1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Contract decision process of the real estate as statistics show rents were all decided by tug of war of tenants and lessors. tenants hold a prominent position over lessors in rental contracts were caused to limited supplies on characteristics of real estate. services for tenants are increasing to get secure st able rental profits and maintain friendly relationships with superb tenants, cause buildings or shopping districts of vacancies are gradually increasing over a primary rate through worsening of real estate, supplies increased and Etc. tenants are being more priority than lessors in rental contract and service management for resident, cause their position has been changed each other as mentioned above. So, importance of services for lessors are increasing, lessors' willingness to pay is necessary to considered to the fore with the decision of superiority of lessors, also decide the rental. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study used PSM (Price Sensitivity Meter); price sensitivity analysis; and applied UTP (Unique Target Point); four different price survey methods which is suggested by PSM; to comprehend tenant's willingness to pay objectively and scientifically. (3) RESEARCH FINDING In this study, estimate the willingness t o pay which is most important and effective for buying decision of tenants in lessors position according in the rental market of change. For this case, S complex store; located in seoul; which has high population density and Industrial activities is selected as analysis target area for estimating of tenant's willingness to pay for rent. 2. RESULTS This study will be used to comprehend differences of environmental importances for consumers provide good baseline data for tenants, contribute to making efficiency rental strategies.

Interpretation of pain by the patients and the observers as well as the methods of treatment remain as varied as are the concepts of pain. The physiologic mechanism of pain is undergoing a serious revision. It is nociceptive receptive mechanism and Melzak concept of gate theory of pain transmission and etc. Therefore pain depend on the evaluator's learning, experience, or specialty.

This study was introduce to Manual Mobilization of the Extremity Joints of Freddy M. Kaltenborn(1989). Much of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy is devoted to the evaluation and treatment of joint and related soft tissue disorders and one of the primary treatment methods is mobilization. When examination reveals joint dysfunction, especialy decreased range of motion, joint mobilization techniques are often utilized. Kaltenborns joint mobilization techniques are performed as passive examination or treatment movements by the therapist. There are three basic joint play movements : (1) traction. (2) compression. and (3)translatoric gliding. The purpose of joint mobilizaiton is to restore normal, painless joint function. Mechanically, the goal is to restore joint play and thus normalize roll-gliding which occurs during active movements.

Knee is a middle joint in lower extremity and has relationship with hip joint and ankle joint alignment. Therefore the knee joint alignment is very important in aspect of biomechanically. Knee joint alignment depend upon patellar stability. Instability of the patellofemoral articulation, in the form of patellar subluxation or dislocation may be associated with a number of factors. Normal range of patellofemoral angle is very different by the reporter and by the gender also.

The purpose of this study was a motion analysis of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation patterns which is scapular and pelvis patterns, upper extremity patterns, lower extremity patterns, trunk patterns. The patterns combine motion in sagittal plane fox flextion and extension, coronal car frontal plane for abduction and adduction, transverse plane for rotation. The patterns composed of mass movement pattern of the limbs and trunk muscles. Every pattern can change by changing the activity of the middle joint in the extremity patterns and changing, the patient's positions.

The purpose of this article is to summary about the application of electromyography and nerve conduction study. Electrodiagnostic studies, which include nerve conduction studies, electromyography, repetitive nerve stimulation, single fiber EMG, late response tests and evoked potential tests are a critical component of the neuromuscular evaluation.

This study was to provide model of SOAP Note, as a English and a Korean. English model was written with abbreviation. Abbreviations are used as a time and space saver while writing a notes. Acceptable abbreviations varies from one facility to the next, particularly terminology specific to allied health field such as physical therapy and occupational therapy. Based on the research results, the following consideration and guideline are presented. 1. Include the SOAP Note in curriculums of physical therapy. 2. The list of abbreviation have to approved between the Korea Hospital Association and the Korea Physical Therapy Association.

The aim of this study is to examine the sensitivity and characteristics of electromyography abnormalities detected by using various parameters in patients with lumbosacral radiculopathics. EMG is widely used for diagnosing and localizing the level of radiculopathy. The results of the study were as follow: 1. In electromyography, L5 radiculopathy was 95 cases(51.6%), S1 radiculopathy was 45 cases(24.5%), L4 radiculopathy was 18 cases(9.8%), and L2, 3 radiculopathy was 8 cases(4.3%). Remaing 18 cases(9.8%) had no definite radiculopathy. 2. Peroneal and tibial motor nerve conduction velocity studies were not significant as compared to the side to side. 3. Latency of H-reflex in L5 radiculopathy was 30.55±2.47 in affected side, 29.47±2.29 in unaffected side, in S1 radiculopathy was 33.00±2.03 in affected side, 30.18±2.21 in unaffected side. It was statistically significant(p$lt;0.01). H-reflex mean difference of S1 radiculopathy group was significantly prolonged as compared to the L5 and S1 radiculopathies(p$lt;0.001). 4. In L2, 3 radiculopathy, abnormal spontaneous activities and motor unit action potentials were showed high sensitivity in upper lumbar paraspinal hip adductors, quadriceps and iliopsoas muscles. 5. In L4 radiculopathy, lower lumbar paraspinal, tibialis anterior, quadriceps muscles were showed high sensitivity. 6. In L5 radiculopathy, lower lumbar paraspinal, extensor hallucis longus, extensor digitorum Iongus, peroneus longus, extensor digitorum brevis, gluteus maximus, tensor fasciae latae muscles were showed high sensitivity. 7. In S1 radiculopathy, lower lumbar paraspinal, gluteus maximus, peroneus longus, soleus, abductor hallucis, hamstrings, extensor digitorum brevis, extensor hallucis longus, gastrocnemius muscles were showed high sensitivity.
