n=7) 총21명을 대상으로 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간 복합운동과 영양교육의 실시는 비만 중년 여성의 체지방률, 제지방량, GOT, TC, TG, HDL-C, 인슐린 저항성을 개선시키는 효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 복합운동과 영양교육이 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 간기능, 혈중지질, 및 인슐린 저항성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 중년여성의 비만을 개선하는데 효과적인 프로그램 사료되며, 추후에도 비만중년여성의 운동방법, 운동빈도, 식이방법 등을 고려한 다양한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study investigated the effect of 12 weeks combined exercise and nutrition education program on body composition, liver function, serum lipids and insulin resistance in obese middle-aged women. The combined exercise program was performed for 55 minutes 3 times per week during which the intensity progressively increased from RPE 13 to 14, 60-70%HRR (1~5 weeks), RPE 15 to 17, 70-80% HRR (6~12 weeks) and nutrition education was conducted 20 minutes one day per week. The subjects were 21 obese middle-aged women were composed of the nutrition education group (A, n=7), combined exercise group (B, n=7), and the control group (C, n=7). The results of the study in the nutrition education group and combined exercise group were as follows; The A and B group had significantly lower body composition than did the control group. The A group had significantly lower liver function, TC, TG, HDL-C, and HOMA-IR than did the control group. Consequently, combined exercise and nutrition education program effective in preventing diabetes caused by obesity in obese middle-aged woman. On the basis of the results of this study, the following recommendations are made for further studies: additional studies are needed to confirm the results of this study and to compare the effects of combined exercise on these variables in obese and non-obese men and women by age or exercise type; they are also needed to develop effective nutrition education programs for different age groups or body types.

        Effect of Circuit Training on Aging-related Hormones in Obese Middle-aged Women

        노화 과정에 따라 중년 여성들은 폐경 이후 체력이 저하되기 시작하면서 체지방 증가와 제지방량의 감소로 비만으로 이어지기 쉽고, 이러한 현상은 체내 호르몬의 분비의 변화와 함께 발생된다. 본 연구는 서킷 트레이닝이 비만 중년 여성의 노화 관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 실시하였다. 대상자 체지방률 30% 이상인 비만 중년 여성 운동군 10명, 대조군 10명 총 20명을 실시하였다. 운동 시간은 준비운동 5분, 본 운동 20분, 정리운동 5분으로 총 30분 주 3회 실시하였으며, 운동 강도는 운동자각도를 이용하여 13~17(약간 힘들다-매우 힘들다)수준으로 실시하였고, 또한 POLAR 심박수 변화량을 측정하여 1~6주는 60~70%HRR (Heart rate reserve), 7~12주는 70~80%HRR로 설정하였다. IGF-1은 운동군이 유의하게 증가하였으며, GH는 운동군이 유의하게 증가하였고, DHEA-S는 운동군이 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상의 결과 서킷 트레이닝이 비만 중년 여성의 노화 관련 호르몬에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 사료된다. Due to aging, the physical fitness of middle-aged women decreases after menopause. This results in increased body fat and reduced lean body mass, both of which can lead to obesity. This phenomenon is accompanied by changes in hormone secretion in the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of circuit training on aging-related hormones in obese middle-aged women. The subjects were 20 obese middle-aged women. The subjects were divided into two groups: a circuit training group (n=10) and nonexercise control group (n=10). Growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), estrogen, and DHEA-S were measured before and after the circuit training program. The circuit training group performed circuit training for 12 weeks, three times per week. Exercise intensity was increased gradually from 60% to 80% of heart rate reserve every 6 weeks. In the circuit training group, at the end of the 12-week training program, the IGF-1 levels were significantly increased compared to pre-exercise levels, and they were higher than those of the control group. GH levels were also significantly increased in the circuit training group, but the differences were not statistically significant. DHEA-S was significantly increased in the circuit training group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The results showed that circuit training improved aging-related hormones levels in obese middle-aged women.
