        댄스스포츠 수행 후 스포츠마사지가 젖산 및 전해질 회복에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스포츠마사지 처치의 생리학적 효과를 규명하여 댄스스포츠 수행 후 빠른 회복을 위한 수단으로써 효용성을 검토하고자 실시하였다. 무용전공 여대생 8명을 대상으로 1주일 간격을 두고 댄스스포츠 수행 후 정적회복(RR)과 스포츠마사지회복(SR)으로 단일집단 반복측정 실험하였다. SR은 댄스스포츠 수행 후 30분 간 스포츠마사지를 실시하였으며, RR은 편안히 누운 상태에서 같은 시간동안 휴식하였다. 댄스스포츠 수행 후 RR과 SR사이의 젖산 및 전해질의 농도변화를 알아본 결과 모든 요인에서 RR과 SR 두 조건 간에 회복 후 유의한 차이(젖산; p<.001, Na+; p<.001, K+; p<.001, Ca++; p<.01, Mg+; p<.05)가 있게 SR이 빠르게 회복되는 것으로 나타났다. 유의한 차이는 있으나, 그 수치의 폭이 매우 작아 논란의 여지는 있다. 그러나 본 연구 결과 댄스스포츠 수행 후 회복기에 RR에 비하여 SR이 혈중 젖산 및 전해질 농도 회복에 긍정적인 변화 양상을 나타냄을 감안할 때 스포츠마사지가 무용수들의 연습 후 빠른 회복을 위한 수단으로써 효용성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was to examine the effect of recovery of an lactate and electrolyte density between the rest recovery and the sports massage recovery after the dance sports training. The identical objects consisted of eight university students participated in the study at a week intervals. The results follow below. The change of density of lactate and Na+, K+, Ca++, Mg+ were different between RR and SR after taking dance sports training. RR took static rest but SR took sports massage treatment, as a result, MR showed faster rest-pace then RR in overall factor(lactate; p<.001, Na+; p<.001, K+; p<.001, Ca++; p<.01, Mg+; p<.05). This result represented that sports massage influence an lactate and electrolyte in blood for fast recovery during a resting period after dance sports training. The study of the effect of sports massage on changing density of an lactate and electrolyte has not been examined, therefore, this study is not certain but the result represented that sports massage affected positively on faster recovery than static rest after taking dance sports training.

        발마사지가 여성노인의 심장 자율신경계 활동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to compare changes in an autonomic nervous system by measuring the pre and post autonomic nerve activity of older women’s experiencing treatments and non-treatments foot reflexology. By using Nerve Express2.2(HEART RHYTHM INSTRUMENTS, INC. USA), we conducted the Ortho Test to measure the autonomic nervous system. The results were as follows. Changes in the low frequency/high frequency ratio, representing the SN tension level, were different in pre-and post-foot reflexology. After the treatments, foot reflexology supine(p〈.05) and upright(p〈.01) decreased significantly. The HF changes, representing the tension level of the PSN system, were different in pre- and post- foot reflexology. After the foot reflexology treatments, supine and upright increased significantly(p〈.01). No changes were found in supine and upright positions for non foot reflexology. In conclusion, automatic nerve activity was affected positively by foot reflexology because of the decrease in SN tension and increase in PSN tension. Therefore, foot reflexology is an appropriate alternative exercise to improve cardiac function.

        자연과학분야 : 노인여성의 에어로빅댄스 참여가 일상적 스트레스(stress) 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 에어로빅댄스 참여가 노인여성의 일상적 스트레스 변화에 미치는 운동생리학적 효용성을 규명하고자 시행하였다. 에어로빅댄스 참여 경험이 없는 60대 노인여성 16명을 선정하여 1주일에 4회, 1회 50분, 총 10주 동안 40회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 에어로빅댄스 참여 전, 후 자율신경계와 타액 코티졸 및 우울감과 수면만족도 변화를 측정하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 에어로빅댄스 참여 후 AG(Aerobic group)의 경우 SN(Sympathetic nerve)의 긴장도를 나타내는 LF(Low frequency)/HF(High frequency) ratio에 대한 변화는 supine, upright 모두 유의한 차이(p<.05)가있게 감소하였다. PSN(Parasympathetic nerve)의 긴장도를 나타내는 HF(High frequency)에 대한 변화는 supine 및 upright 모두유의한 차이(p<.05)가 있게 증가하였다. 2) 타액 코티졸(p<.05) 및 우울감(p<.001)은 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하였으며,수면만족도는 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 있게 증가하였다. CG(Control Group)의 경우에는 모든 요인에서 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 에어로빅댄스 참여가 생리적, 심리적인 스트레스 관련지수에 긍정적인 효과가 있어 노인여성의 스트레스 관리를 위한 프로그램으로써 가치를 제공할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the study is comparing changes of the autonomic nervous system, salivary cortisol, inventory and sleep satisfaction by measuring the pre and post of between trained and non trained aerobics. The results were as follows. The changes of low frequency/high frequency ratio, representing the tension level of sympathetic nerve, were different in pre-and post- aerobics performance. In the aerobics group, after the performance, supine position and upright position decrease significantly(p<.05). The changes of HF, representing the tension level of parasympathetic nervous system, were different in pre- and post- aerobics performance. In the aerobics group, after the performance, supine position and upright position increased significantly(p<.05). The changes of salivary cortisol, inventory and sleep satisfaction were different in pre- and post- aerobics performance. In the aerobics group, after the performance, salivary cortisol(p<.05), inventory(p<.001) and sleep satisfaction(p<.01) positive significant difference. In the control group, no changes were found. Therefore, aerobics performance should be the appropriate exercise to decrease of stress.

        경락마사지가 중년여성의 Autonomic Nerve System 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is comparing changes of an autonomic nervous system by measuring the pre and post autonomic nerve activity of middle-aged women between treatment and non-treatment meridian massage. By using Nerve Express 2.2(HEART RHYTHM INSTRUMENTS, INC. USA), we operated Ortho Test to measure an autonomic nervous system. The results in brief are, autonomic nerve changes by meridian massage were no significant difference but were little decreased at upright condition of SN of MG and were significantly decreased at supine condition of MG. At supine and upright condition of PSN were increased significantly after complete meridian massage. No significant difference was found between pre and post meridian massage in SN and PSN of CG at supine and upright condition. The significant difference between two groups at supine and upright condition of SN, supine and upright condition of PSN were found statistically. In conclusion, an automatic nerve activity was affected positively by meridian massage because of decrease in sympathetic nerve tension and increase in parasympathetic nerve tension. Therefore, meridian massage should be the appropriate exercise for middle-aged women to improve their cardiac function.

        경락마사지가 중년여성의 요통자각도, 스트레스 지수 및 코티졸 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is reviewing the effect of meridian massage on the changes of low back pain RPE (Rating of perceived exertion) and stress index and serum cortisol of middle aged women with chronic low back pain between treatment and non-treatment groups. Meridian Massage Group was targeting ten middle-aged women in their 40`s and 50`s who have chronic backache without anatomical malposition. Control Group was targeting ten middle-aged women who have chronic backache but don`t have any special treatments. Meridian massage treatments were performed for 60 minutes at a time, twice a week, and for 10 weeks. The result of the treatment is as follows. After the treatments, low back pain RPE (p<.01), stress index (p<.05), and serum cortisol (p<.05) decreased significantly. There is little change in the control group. On the whole, meridian massage has a positive effect on the decrease of low back pain and stress management of middle aged women with chronic low back pain.

        점증부하 최대운동 후 스포츠마사지 처치가 피로물질의 변화에 미치는 영향

        To look in to the exercise-physiological effect of sports massage during recovery, we compared between static recovery and sports massage recovery after the graded maximum exercise and examined the fatigue inducing substances in blood; ammonia, inorganic phosphate and magnesium. The 8 university students were tested repeatedly at an interval of 1 week. The maximum heart rates were based on 202 beat/min and those were expected by ages of volunteers to figure out the maximum exercise. During the 20 minutes of resting period, after the maximum exercise, In sports massage recovery, in overall factor significant changes came out, but in static recovery, no changes were found between before and after. On the one hand ammonia and inorganic phosphate level were significantly different between static recovery and sports massage recovery. A difference of magnesium level was not significant. In conclusion, sports massage has a positive effect on changes of ammonia and inorganic phosphate concentration, those are fatigue inducing substances in blood. Therefore, sports massage treatment can be an effective way for fast fatigue recovery after the exercise.

        자연과학분야 : 어린이 요가프로그램이 일상적 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 어린이의 요가수행과 일상적 스트레스와의 관련성을 자율신경과 타액 코티졸, 타액 면역글로불린A 및 스트레스 지수의 변화를 통해 분석하였다. 초등학생 24명을 통제집단(CG) 12명, 요가집단(YG) 12명으로 나누어 실험절차에 따라 요가수행은 1주일에 5회, 1회 60분, 4주 동안 총 20회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 요가수행 전, 후 자율신경과 타액 코티졸, 타액 면역글로불린A 및 스트레스 지수의 변화를 측정하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. YG의 경우 요가 수행 유무에 따른 SN의 긴장도를 나타내는 LF/HF ratio은 supine(**p<.01), upright(***p<.001) 모두 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하였다. PSN의 긴장도를 나타내는 HF는 supine(*p<.05), upright(**p<.01) 모두 유의한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 또한 타액 코티졸은 유의한 차이가 있게(*p<.05) 감소하였으며, 타액 IgA는 유의한 차이가 있게(**p<.01) 증가하였다. 스트레스 지수는 유의한 차이가 있게(***p<.001) 감소하였다. 반면에 CG의 경우 모든 요인에서 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 어린이 요가프로그램이 자율신경과 타액 코티졸, 타액 면역글로불린A 및 스트레스 지수의 변화에 긍정적으로 작용하여 어린이의 스트레스 관리를 위한 유산소 운동으로써 효용성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the study is analyzing the relationship between the children``s yoga training and their daily stress through the changes of automatic nerve, salivary cortisol and salivary immunoglobulinA and stress index. 24 elementary school students were divided into control group(CG) and yoga training group(YG) with 12 students each. According to the procedure, yoga training was done for sixty minutes at a time, five times a week and 20times altogether, lasting for four weeks. The results from measuring the changes of automatic nerve, salivary cortisol and salivary immunoglobulinA and stress index. were as follows. In the case of yoga group, the change of low frequency/high frequency ratio, representing the tension level of SN according to whether yoga training was done or not, was decreased significantly; supine(**p<.01) upright(***p<.001). The change of HF ratio, representing the tension level of PSN, was increased significantly; supine(*p<.05) upright(**p<.01). Also, the change of salivary cortisol(*p<.05) was decreased significantly and the change of salivary lgA(**p<.01) was increased significantly. The change of stress index(***p<.001) was decreased significantly. But there is little change in all the other factors in the control group. In conclusion, the changes of automatic nerve, salivary cortisol and salivary immunoglobulinA and stress index. were affected positively by children``s yoga training. Therefore yoga training should have effectiveness as an aerobic exercise for children to manage their stress.

        경락마사지가 비만중년여성의 중성지방(TG) 및 신체조성 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is comparing changes of triglyceride and body composition of obese middle-aged women between treatment and non-treatment meridian massage. Meridian massage treatments operated 100minutes one time, twice a week and for 10 weeks. We reached a conclusion. Triglyceride(p<.05), body Fat and BMI(p<.01), WHR and body fat rate(p<.001) were significantly decrease after the meridian massage treatments. When compare between two conditions, MG was decrease in all the factors more than CG. In overall, meridian massage had a positive effect on triglyceride and changes in body composition components for obese middle-aged women contain accumulated fat, therefore, meridian massage, as a passive exercise, may help them who avoid taking exercise to care there body shape and improved lipid.

        스포츠마사지가 고교농구선수의 어깨 주위근육 체열변화에 미치는 영향

        This research was established whether sports massage can change body heat around shoulder muscles. The results of body heat changes will be the basic research material for injury prevention. 16 high school basketball players were divided to sports massage group(8) and control group(8). We collected data before and after treating sports massage. All subjects exercised before sports massage treatment. In SG, in overall factor(trapezius and deltoid, p<.001; biceps brachii, p<.01) significant changes came out, but in CG, no changes were found between before and after. In conclusion, sports massage can effect positively on high school basketball players’ body heat around shoulder muscles. Therefore, sports massage treatment can be the useful way to prevent injuries.

        요가 수행이 중년남성의 요부 근긴장도 및 근피로도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중년남성을 대상으로 요가 수행 전·후 근전도 분석을 이용하여 요가수행이 요부의 근긴장도(muscle tension)를 나타내는 RMS(Root Mean Squared) 및 근피로도(muscle fatigue)를 나타내는 MEF(Median Edge Frequency)의 변화에 미치는 운동생리학적 효과를 검토하였다. Yoga Group(YG)은 요가경험이 없는 중년남성 8명을 선정하여 1회 60분, 1주일에 3회, 총 8주간 24회에 걸쳐 요가를 실시하였고, Control Group(CG)은 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는 8명을 선정하여 1회와 24회 2번에 걸쳐 요가를 실시하였다. 요가 수행 전, 후 측정치를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 요부 요장늑근의 RMS 변화는 YG의 경우 사후 결과, 사전에 비해 유의차 있게(p<.01) 감소한 반면, CG의 경우 거의 변화가 없었다. MEF 변화 역시 YG의 경우 사후 결과, 사전에 비해 유의차 있게(p<.01) 증가한 반면, CG의 경우 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 요가 수행이 요부 근긴장도 및 근피로도의 변화에 전체적로 긍정적인 효과를 미쳐 지속적인 요가 수행 시 중년 남성들의 근육상태를 개선시키고 요통예방을 위한 운동으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study search that yoga performance of middle-aged men effect the iliocostalis lumborum muscle activation. In this study, examined exercise physiology effect of iliocostalis lumborum that yoga performance pre and post was measured change of muscle tension, muscle fatigue and muscle activation using muscle electromyogram. Yoga Group(n=8) participated in this study did exercise 60min and 3times/week during 8 weeks. The results of this study are as follow; YG reduces and increase more post-exercise than pre-exercise at RMS and MEF of iliocostalis lumborum muscle(p<.01). Conclusively, Could know that yoga performance is positive effect for the iliocostalis lumborum muscle activation and muscle tension and muscle fatigue. The yoga accomplishment affects effective in stability of the body and mind, and bodily function improvement, if the suitable resistance with the yoga accomplishment is continuous executes, The middle-aged men for the improvement and a health maintenance of muscular power is a possibility of doing to enjoy and is thought in good kinetic method one.
