Peritonitis is the most common infectious complication of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). However, CAPD-related peritonitis caused by Vibrio vulnificus is rarely reported. V. vulnificus is marine bacterium and opportunistic human pathogen. In an immunocompromised host, e.g. with chronic liver disease, end-stage renal disease, hemochromatosis, and other iron-overload disorders, this organism has been associated with the development of life-threatening primary septicemia and severe wound infection. However, CAPD-related peritonitis caused by V. vulnificus has not been reported, except for one case in Hong Kong, China. We report on two patients receiving CAPD who developed peritonitis caused by V. vulnificus after ingestion of seafood, for the first time in Korea. (Korean J Med 72:684-688, 2007)

This paper proposes an optimal ARS control of a two-wheel mobile inverted pendulum robot. Conventional researches are highly concentrated on the robust control of a mobile inverted pendulum on the flat ground, i.e., mostly focuson the compensation of gyroscope signals. This newly propose d algorithm deals with a climbing control of a slanted surface based on the dynamic modeling using the conventional structure. During the climbing control of the robot, unexpected disturbance forces are essentially caused by the irregular contact force which comes from the irregular contact angle between the wheel and the terrain. The disturbances have effects on the optimal posture of the mobile robot to compensate the slanted angle. Therefore the dynamics equations through physical interpretation are derived for the selection of optimum climbing posture through ARS. Also using the ultrasonic sensor the slope information is obtained to compensate for the force of gravity. The control inputs are dynamically adjusted to climb up the slanted surface effectively. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated through the real experiments.

본 연구의 목적은 부동산업 종사자의 전문성 인식유형과 인식유형에 따른 전문성 발달단계를 알아보는 데에 있다. 부동산업 종사자의 전문성 인식을 알아보기 위해서 인간의 주관성을 탐색하는데 유용한 Q방법론을 적용하였다. 이 연구에서는 총 5단계로 구성된 Q방법론의 과정을 거쳐, 부동산업 종사자의 전문성에 대한 인식을 분석하여 유형화하고 유형화된 인식의 전문성 발달단계의 위치를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 부동산업 종사자의 전문성 인식유형은 총 5유형으로 나타났다. 제1유형은 상호작용의식화형, 제2유형은 전문교육추구형, 제3유형은 집중훈련화추구형, 제4유형은 교육·네트워크추구형, 제5유형은 자율성강화추구형이다. 인식유형에 따른 전문성 발달단계는 제1유형은 초보 단계, 제2유형은 입문단계, 제3유형은 숙련단계, 제4유형은 능숙단계, 제5유형은 전문화 단계로 유추할 수 있다. 이 연구는 부동산업 종사자의 전문성인식의 유형과 유형에 따른 전문성 발달단계의 특성을 파악하여, 이를 바탕으로 부동산업 종사자의 전문성 인식을 이해하는 기초자료와 전문성 발달단계별 특성을 제공함으로써 부동산업 종사자의 전문성 향상을 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. 연구결과를 일반화하기는 어렵지만 후속연구를 통해 실제 전문가 척도에 맞춘 정량적 조사를 통해 객관적 지표를 통한 전문성과 주관적 인식을 통한 전문성의 차이를 규명하는 연구가 필요하다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of professionalism in real estate industry and address the development stage of professionalism according to each type of recognition. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was examined concerning Q methodology which is useful for exploring human subjectivity. The research steps as follows. 1) sampling of Q statements through literature review, 2) selecting of Q statements through Delphi survey, 3) selecting of P samples, 4) Q sorting, 5) data processing and analysis using QUANL programs. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The 5 types of recognition from this study as follows. The first type is interactive consciousness type, the second type is professional knowledge pursuit type, the third type is professional training pursuit type, the fourth type is educational pursuit type, and the fifth type is network pursuit type. The development stage of professionalism according to the recognition type can be inferred as the first level for the first type, the introductory level for the second type, the proficient level for the third type, the proficiency level for the fourth type, and the specialization level for the fifth type. 2. RESULTS In this study, the recognition of the professionalism of the real estate industry was categorized by using the Q methodology exploring the subjectivity of the subject. Through the type of recognition, the factors of professionalism based on the theory of professional development were addressed. This study present the necessity of enhancing expertise based on the characteristic analysis of recognition of the professionalism of the real estate industry.

This paper describes the method of vibration supprssion on a control algorithm using Neuro-Fuzzy Theory in Linear Pulse Motor (LPM) The total thrust force is distorted by magnetic and coil flux, and we classify the harmonic parts of it. A modulated current from harmonic components of static thrust characteristics of LPM compensates with reference current to total thrust force. Low vibration is obtatained by the method of current compensation using ANFIS.
Q방법론을 활용한 부동산중개업 종사자의 전문성 인식에 관한 연구

This.study empirically analyzed the subjective concept of real estate industry workers" perception of expertise by applying the Q methodology to real estate brokerage workers. In this study, a group of experts who acquired real estate brokerage qualifications among real estate brokerage experts was used as a P sample, and all representative recognition types were AU(autonomy) , showing the position of development stage rather than skilled manpower. As a result of subjective perception analysis using the Q methodology, type 1 is classified into cooperation pursuit type, type 2 self-reliance pursuit type, type 3 or more pursuing realization type, type 4 experience pursuit type, and type 5 activity pursuit type. In this study, among real estate brokerage experts, the group of experts who received real estate broker certification was P sample, AU(autonomy) was represented as a representative recognition type in all types, and PO(professional organization: network) was appeared in most types. AU(autonomy) appears as a representative tangible characteristic, and it can be seen that the real estate brokerage business is playing a small role as an individual-centered professional broker. It also shows that it is necessary to further strengthen competitiveness by subdividing the brokerage business through PO(professional organization: network) and performing tasks related to the brokerage business. This study categorizes real estate brokerage workers" professionalism perception, identifies their characteristics, and provides them as basic data for understanding real estate brokerage workers" professionalism perceptions, providing policy implications for improving the professionalism of real estate brokerage workers. Although it is difficult to generalize the findings of the study, it is necessary to conduct a quantitative survey tailored to the professional scale with follow-up studies to identify the expertise.

In this paper, robust control method using fuzzy PI parameter tuning is proposed to control constant thrust force on load variation First, a structure and thrust force equations of the LPM are described. Second, an controller with PI parameter-tuning using a fuzzy theory is proposed to achieve high-precision position with constant thrust force of the LPM. Finally, the effectiveness of an fuzzy PI controller is demonstrated by some simulated and experimental results Accurate tracking response and superior dynamic performance can be obtained due to the powerful on-line Fuzzy PI gain tuning method w1th regard parametric variations and load thrust force variations
