This paper presents is predicting electrical life time of Residual current operated circuit breakers which are Earth Leakage Breakers(ELB). Electrical safety in the use of the account for a high proportion of low voltage circuit breaker malfunction is the biggest cause of aging. The performance of circuit breaker, untested potential malfunctions in the state uniformly, is being used permanently. Low voltage circuit breaker life time is predicted according to the installation environment then by selecting replacement cycle reduce electrical accidents is the purpose of the paper.

Recently, load circuits and components of customer are various. Therefore failures of ELB(Earth Leakage Breaker) and MCCB(Molded case circuit breakers) are more frequent. Lite time of MCCB even if there is same units differ from environment, condition of operation. FEMCA is a efficiency method of system operation or maintenance for system reliability. We study on FMECA procedures and method. In this paper, we focused on FMECA application to MCCB life time test.

본 연구는 육군 장교양성과정 중 학군사관후보생(ROTC)의 인성을 증진하기 위해 육군학생군사학교의 인성교육체계 구축과 프로그램 개발과정에 대한 것이다. 먼저 인성교육체계 구축을 위해 다른 장교 양성교육기관인 육군사관학교, 육군3사관학교와 육군학생군사학교의 인성교육 실태를 비교하고, 학군사관후보생(ROTC)의 특성을 고려하여 단계별 목표를 설정하고, 교육을 통한 인성 함양 방안과 실천을 통한 인성 함양 방안을 각각 구축하였다. 또한 군 인성 핵심 덕목과 연계하여 제한적이지만 다양한 평가체계를 구축하여 ‘인성이 바르지 못한 인원’을 식별하고 조치해 나갈 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. This study is about the character education system establishment and program development process of the Army Cadet military school(ACMS) in order to improve the character of ROTC cadets during the training process of the army officer. First of all, in order to establish a character education system, compare the actual condition of character education system at the Army Cadet Military School(ACMS) and Korea Military Academy(KMA), Korea Army Academy at yeong-cheon(KAAY) which are other training institution for training Cadets. and we set goals for each stage and established a method to nurture character through education. in addition, a limited but diverse evaluation system was established in connection with the core virtues of military character to provide a basis for identifying and taking action against cadets with ‘inadequate character’.

Interest in energy efficiency and savings have been rising internationally. For this reason, the domestic housing construction in the area of power equipment is being actively studied. Currently approximately 400,000 per year of domestic housing is being built. Applies to housing construction during the current transformer capacity low utilization and load factor has been applied has been designed. In other words, excessively high reserve capacity has been applied. According to this problem, initial facility costs and power losses will cause because transformer low utilization be appropriated. Thus, the energy efficiency drops. In this paper, analysis of past utilization of the housing transformer, and applying an appropriate demand factor has been analyzing the energy loss reduction. this analysis of current domestic conditions for the proper housing transformer scheme is to calculate the capacity.

And appliances supply ratio was investigated.

Nicotine poisoning arising from the use of nicotine patches is rare. However, because nicotine patches are classified as an OTC drug, the risk of misuse or abuse is increasing. Nicotine poisoning using nicotine patches shows an unusual clinical presentation compared to that from oral ingestion of multiple doses of nicotine. We present a case of misused nicotine patches that cause a nicotine poisoning. A thirty-nine year-old healthy man visited the ER with complaints of an intermittent cramping abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting. Upon physical examination, there were no specific findings except increased bowel sounds, and the patient's initial laboratory findings were also unremarkable except for an increased bilirubin level. CT revealed a mild degree of fatty liver. The patient's symptoms did not improve any further with conservative management. During his ED stay, we meticulously took his history again, and we discovered that he had used nicotine patches for three days, six days before admission, and had misused the nicotine patches as NSAID patches. The patient's diagnosis of nicotine poisoning was confirmed by a urine cotinine level ten times the normal value. After a 12-hour stay in the ED, his symptoms disappeared without any specific management.
학교폭력 피해경험이 청소년의 자살행동에 미치는 영향: 우울의 매개효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험이 자살행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이 관계에서 우울의 매개효과에 대해 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국을 5대 권역으로 구분하여 중학교 10개, 고등학교 10개교에서 1학급씩을 임의추출한 할당추출법을 사용하였다. 최종분석에는 응답이 부실한 설문지 11부를 제외한 710부가 최종적으로 사용되었다. 분석방법으로는 기술통계, 교차분석, 독립표본 t-검정 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 조사대상 청소년의 경우 지난 1년간 학교폭력 피해경험이 있는 경우가 56.3%로 나타났으며, 이들 중 남자청소년은 58.5%, 여자청소년은 54.8%로 남자청소년의 학교폭력 피해율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자살 실태의 경우 조사대상 청소년의 자살행동은 27.0%로 나타났으며, 성별에 따라서는 여자청소년 (35.4%)이 남자청소년(16.4%)보다 더 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 연구모형을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남자 청소년의 경우 학교폭력 피해경험 모두 자살행동에 미치는 영향에서 우울은 부분매개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 여자 청소년의 경우 학교폭력 피해 경험이 자살행동에 미치는 영향에서 우울은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 학교폭력 피해, 우울, 자살문제에 대해 효과적으로 개입하기 위한 함의를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to figure out the impact on suicidal behaviors of the victimization experience of school violence, and to define mediating effect of depression. 710 students were selected by quota random sampling method from all parts of the Korea and surveyed. As a result of the survey, 56.3% of the adolescents experienced school violence over the past 12 months, school violence in male adolescents(58.5%) is more higher than in female adolescents(54.8%). In the case of suicide conditions, 27.0% of suicidal behavior in adolescents showed that female adolescents(35.4%) commit serious suicidal behaviors than male adolescents(16.4%) do. The outcome of research model is as follows. First, for the male adolescents`` cases, victimization experience of school violence showed a significant impact in the direction, depression as the mediating variable presented partial mediating effect. Secondly, in the case of female adolescents, only victimization experience of school violence impacted on suicidal behavior, and showed a significant impact in the direction, depression as the mediating variable showed complete mediating effect. Based on the above results, this research propose practical social work interventions.

??The role of RCDs(Residual Current Protective Device) that are installed before the load is very important for preventing electric shock and electrical fire. However, although fault rate of RCD is increasing due to deterioration and long period usage, the RCD is permanently used without a checking of performance evaluation and it causes the electrical accident. In this paper, the amount of airborne chloride is researched in domestic costal area and the accelerated life test is conducted using a salt water spray tester in order to decide the life time of RCD. As a result of an accelerated life test, the MTTF(Mean Time To Failure) of RCD is 110.81 hours and B10 life time of RCD is 45.81 hours for the all samples. when an accelerated life test result is applied to within 2 km costal area, the life time of RCD is predicted about 5 years.
