      • [자유주제 2] 연령대별 노인의 건강상태 결정요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 2016년에 실시된 제6차 고령화연구패널조사(KLoSA) 자료를 활용하여 전기 노인 1,396명과 후기노인 1,488명을 대상으로 이들의 일반특성 및 건강상태를 비교하고 연령대별 노인의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저 일반특성의 경우 전기노인은 후기노인 대비 도시 거주 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전기노인은 후기노인 대비 고등교욱(고등학교 졸업 이상)을 받은 비율, 본인을 중위층 이상이라고 생각하는 비율, 자가 주택 소유 비율, 거주주택 외에 부동산 자산보유 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지원 특성의 경우 모임에 참여하는 전기노인의 비율이 후기노인의 비율 대비 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건강생활양식의 경우, 전기노인의 규칙적 운동 비율, 평소 음주 비율, 현재 흡연 비율이 후기노인의 비율 대비 높게 나타났다. 건강상태의 경우 후기노인이 전기노인 대비 주관적 건강상태 및 객관적 건강상태가 낮다고 인식하고 있었다. 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 전기노인의 경우 사회경제적 요인, 사회적 지원 요인, 건강생활양식이 이들의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 객관적 건강상태에는 사회적 지원 요인을 제외한 사회경제적 요인, 건강생활양식이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 후기노인의 경우 사회경제적 요인, 사회적 지원요인, 건강생활양식이 이들의 주관적 건강상태 및 객관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to compare the general characteristics and health status of the young-old elderly and the old-old elderly using ths KLoSA data conducted in 2016, And to analyze the factors. First, in the case of general characteristics, the rate of the young-old elderly living in the city is higher than that of the old-old elderly. The proportion of the young-old elderly taking higher education is higher that that of the old-old elderly. The proportion of the young-old elderly who think that they are more than middle-class is also higher than that of the old-old elderly. In addition, the ration of the young-old elderly owning real estate assets, residential housing is higher than that of the old-old elderly. In the case of social support characteristics, the proportion of the young-old elderly participating in the social activities is higher than that of the old-old elderly. In the case of lifestyle, the percentage of the young-old elderly who regularly exercise, drink alcohol, and smoke is higher than that of the old-old elderly. In the case of health status, the old-old elderly perceived that their subjective and objective health status is lower than that of the young-old elderly. After that, factors affecting the health status of the young-old elderly and the old-old elderly were analyzed. Factors affecting the subjective health status of the young-old elderly are socioeconomic factors, social support factors, and lifestyle factors. Also the objective health status of the young-old elderly is influenced by demographic factors, socioeconomic factors, and lifestyle factors. On the other hand, in the case of the old-old elderly, socioeconomic factors, social support, and lifestyle factors were found th heavily affect the subjective and objective health status.

        영국 소셜하우징의 지속가능한 디자인 특성에 대한 연구

        Currently, the way of providing housing in Korea has been regarded as public rental housing through large-scale development by the government. However, there is an increasing need for qualitative growth not only in quantitative growth but also in policies, systems, and sustainable design. The purpose of this study is to explore the applicable methods for domestic social housing through the policy and design guideline study of UK social housing which has achieved qualitative growth through diversification of development subject. First, the concept of social housing in the UK and sustainable housing design elements will be examined. Second, the characteristics and policy direction, project background, management and sustainability of five social housing projects over the last 10 years in the UK will be analyzed. In conclusion, in order to achieve the sustainable design of social housing, the construction of the social housing in terms of policy and environment must include safe and eco-friendly design adaptability that can secure local identity and respond flexibly to social change. In addition, the social housing in the UK, which forms a sustainable complex through cooperation between the public and the private sector based on its place and history, can be a guideline for establishing policies and design guidelines in terms of urban regeneration.

        학력 수준별 기혼 여성의 경제활동 참여에 일-가정 양립 정책이 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 기혼 여성의 학력 수준에 따라 일-가정 양립 정책이 이들의 경제활동 참여에 미치는 영향이 상이한지 여부를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국복지패널조사의 제11차년도부터 제15차년도 자료를 활용하여, 만18세 미만 아동을 양육하는 여성 850명을 분석대상으로 패널 로지스틱 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일-가정 양립 정책이 기혼여성의 경제활동 참여에 미치는 영향은 이들의 학력 수준에 따라 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일-가정 양립 정책은 저학력 기혼 여성의 경제활동 참여에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 다음과 같은 이론적, 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기혼 여성의 학력 수준에 따라 일-가정 양립 정책이 이들의 경제활동 참여에 미치는 영향이 상이함이 확인된 만큼 향후 기혼 여성의 경제활동 참여에 대한 일-가정 양립 정책의 영향을 분석함에 있어, 이들의 학력 수준을 고려하는 것이 바람직하다고 여겨진다. 둘째, 일-가정 양립 정책이 기혼 여성, 특히 저학력 기혼 여성의 경제활동을 촉진할 수 있다는 점이 입증된 만큼 일-가정 양립 정책이 이들의 경제활동을 보다 효과적으로 지원할 수 있도록 정책 사각지대 해소를 통한 보편화가 필요하다고 여겨진다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze whether the impact of work-family balance policies on their participation in economic activities differs according to the educational level of married women. To this end, a panel logistic analysis was conducted on 850 women raising children under the age of 18. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the effect of the work-family balance policy on married women"s participation in economic activities differs depending on their educational level. Second, it was confirmed that the work-family balance policy had a statistically significant positive effect on the participation of married women with low educational background. Based on the research results, this study derived the following implications. First, it is considered desirable to consider educational level of married women in analyzing the impact of work-family balance policies. Second, it is necessary to universalize work-family balance policy by resolving policy blind spots so that it can support married women"s economic activities more effectively.

        영국의 지속가능한 교육환경을 위한 친환경 학교 디자인에 관한 연구

        The world is constantly endeavoring to reduce global CO₂ emissions by international agreements. However, in general, the public cannot be fully understood and it is difficult to know how to implement sustainable development. The purpose of the study is to explore the concept of Eco-School and to investigate the eco-friendly education program in order to prepare an environmental school design guidelines. In addition, an analysis of the UK"s Green Certification Program(BREEAM) explores the sustainability of the educational environment and how it achieve the built environment. Furthermore, this study suggests ways to increase sustainability in education and design field. First, through the literature review, recent trends of eco-friendly school design will be analyzed and the concept with characteristics of Eco-School system should be examined. Second, the evaluation factors and application methods of BREEAM will be explored, and the correlation between Eco-School and BREEAM evaluation items by sustainable development goals of United Nations Development Program(UNDP) will be considered. Through the analysis of the BREEAM schools which are constructed in England based on the BREEAM New Construction 2018, design characteristics and methods of eco-friendly schools will be researched so this study suggest practical ways to contribute design guideline which enables to create the specific policy and design improvement of eco-friendly schools in Korea.

        감성발달환경을 위한 교육공간의 바이오필릭 디자인에 관한 연구

        According to the change of social structure and the refine of educational form and curriculum due to the reduction in the number of students, the school is no longer a space for acquiring knowledge but an environment for helping the development of the children. As a result, school facilities in major countries of the world are being transformed due to changes in perception as a space for performing important functions for personality development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the function and role of emotional space by analyzing characteristics of biophilic interior design of educational spaces in Europe. Therefore, the paper suggests the direction of emotional space design that can act as a positive factor in the development of child’s personality. In this study, the characteristics of biophillic interior design based on the theoretical review and precedents of biophilic design environment that positively affects child development will be discussed. Therefore, the research investigates the external connectivity, the program, and the spatial composition of the educational space and extracts the environmental elements and biophilic design elements that help the psychological development of children and adolescents and uses them for the design analysis of the European school space. Finally, we propose the direction of the emotional space design of the educational space according to the change of the educational environment and suggest the interior space which provides various psychological experiences to the child.

        문화소외지역의 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 영국 청소년 센터 디자인에 관한 연구

        (Background and Purpose) In Korea, the policies and programs for youth related to the polarization of social environment and change urgently need to be changed. Particularly, as it is easy to be exposed to diverse problems, such as juvenile delinquency and crime, in culturally or socially marginalized areas, a new type of spatial support for the youth, such as spaces to stay and learn, is desperately needed. Therefore, this study seeks to find ways to improve youth education policy and cultural space in Korea through an analysis of the characteristics of the UK youth education program and welfare policy for community revitalization in culturally marginalized areas, as well as a case analysis of youth center design. (Method) First, the characteristics of UK educational welfare policies, youth policies, and related programs were examined through literature review. Second, the concept and role of community revitalization of UK youth facilities were reviewed. Third, the study analyzed the public, social, and physical environment strategies for sustainable communities and revitalization, through a case study of five UK youth centers, characterized as culturally and socially isolated and built in London and nearby suburbs in 2013. (Results) The case facilities were used to prevent juvenile delinquency and crime in the alienated areas and serve as educational facilities. In terms of publicity, various local governments and councils were organized and actively participated from the early stage of youth center construction, to the promotion of youth learning and after-school activities. The social environment provided spatial programs closely related to the characteristics and needs of the local community, along with various employment, education, and start-up opportunities to save the local economy. In terms of the physical environment, the facilities minimized the impact on the natural environment, enhanced the connectivity and accessibility of traffic, and built friendly and comfortable spaces through high-quality design in consideration of local characteristics. (Conclusions) First, the UK Youth Center is characterized not only as a place for students but also as a community space for communicating with locals. This dual purpose is achieved through institutional and strategic governance systems and the effective participation of individuals and various organizations. Second, the youth center, as a unified educational model, promotes creative and artistic activity through sports and recreational facilities in the multi-purpose space, and facilitates the activation of institutional education outside the shelter. Third, youth centers in culturally marginalized areas can remodel existing buildings or expand public announcements so that more outdoor activities can be accommodated. In Korea, the construction and design of a youth center after a creative school in culturally alienated areas must be accompanied by theoretical analysis and policy to provide training programs according to the local characteristics and conditions. Design should be planned with close interaction with the community involved.
