카자흐 국립사범대학교는 1928년에 카자흐스탄 알마티시에 세워진 카자흐스탄 국립대학교다. 1991년 9월 카자흐스탄에서 최초로 카자흐 국립사범대학교에 한국어학과가 개설되었다. 이후 20여 년간 학과가 유지되다가 교원 확보의 어려움, 학생 수 감소 등의 이유로 폐과되었다. 오랜 역사를 가졌음에도 불구하고 카자흐 국립사범대학교 내에 한국어학과에 대한 기록이나 자료가 남아있지 않고 외부 기관의 연구자를 통한 연구만 일부 진행된 상황이다. 2021년 한국어 전공반이 재개설되었으나 수업 시수, 교과과정 수립 등 제반 사항을 충분히 준비하지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 카자흐 국립사범대학교 한국어학과의 역사와 운영 현황에 대해 살펴보고 현재 당면한 과제에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다. Kazakh National Pedagogical University is a national university of Kazakhstan established in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 1928. In September 1991, the Korean Language Department was opened at Kazakh National Pedagogical University for the first time in Kazakhstan. The department was maintained for about 20 years but was closed due to difficulties in securing teachers and a decrease in the number of students. Despite its long history, there are no records or data about the Korean Language Department within the Kazakh National Pedagogical University, and only some research has been conducted by researchers from external organizations. Although the Korean language major class was reopened in 2021, all issues such as class hours and curriculum establishment have not been sufficiently implemented. Accordingly, this paper examines the history and operational status of the Department of Korean Language at Kazakh National Pedagogical University and discusses the tasks it currently encounters.

The crystal grains of polycrystalline diamond vary depending on deposition conditions and growth thickness. The diamond thin film deposited by the CVD method has a very rough growth surface. On average, the surface roughness of a diamond thin film deposited by CVD is in the range of 1-100 um. However, the high surface roughness of diamond is unsuitable for application in industrial applications, so the surface roughness must be lowered. As the surface roughness decreases, the scattering of incident light is reduced, the heat conduction is improved, the mechanical surface friction coefficient can be lowered, and the transmittance can also be improved. In addition, diamond-coated cutting tools have the advantage of enabling ultra-precise machining. In this study, the surface roughness of diamond was improved by thermal diffusion reaction between diamond carbon atoms and ferrous metals at high temperature for diamond thin films deposited by MPCVD. Recently, many studies on growth of single crystal diamond using MPECVD have been conducted. The heteroepitaxial method is one of the methods for growing diamonds on a large-area substrate, and research on synthesis of single crystal diamonds using SrTiO<sub>3</sub>, MgO, and sapphire substrates has been attempted. In addition, research is being conducted to reduce the internal stress generated during diamond growth and to improve the crystallinity of the diamond. The compressive stress generated therein causes peeling and bowing from the substrate. This study aimed to synthesize heteroepitaxial single crystal diamonds with high crystallinity by surface modification. A diamond thin film was first grown on a sapphire/Ir substrate by MPECVD, and then etched with H<sub>2</sub> gas to modified the morphology and roughness of the surface. A secondary diamond layer was grown on the surface, and the internal stress, crystallinity of the diamond were investigated. As a result, the fabrication of single crystal diamonds with improved crystallinity was confirmed. (Received May 10, 2020; Revised May 15, 2020; Accepted May 22, 2020)

Titanium alloy sheets have excellent specific strength and corrosion resistance as well as good performance at high temperature. Recently, titanium alloys are widely employed not only aerospace parts but also bio prothesis and motorcycle. But the database is insufficient of the titanium alloy for press forming process. In this study, the effect of temperature on the forming limit diagram was investigated forming limit diagram was investigated for Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet through the Hecker’s punch stretching test at elevated temperature. Experimental results obtained in this study can provide a database for development of press forming process at elevated temperature of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet. From the experimental studies it can be concluded that the formability of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet is governed by the ductile failure for the testing temperature below and vice versa neck-induced failure above the recrystalization temperature 0.5 Tm. The formability of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy sheet at 750℃ increases about 7 times compared with that at room temperature.
