국가대표 및 선수촌 관리실태 감사내용 분석 및 윤리적 함의

이 연구는 국가대표 및 선수촌 등 운영ㆍ관리실태에 대한 감사원의 감사내용과 결과를 분석하고, 대한민국 최고 스포츠 엘리트 집단의 비윤리적인 파편들을 조명하여 스포츠윤리적 함의를 통해 개선방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 진행하였다. 국가대표 및 선수촌 등 운영ㆍ관리실태 감사를 분석한 결과 ‘선수촌 운영 및 국가대표 등 관리 분야 ’, '스포츠 비리 조사 및 처리 분야’, ‘스포츠 비리 개선대책 추진 분야’로 범주화 되었다. 국가대표 및 선수촌 등 운영ㆍ관리실태의 비윤리적 실태의 원인으로 개인윤리적 접근, 사회문화적 접근, 제도적 미흡으로 해석하였다. 국가대표 스포츠 엘리트 집단의 비윤리적 행위의 개선방향으로 개인윤리적 관점에서는 플라톤이 강조하는 공동의 존재로서 공공을 위한 탁월함 과 올바름이 필요함을 제시하였다. 사회문화적 관점에서는 공리주의적 견지에 따라 공동선(common good)을 추구하여 최대 다수의 행복을 추구해야 함을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 개인적인 양심과 도덕의 실천만으로는 국가대표 엘리트 집단 의 윤리문제를 해결하기 어렵다고 보고 문체부, 대한체육회, 대한장애인체육회의 규정의 일원화와 스포츠윤리제도 확립 을 주장하였다. This study analyzes the audit results and results of the board of audit and inspection on the operation and management status of national teams and athletes' villages. It also aimed to suggest the direction of improvement through sports ethical implications by highlighting unethical fragments of the best sports elite groups in Korea. The audits were categorized into ‘Athletes' Village Operations and National Team Management Areas’,‘Sports Violence Investigation and Processing Areas’, and ‘Sports Violence Improvement Measures Promotion Area.’ It was interpreted as personal ethical approach, socio-cultural approach, and institutional lack as the cause of unethical conditions in the operation and management of national teams and athletes' villages. In the direction of improving the unethical behavior of the national team's sports elite group, it was suggested from the personal ethical point of view that Plato emphasizes the need for excellence and righteousness for the public as a common being. From the socio-cultural point of view, it was suggested that pursuing the common good according to the utilitarian standpoint should pursue the greatest number of happiness. Lastly, it is difficult to solve the ethical problems of the national elite groups only by practicing personal conscience and morality. Therefore, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Korea Sports Association, and the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled were insisted on establishing a sports ethics system.

심판권력으로 인한 태권도 지도자의윤리적 갈등에 관한 연구

he purpose of this study is to explore Taekwondo coach's ethical conflict experience by referee's authority and show directions to solve any ethical problems of a Taekwondo game. For the method of this study, phenomenological method that reveal essence of ethical conflict for Taekwondo coach were selected. The study participants five Taekwondo coaches were selected; who used to be Taekwondo athletes and have more than five years of teaching experience. Date collection was done through an in-depth interview. The result of this study appeared 7 composition factors that‘the scapegoat of a referee´s decision’ and‘skeptical of oneself ability: feeling sorry for his player’,‘lodging a protest against the referee´s decision: which was an echo to the empty sky, turning back an arrow’,‘conflict of a lobby’,‘formation of three-cornered relation with a referee, parents and a coach’,‘connection with referees: a master and a follower’,‘hoping for a new referee system: electronic gear’. 이 연구는 태권도 경기지도자의 심판권력으로 인한 윤리적 갈등의 현상을 밝혀 태권도계에 만연해 있는 비윤리적 파편들을 해체함으로 깨끗하고 투명한 태권도 경기 문화 조성의 단초를 제공하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 외부에서 드려다 볼 수 없었던 태권도 경기문화의 내부를 조명하는 연구가 될 것이다. 연구방법은 현상학적 방법을 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 철학적 방법론인 현상학을 적용한 것은 연구 참여자의 윤리적 갈등 경험에 대한 현상을 이해함에 있어서 실험적 자연과학과는 달리 연구자가 인위적인 인과관계나 어떠한 전제 및 가정을 두지 않고 기술하고 재해석 하는데 있다. 자료는 일대일 심층면접(In-depth interview)을 통해 수집하였다. 연구 참여자 선정은 질적연구에서 흔히 사용하는 비확률적 표집에 의한 목적표집법을 통해 지도자 경력 5년 이상의 총 5명의 참여자를 선정하였다. 태권도 경기지도자의 심판권력으로 인한 윤리적 갈등경험을 분석한 결과, ‘심판판정의 희생양’, ‘자신의 능력에 대한 회의: 선수들에게 미안한 마음’, ‘판정에 대한 항의: 허공을 치는 메아리, 되돌아오는 화살’, ‘인사와 로비의 갈등’, ‘경기지도자, 학부모, 심판의 삼관관계 형성’, ‘심판 인맥의 구조: 상부상조’, ‘새로운 심판제도에 대한 희망: 전자호구’로 구성되었다.

생활체육 참가자의 운동몰입이 심리적 만족과 운동지속에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the effect of exercise immersion among participants in the sports of living on psychological satisfaction and athletic endurance. In order to achieve this goal, participants in 20 fitness centers and cultural centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi. A total of 199 data was treated as the final data for the study, excluding data from 21 parts of the questionnaire that were faithfully answered, by meeting directly with 220 people over a period of three months from February 1 to April 30, 2019. The study found that first, the "exercise immersion" of participants in living sports affected "psychological satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that the "exercise immersion" of participants in the sport of living has an effect on the "continuity of exercise. Third, the "psychological satisfaction" of the participants in the living sports was found to affect the "continued exercise. Fourth, according to demographic characteristics, there were differences in "exercise immersion," "psychological satisfaction" and "sustaining exercise." In other words, in the case of gender, men were found to have higher levels of exercise immersion, psychological satisfaction, and athletic persistence than women. In the case of age, exercise immersion was high in those in their 20s, psychological satisfaction in their 50s, and athletic persistence in their 20s and 50s. High school graduates were found to have a higher level of education than college graduates and graduate school students. In the profession, exercise immersion was high in the managerial/professional position, psychological satisfaction in the management position, and athletic. 이 연구는 생활 체육 참가자의 운동몰입이 심리적 만족과 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울과 경기에 있는 20개의 피트니스 센터와 문화 센터 참가자들을 2019년 2월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 3개월 동안 220명과 직접 만나서 불충실하게 답변 된 설문지 21개 부분의 데이터를 제외하고, 총 199개의 데이터를 연구의 최종자료로 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활체육 참가자의 운동몰입은 심리적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 인지몰입과 행위몰입 수준이 높아지면 심리적 만족이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 생활체육 참가자의 운동몰입은 운동지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 인지몰입과 행위몰입이 높아지면 운동지속 또한 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 생활체육 참가자의 심리적 만족은 운동지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 삶의 만족도, 긍정적 사고, 사회적 관심도, 명랑한 성격이 높을수록 운동지속이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 인구통계학적 특성(성별, 연령, 학력, 직종)에 따른 운동 몰입, 심리적 만족, 운동지속의 차이분석결과, 성별, 연령, 직종은 차이가 발생하였으나, 학력은 차이가 발새하지 않았다.

대학농구 동아리 선수들의 카타르시스 경험에 관한 현상학적 이해

The purpose of this study was to examine the sports activities of players who play basketball in university club and understand the characteristics and meaning of sports Katharsis they experience as they conduct their sports activities. Understanding the characteristics of Katharsis that experience as plyer in university basketball club is to make clear mental effect and phenomenon that have given through activity in university basketball club. For the method of this study, phenomenological method that reveal essence of experience of Katharsis for player in university basketball club. The study participants five players were selected; who have more than two years of basketball plying experience. Date collection was done through an in-depth interview. The research outcome that experience of Katharsis in university club basketball players, firstly, they have experienced Katharsis by vicarious excretion of pent-up feelings. Secondly, they have experienced a Katharsis through feeling pity and fear. Thirdly, the research participants were shown to have experienced a purification of ethical emotion. After each game, the participants experienced Katharsis by feeling of ethical and moral emotions such as courtesy, respect and fellowship. Fourthly, the participants experienced Katharsis through mimesis. Additionally, the participants experienced Katharsis, feeling vicarious pleasant through their own team members. Lastly, the participants felt Katharsis as a sports hero. 본 연구의 목적은 대학농구 동아리 선수들의 스포츠 활동내용을 살펴보고, 그 스포츠 활동으로 경험했던 카타르시르에 대한 특성과 의미를 이해하는데 있다. 대학 농구 동아리 선수로 활동하며 경험하는 카타르시스의 특성을 이해하는 것은 대학농구 동아리 활동을 통해 주어지는 정신적 효과와 현상을 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구의 방법은 대학농구 동아리 선수들의 카타시스 경험의 본질적 모습을 그대로 나타낼 수 있는 현상학적 방법을 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 철학적 방법론인 현상학을 적용한 것은 연구 참여자의 카타르시스 경험에 대한 현상을 이해함에 있어서 실험적 자연과학과는 달리 연구자가 인위적인 인과관계나 어떠한 전제 및 가정을 두지 않고 기술하고 재해석 하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 대학농구 동아리 선수로 2년 이상 참여하고 있는 총5명을 선정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 일대일 심층면담을 통해 실시하였다. 대학농구 동아리 선수들의 카타르시스 경험을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 억압된 감정의 대리적 배설의 카타르시스를 경험하고 있었고, 둘째, 연민과 공포를 통한 감정의 카타르시스를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 윤리적 감정의 순화를 경험하는 것으로 파악되었으며, 넷째, 모방(mimesis)을 통한 카타르시스를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 팀 동료를 통한 대리만족의 카타르시스를 경험하고, 마지막으로, 선망의 대상이 됨으로 카타르시스를 느끼는 것을 나타났다.

태권도 지도자의 윤리적 리더십 고찰: 『도덕경』을 중심으로

[목적] 태권도 지도자의 윤리적 리더십은 태권도의 가치를 높이는 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 노자의『도덕경』을 통해 태권도 지도자의 윤리적 리더십의 요소를 고찰하고자 하였다. [방법] 노자의 사상이 담긴 동양고전인 『도덕경』을 통해 노자가 이 시대 태권도 지도자들에게 전하는 윤리적 리더십의요소를 추출하여 논의하였다. [결과] 『도덕경』에 담긴 태권도 지도자의 윤리적 리더십을 행동규범으로서 무위(無爲)와 겸허의 덕(德)으로 제시하였다. 행동규범으로서 무위는 기존의 패러다임으로 태권도를 지도하고 윤리를 바라보는 유위적 태권도 지도자가 아닌, 변화하는 세계에서 주체적인 사유를 통해 무위를 실천하는 지도자가 되어야 함을 논의하였다. 태권도 지도자는 겸허의 덕을 지녀야 한다. 겸허의 덕을 지닌 태권도 지도자는 물과 같이 유약하며 부드러우며, 검허하게 낮은 곳에 처해야한다. [결론] 유교적 이념의 극기복례(克己復禮)를 따르는 태권도 문화 안에서 노자가 제시하는 무위(無爲) 윤리와 겸허의 덕(德)은 어찌 보면 맞지 않은 도복을 입은 것과 같을 수 있다. 하지만 우리가 믿어 왔고 따라왔던 이념과 가치의 기준을벗어나 경계에 서서 봐야 하는 대로 세상을 보는 것이 아닌 보여지는 대로 자연의 이치에 따라 세상을 바라보는 것은태권도 철학에 새로운 담론을 제시해 준다. PURPOSE The ethical leadership of Taekwondo instructors plays a crucial role in enhancing the value of Taekwondo. Therefore, this study explores the elements of ethical leadership among Taekwondo instructors by drawing on the insights from Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching. METHODS Through the Tao Te Ching, an oriental classic containing the ideas of Lao Tzu, we have extracted and discussed the elements of ethical leadership that Lao Tzu conveys to Taekwondo leaders in this era. RESULTS The ethical leadership of taekwondo leaders in the Tao Te Ching was presented as the virtues of inaction and humility as behavioral norms. Inaction as a code of conduct was discussed about a leader who practices inaction in a changing world through subjective thought rather than a meaningful Taekwondo leader who leads Taekwondo with an existing pattern and looks at ethics. A Taekwondo instructor must possess the virtue of humility. A Taekwondo instructor with humility must be glazed, soft, and humble as water. CONCLUSIONS In a Taekwondo culture that follows the Confucian ideology of extreme austerity, Lao Tzu's ethic of non-action and the virtue of humility can be like wearing an ill-fitting robe. However, standing on the edge, outside the frame of reference of the ideologies and values we have come to believe in and follow, and seeing the world as it is, not as it should be, according to the laws of nature, provides a new discourse for Taekwondo philosophy.

태권도장 폭력에 대한 성찰과 대안

The purpose of this study is to examine the reflection on violence necessary for Taekwondo leaders through the structure of violence and Johan Galtung's theory of peace, and to suggest alternatives to Taekwondo violence through Kant's categorical imperative. Through literature study, reflection and alternatives to Taekwondo (sexual) violence are suggested. The structure of violence in the Ttaekwondo field was reflected on the banality of evil suggested by Hannah Arendt, and the ‘Banality of Evil’ of (sexual) violence, an unethical act of the Taekwondo instructor, is the ability to think because it comes from ‘Sheer Thoughtlessness’. and reflective thinking are required. Also, through the types of violence and the theory of peace of pacifist Johan Galtung, he emphasized the need for education on the prevention of violence by the state and taekwondo institutions in terms of social ethics as well as personal ethical efforts in the field of Taekwondo. As an alternative to (sexual) violence in the field of Taekwondo, the categorical imperative proposed by Kant was presented as the leader's practice code. He proposed that through the human nature formulation and universalization formulation, human beings are treated as ends rather than as means, and (gender) violence could be eradicated when the maxims of a leader's behavior are acted in accordance with universal laws.
